The War was finally over and everyone was finally at peace. All they had to do now was destroy all of the weapons used for war, which wouldn't be an easy task…

Heero, Duo, Trowa, and Quatre were assigned to clean out the Doctor's old lab for anything that could be salvaged for making another War. Heero went straight to the main computer to check out what was stored on it. Quatre went with Trowa and they checked out the old hanger where the Gundams were made in to see if anything was left inside it. Duo being his normal self just wandered around until he seen something interesting in a room. A faint light could be seen from the tiny window in the door, of course Duo gotten curious by this weird eerie like glow and walked into the room.

"Now…where is that light switch…?" Duo said looking and feeling along the wall with his hand looking for the light switch and his fingers found some kind of switch. "aha!" Duo grinned pressing the button turning on the lights with the computers that are in the room. He turned to look into the room and gasped "By Shinigami…" was the only thing he could say as he stared at what he seen before him.

There was a type of tank slash test tube in the middle of the room with someone inside of it hooked up to many wires. The tank bubbled every few seconds making a weird sound with that eerie light Duo seen before coming from the door.

Duo walked over to it wondering who and or what this is. When he gotten in front of the he blushed as the person inside was a girl which had no clothes on. "Why…?" Duo mumbled and looked down at the little panel like computer in front of the tank and blinked as he seen that it was making a faint blip noise on the heart monitor "She's… alive?" Duo said shocked looking up at her tilting his head. "What did those Doctor's do and plan to do to you?"

A computer goes off in the far right corner making a loud sound. Duo jumped and looked "What the hell?" The bubbles in the tank started bubbling constantly with no pause in between bubbles. Duo moved away "Oh shit what did I do?!" he looked at the panel and started to press buttons "shit shit shit! Did I hit something??" he started to panic since the whole room could explode knowing the doctors.

Quatre then ran into the room since an alarm was going off everywhere in the whole building "Duo!!" he yelled making Duo jump "It went off on it's own I swear!" He yelled turning around to Quatre who stared at the thing behind him "What is that...?" he asked blinking. Duo looked behind him then back at Quatre "No idea I found her in here like this and then this alarm went off and I have no idea why I tried turning it off but nothing is working" Quatre was listening until he seen the girls eyes in the tank fly open making the alarm turn off as he screamed "Quatre?!" Duo yelled since Quatre scared him yet again that day. "Duo get away from the tank!" he yelled freaking out "Why?" he asked raising an eyebrow "S-She…. HER EYES!!!!" Quatre screamed then ran out of the room. "Quatre!!" Duo yelled then sighed "…what in hell?" he turned around and looked at her not noticing anything any different with her eyes "He must be seeing things" he figured shrugging it off. Duo looked at her face tilting his head "Blonde hair… she must have blue eyes" as he finished his sentence her eyes opened making him yell falling over onto his butt as Trowa with Quatre hiding behind him walked in and stopped two feet from Duo "Duo?" Trowa said noticing he was on the floor. Duo turned around and ran over to them "SHE JUST OPENED HER EYES!!!" He yelled, "Told you so!" Quatre yelled peaking out from behind Trowa looking at her in the tank. Trowa sighed, "You two need to stop drinking that tea" "NO!" Quatre and Duo both yelled. "What is going on in here?" Heero asked as he walked into the room "Duo I'm assuming you made that alarm go off it came from in here" he added annoyed making Duo blink "The alarm stopped?" "Yes Baka" Heero said walking to one of the computers in the room "I never noticed… Uh Heero!" Duo yelled. Heero ignored Duo and looked at the girl in the tank "I don't remember this being in here…" he muttered to himself looking down clicking away at the computer.

The tank in the middle of the room then let out some steam making Heero look up from the computer. More steam came out of the tank as the top and bottom supports on it came un-done making the water come out from the bottom. Trowa, Quatre, and Duo just stared at what was happening. The wires made snapping noises as they detached themselves from her as the glass part of the tank was lifted up making all the water come rushing out making her fall to her knees. Heero blinked at her wondering if she was human or machine Duo blushed and took his jacket off and put it around her. She looked at Duo wondering what was going on and where she was Duo almost melted right there with her bright sky blue eyes looking at him. Quatre finally found his voice and said "She… looks so lost… and innocent…" he started to feel bad for her since the doctors did hell knows what to her. Heero stared at her as she rubbed her eyes trying to get the fuzziness out of them "What are we going to do with her?" Trowa asked as Quatre had that `can we keep her?' look on him. Heero muttered and started to click away at the computer to find some information on what the doctors were doing to her. "Not sure…" Duo said looking at her "Do… you have a name?" he asked as she looked at him tilting her head a little "Name?" he said again "Duo… she might not be able to talk yet… she might have to learn everything like a baby" Quatre said looking a little sad "She might be able to now but might take some time…" Trowa said hugging Quatre. She looked at Trowa and Quatre then at Duo wondering what they are saying as Duo looked at her "Or… you don't remember your name?" he asked. "Her name is Barbara not sure on what her last name is," Heero blurted out of nowhere making Barbara look at him. Duo smiled "Well she knows her name at least" Quatre kneeled down in front of Barbara "My name is Quatre" he smiled as she looked at him "That's Trowa" Quatre said point at Trowa who half-smiled "The guy next to you is Duo" he pointed at Duo who grinned "And Heero is the one at the computer" he said pointing at Heero. Barbara looked at Heero and sneezed "Bless you" Duo said as she rubbed her nose. Quatre blinked at her elf ears, which he can see "Trowa… look" he pointed, "They look like elf ears" Trowa said with a shrug. Duo looked making Barbara look at him a little funny wondering what he was doing "Hey they are! Is she an elf? Or?" he asked. "Dammit" Heero growled hitting the computer "What is it Heero?" Trowa asked "I think it just short circuited" he grumbled quite pissed "Doc's must have done something to the computer incase someone tried to find information on what they were doing" Duo said as the rest of them looked at him "What…?" he blinked. Barbara gotten up and went over to the computer where Heero was and looked at it, Heero half-glared at her "Barb!" Duo yelled making her look at him "uh… at least button up my jacket…" he blushed. Barbara looked down and buttoned them putting her arms through the selves and then clicked some buttons on the computer making a CD pop out from the computer "What the…?" Heero said as he took the CD and looked at it. "What is that?" Quatre asked "Information I'm assuming" Heero said putting the CD away in his jacket "Oh…" Quatre said looking at Barbara who clicked some more buttons making all of the computers turn off and a hologram appear in front of the tank "Whoa!" Duo yelled jumping back a little. Doctor J smiled "If this has been activated… I am dead" Barbara looked at Doctor J on the hologram and looked a little sad. Doctor J cleared this throat and continued; "Now all of you are here… except Wufei who is probably on one of his Justice missions or what not. Heero I know you didn't activate this message" Heero glared at Doctor J as Duo snickered. Doctor J looked over to where Heero and Barbara were standing "Barbara is the only one who could have activated this… I wish I could have seen you up and about and the rest of you better take good care of her!" he glared shaking his claw like hand "Now… where to begin… ah yes the war must be finally over and one of you must have found Barbara in this room, also an alarm went off waking her… that alarm is for…" Barbara then turned it off making the room dark before the lights came on "hey!" Duo yelled turning to Heero "I didn't do it she did!" Heero growled as Barbara took a disk out from the computer and shoved it into Heero's jacket pocket on the inside "huh?" he blinked.

The door was kicked open and Relena then walked into the room making them all blink surprised "Relena!" Quatre yelled "Did I miss anything?" she smiled walking into the room with a bunch of guards with her "Well…. uh no" Duo said wondering why she was there. "Relena what are you doing here?" Heero asked glaring as she looked at him and blinked "Heero who is she…? And what is going on?" "I don't know" he replied as Barbara ran over to Duo and hid behind him "Hey… it's all right she won't hurt you" Duo said turning around to her and whispered "Just might scary you with that ugly face of hers" this made Barbara giggle. "Well?" Relena asked "We found her in here Relena" Quatre said "found her in here?" Relena blinked then noticed the tank behind Duo and that girl "What on earth?" she blinked then looked at Barbara "If the Doctors made her she must be killed!" she added. "WHAT?!" Quatre and Duo yelled as Barbara gripped onto Duo's shirt scared "Relena you can't do that she is harmless. And very confused she doesn't even know where here is" Trowa said "I don't care if she is harmless or not anything those Doctors created must be killed!" "Then wouldn't you have to kill me too?" Heero said making her mouth drop open "Well…. uh…." she stuttered "Well?" He asked "Alright fine!" she snorted "I won't kill her… just give her to me so we can check her over to make sure… she isn't some walking weapon of destruction" she half-grinned "But…" Quatre started but Trowa put his hand on his shoulder shaking his head "We can't do anything…" "Trowa…" Quatre said looking about to cry. Duo looked at Barbara who looked confused "Barb… you have to go with Relena ok?" she shook her head no Heero started to feel bad for her and he started to wonder why and figured it was his heart was getting soft. "Relena…" Heero said as Relena jumped and smiled at Heero "Yes?!" Heero sighed regretting this "I'm coming with you… I would like to find out for myself if she is human or not and who she is" Relena smiled "Sure!" Heero groaned knowing Relena figured he wanted to spend time with her and made that excuse up. "Heero?" Duo blinked "What?!" he snapped walking over to him "nothing…" he said smiling slightly. Barbara tilted her head at Heero still trying to figure out if he was good or not. "Come on" Heero said holding his hand out to her she looked at it then at Heero's face. Heero sighed annoyed and grabbed her hand and dragged her out of the room with her blinking the whole way "HEERO!" Relena whined and followed after them leaving Trowa, Quatre, and Duo left in the room blinking.
