The attempt to create a brain capable of storing and reproducing the workings of already developed minds through set algorithms.

Neural Computing:

The attempt to create a 'human brain' that accumulates knowledge through experience, that has the capability to form opinions on how to react in situations similar to those already experienced.

Objective:

Using an organic subject as a base, combine both AI and neural computing to create a soldier who will follow orders completely without the risk of insubordination and gain intelligence about a situation through previous experiences. A soldier who will not fail. A 'perfect soldier'.
