Note: This is a spin on the movie "The Black Swan." It premiered in 1942 and starred Tyrone Power and Maureen O'Hara…*grins*

Warnings: Mean Duo but Heero likes it (just like in the old movies….trust me *grins*)

Disclaimer: I don't own the characters in Gundam Wing and I don't own the movie "The Black Swan." *grinning*

Duo groaned in pain as he regained consciousness. He blinked his eyes open and squinted them from the harsh light. When he could, he opened his eyes fully and looked around. The first thing he noticed was, he was tied to a rack, which had been inclined to a 45-degree angle. There seemed to be some kind of netting behind him that was pressing uncomfortably into his back. That led to the next realization, he wasn't wearing a shirt. He groaned in disappointment and struggled to get out, but the ropes held tight. He looked around, what seemed to be a main hall, for something to use but nothing was in reach. He heard a steps coming from behind him and he decided to wait and see who captured him.

Soon an ugly man dressed in regal clothing stood in his line of view. He sneered at Duo and motioned for two of his guards to take the wheels on either side of the rack where Duo's hands were tied. Duo could see other guards in the room out of the corner of his eye and cursed silently. He waited to see what Septum had to say.

"Now boy, my name is Septum and from what I gathered you are Captain Duo, am I right?"

There was no answer to his question. Duo stared defiantly at Septum and waited for what he was going to do.

"All I want you to do is tell me where the rest of your pirate friends are?"

"Ha, so you haven't found them. Good that means they'll come and get me soon." Duo said cockily.

Septum sneered at him and signaled to his guards to pull the wheels. Duo hissed in pain but let no other sound pass his lips. He wouldn't give Septum the pleasure.

"You do know that Captain Treize is dead, they hanged him right there on the docks. It was part of the agreement in the peace treaty Spain signed with England."

"You lie," Duo spat at him. Septum turned red from anger and nodded again for the men to pull the wheels.

Duo's arms stretched higher and higher and he grimaced in pain. They finally stopped and he panted for breath. Septum smiled and strode over to him, "I could stop this, all you have to do is turn in your men."

"Never, you Spanish dog." Duo growled in Septum's face.

Septum snarled and nodded for the guards to pull the wheel again. Just then there was shouting from outside the doors. Septum grumbled at the interruption and hurried to the door. He opened the doors with a hard jerk and stared shocked at what he saw. On the other side of the door were Captain Quatre and his men, who ran into the room making quick work of the guards. When they secured the room, Quatre released Duo from his entrapment.

"Thanks Quatre."

"No problem Duo. Here's your sword."

Quatre handed over Duo's sword. Duo grinned maniacally and moved toward Septum. Septum was being held by two of the pirates, "Now what should I do with you? Maybe I should feed you to the dogs or leave you at the mercy of my pirates."

Septum paled and started to sweat in fear. Duo signaled for his men to let Septum go. Septum stumbled a bit but remained standing waiting for whatever Duo was going to do to him.

"No, I think you should feel what I felt. Rack him boys!" Duo laughed and watched as his men placed Septum on the rack. Then he leaned close to Septum, "Not to tight is it? Well we'll fix that. Give the wheels a pull boys."

Septum cried out in pain and Duo laughed at him. Duo yelled at the boys to pull more but before they could there was a shout from above, "Stop!"

Duo looked to the other side of the room and saw a man standing at the top of the stairs leading to a door. The man was tall with platinum blonde hair and ice blue eyes. He looked very handsome in his finery.

"Who are you…no, wait I remember you. You are the scoundrel that turned Captain Treize in," Duo took his sword and moved towards the man.

"He was a menace to society and the good people of the English Empire. He should hang from the gallows until dead. As for you boys, leave this place. By order of the Queen of England."

Duo laughed at him, "You actually think I will leave because you said so. And what are you doing in a Spanish base?"

"I'm here on behalf of the English Throne."

"Bah, I don't believe you. No, you are a traitor and as such should suffer for it. Well boys, what should we do with traitors?" He stood in front of Zechs and looked to be thinking. He then laughed, "I know, lock him up in the dungeons. The rest of you take all you can carry."

The men dispersed to do what their captain ordered. Quatre and Duo smiled as they watched their men get to work. Zechs was hauled off to the dungeon while Septum was left on the rack watching the pirates destroy the place.

"Father!" A boy no older than Duo shouted. Duo looked up to where the yell came from and smiled at the vision before him. The boy was an angel dressed in white and Duo knew what he would take as his prize.
