Note: This is a spin on the movie "The Black Swan." It premiered in 1942 and starred Tyrone Power and Maureen O'Hara…*grins*

Warnings: Mean Duo but Heero likes it (just like in the old movies…. trust me *grins*)

Disclaimer: I don't own the characters in Gundam Wing and I don't own the movie "The Black Swan." *grinning*

There was complete silence and he closed his eyes. No sooner did he close his eyes when the door flew open. Quinze came in with his sword drawn, followed by three of his crew. Duo grabbed his sword but was too late when he felt the sharp edge of the sword at his throat. He glared angrily at Quinze while one of the other men took his weapon away.

Quinze nodded to one of the men, "You, tell the men to take the other ship and capture the other men."

The sailor nodded and hurried out of the room to do his assigned task.

"That was a nice trick boy, but I saw through your ruse."

"I had hoped you would be stupid enough but I guess I was wrong. Apparently you do have some brain in that skull of yours."

Quinze snarled and punched Duo in the jaw. Duo fell onto the floor and rubbed his jaw ruefully. He then stood and placed himself between the pirates and Heero. Heero had awoken when the pirates had barged into the room. He stayed on the bed and clutched the pocketknife Duo had given him in his hand. When Duo stood by the bed, Heero scooted closer to him and clutched Duo's braid.

Duo inwardly smiled but his face showed nothing but anger. Quinze lustfully glanced at Duo's body.

"I would have loved to take you my boy. Keep you in my bed but that was not meant to be. You are too fiery and dangerous to keep. But your friend there, he looks like a fine catch. I think I will take him."

Duo snarled viciously at the other captain. He would have attacked if he hadn't been disarmed and cornered. All he could do was growl angrily at Quinze.

"Don't forget who I am Quinze. I'm the dreaded pirate Shinigami. What's mine is mine. I've claimed him as mine. If you so much as hurt a hair on his head you'll be answering to me."

Quinze felt a momentary pang of fear but pushed it aside.

"You can't do anything if you're tied up here. Especially when the Royal Navy comes here and blows this ship out of the water."

"The Royal Navy?"

"Yes, as per agreement with Zechs Merquise. He gets Treize hung and I can keep any of the booty I find."

Heero gasped when he heard his fathers' name. So Duo was right that his father was conspiring with pirates.

"Enough talking. You two tie him up, and you my pretty are coming with me."

The two sailors nodded and motioned for Duo to get on the hammock again. Quinze grabbed Heero's arm and dragged him out of the room. Heero shot one last look at Duo before he was hauled painfully from the room.

Duo closed his eyes in resignation and allowed himself to be tied up. His hands were tied behind him under the hammock and his legs were tied together tightly. Then the two men left him alone in the room. The minute he was alone he started to twist his hands and his legs to try and get them free.

Meanwhile, in tavern, Sea Dog, a haggard looking man walked in. The other pirates looked up at the man and gasped in shock. Treize looked like hell warmed over. His clothing was tattered and in some places blood was seeping out. His hair was mussed but he had the look of death on his face.

One of the men, who had been under Treize's command before, came up to him.

"Captain?"

"Jamison, right?"

"Yes Captain."

"Get together a crew."

"Why Captain?"

"I'm going to kill Captain Shinigami."

There were several gasps from the growing crowd of pirates. Jamison looked up at Treize, "But why Captain?"

"That little runt double crossed me. The council received word that he had turned against them. They immediately rebelled against me, and I just barely made it out of there with my life. I'm going to show him what happens to men who double cross me."

Jamison nodded and turned to the other pirates and started to get a crew together for Captain Treize.
