As the crowd was running around to get snacks and that kind of thing, T.W and Hakeru came up embracing each other to there amazed friends.

Oxnard: Hakeru too, it was like watching a movie.

(With a kinky look in his eyes)

Tomo: In more ways then one…

He quickly trotted over to T.W and gave him a hard noggie to the head.

Tomo: Boy kid I had you pegged all wrong, you didn't seem to be into this sort of thing but man was I wrong.

(Feeling squished)

T.W: I don't know what you're talking about but I assure you it's not like that, now quit squishing me!

Everyone laughed happily and couldn't help but smile.

Boss: Boy when you told me about all this last night you sure left out a lot.

T.W: What do you mean, I didn't leave anything out!

Boss: Oh really?

He comes up to him slowly and before he can break away he's given yet another noggie-

Boss: Boy you had some plan, keeping quiet the entire match, got the tournament people in on it and after a few crooning tunes you pop one right in front of millions. Heh, I see through your plan you sly thing.

(Really feeling squished and blushing)

T.W: Now wait just a minute here! I had nothing to with that halftime thing, everything just happened at once and… Why am I even saying anything?! Really I didn't plan so just get off me!

Hakeru giggled a bit and T.W couldn't help but smile despite his soar head.

Boss: Oh don't take things so personally, I was just fooling with ya. I know it wasn't like that.

Tomo: Yeah, sorry kid.

T.W: Oh forget it, no sense in letting it get to you too much.

Everyone agreed and things settled down a bit, for some reason Stan was missing out on all this and was sitting isolated from everyone else.

(Thinking)

Stan: Boy, some hams are born lucky.

He felt a little resent for T.W since he seemed to be with Hakeru now, but who would've thought that he'd want to commit.

Hamtaro: So what will you do in the next match Hakeru?

Hakeru didn't say anything for a moment and wondered that herself, it was hard facing Ari but she knows the next match could be a lot harder. She also knows if she wins Aoshi won't be an easy victory.

Hakeru: I don't know… But I'll give it my best!

T.W: I know you will.

Asura: Well the tournament doesn't resume again for another hour so what should we do?

T.W: Hakeru and I thought we'd go into the mountains looking over Ira's Gulch.

Jean: Oh, the love birds are planning a rendezvous, how sweet.

They just blushed and said nothing.

Cappy: What should the rest of us do?

Ari: There's supposed to be an underground spring we can relax in.

Hamtaro: Wouldn't we drown?

Ari: Oh no, it's only waist deep for creatures of our size, and there's a spot deep enough for you Tomo. I can show you the way.

Hamtaro: Yeah that's sounds cool, why don't we check it out?

Everyone agreed and started to leave there seats except for Stan who stood all by himself kind of in a daze.

Sandy: You coming bro?

Stan: Yeah in a minute.

So T.W and Hakeru quickly take off in T.W's magic umbrella to the mountains while everyone else left the stadium and followed Ari to the underground spring. Everyone found there own special place that was just deep enough for them.

Tomo: Ah! I feel all the kinks that once plagued my back are no more, I'm glad I came here.

Ari: What did I tell ya? That's what the springs are for.

Hamtaro: I see what you mean, when I'm not drowning in it, water is very soothing.

Bijou: I feel like all my troubles are drifting away.

Asura: Oh yeah! I haven't felt this relaxed since the night after I graduated Pilot academy.

Oxnard: If I just had a sunflower seed right now, this would be perfect.

Maxwell: This is indeed satisfying. I never thought I'd experience the soothing sensations of a hot spring.

Rami: It's a nice feeling after being on the road all the time.

Sondra: I agree.

Maruko: It's good you've found time to come to the fair; you've spent too much time on the go.

Rami: You're right, as always. I'll remember to stop and savor things more often.

Meanwhile over in an area all by themselves Sandy and Stan were talking.

Sandy: So what's with you Stan? You've been quiet ever since we left the stadium.

Stan: Well it's just-

Before he could finish his sentence-

Sandy: This is about Hakeru isn't it?

(Sighs)

Stan: Yeah, I mean I knew T.W liked her when he confronted me the way he did but even then and even after I made a mess of everything by not telling her well you know. I thought I'd loose her as a friend and well… I was able to fix things more or less and we just agreed to be friends. But I really wanted to commit and I messed it up.

Sandy: Now that's not entirely true, you did fix it and your still friends, besides you know very well there are other fish or hams in the sea.

Stan: Yeah but she was the first girl I met who was as cool as me, that I'm not related to.

(Blushing)

Sandy: Oh stop!

Stan: Anyway I am happy for T.W, especially since I heard his story, at first I thought it was some front but now I see the sense in it.

Sandy: Yeah but don't be so glum chum, besides your charm weirdly enough is working on someone. Look.

Stan turns to see Sondra waving at him.

Sandy: As a fellow girl I can honestly say, she's been digging on you.

Stan: Really?

Sandy: Oh come on its completely obvious, remember the conference? She practically asked you out.

Stan: In that case…

He steps out of the shallow spring and walks over to Sondra; Sondra was mesmerized as she saw Stan coming right towards her. The way the steam blew against Stan's body, the way his fur was loosened and untamed, and Sondra's brunette hair messy and taught.

When they were side by side Rami knew it was time to mosey along, while tension between the two grew stronger over on the other side Ari joined Tomo and were soaking away revitalizing their energy.

Tomo: Man this is living.

Ari: I'll say, you know when we first met I never thought we could be friends. But look at us now.

Tomo: I know, the world works in weird ways.

Ari then takes out some towels and a tape player; he turns on the tape player and the theme "Danshi team" plays.

Ari: Here, roll it up and hold it to your mouth.

Tomo: What for?

Ari: I thought we could use some entertainment.

Soon he starts singing-

(Singing)

Ari: When we first met, you were just another fighter. Though we were rivals, You were cool then.

Tomo: Was I really?

(Singing)

Ari: When you fought Aoshi, even though you may have lost. I was seriously impressed.

Then Tomo gets into it-

(Singing)

Tomo: It's obvious that if you're a boy-

Ari: Cool!

(Singing)

Tomo: You don't want to run away.

Then they sing together-

(Singing)

Both: Because we're a boy's team, nanda. If we don't get hot, what do we do?

With our courage ringing out, I say-

Let'su go!

During the instrumental they rock from side to side really feeling content.

(Singing)

Tomo: If you're a boy, you protect your girl-

Ari: Of course!

(Singing)

Tomo: You don't say you can't, not at all!

Ari: Ooh! To-o-mo san, you're a real guy-

Tomo: Don't praise me too much!

(Singing)

Ari: Together I feel, we're just too strong!

(Singing)

Tomo: Just look at the bright, blue sky and all your worries just get smaller.

Ari: It's true.

They sing together-

(Singing)

Both: Because we're a boy's team, nanda. There's almost nothing we can't do-

Wanting to do so makes you laugh loudly-

Everywhere

They break out with booming laughter on each other's shoulders. As the music dips down and the song ends.

(Laughing)

Tomo: Well… That sure was fun.

Ari: Yes it was, after your match against Aoshi T.W gave it to me, he said it suited us perfectly.

Tomo: It does.

It seemed everyone was enjoying the springs and really getting to know each other, while over by the mountains T.W and Haker[Author ID0: at Tue Nov 25 22:17:00 2003 ]u are now over Ira's gulch being carried to the mountains by the magic umbrella.

T.W: This place is even more beautiful overhead.

Hakeru: Yeah I wish there was beauty like this back home.
