Ham-Ha said Hamtaro to Cappy and Boss who wore the only ones at the Clubhouse.

 

Ham-Ham replied Cappy and Boss.

 

What you up to? Said Hamtaro to Cappy.

 

Were making new hats. Said Cappy.

 

Sounds greet mind if I join you? Said Hamtaro.

 

Not at all said Cappy

 

10 Minutes Later…

 

Bonjour! Said Bijou as she walked in with another hamster.

 

Hello said the new hamster

 

Who's that? Said Cappy.

 

Oh this is Mike I met him over here. Mike is a pilot.

 

Ham-Ha said Hamtaro Boss and Cappy

Hi nice to meet you at last Bijou has told me all about you Ham-Hams. Said Mike

 

Mike has flown from Paris to here to stay for a week. Said Bijou

 

Oh tell me all you know about flying! Said Cappy.

 

Ok said Mike you all should all sit down and I will tell you all about flying.

 

Cool. Said the Ham-Hams.

 

(They all sat down at the table)

 

Well flying can be down in lots of ways. Said Mike.

 

I fly a Boeing 747-400 and these planes weigh about 150 tones when they are empty.

 

Wow! Said Boss that's heavy!

 

I know and some people cant believe that something that big an heavy and get up in to the sky. Said Mike.

 

So how does a plane fly? Said Bijou

 

Well say in a Boeing 747-400 with a full payload the plane will weigh about 269 tones. So in order to get the plane to fly you need to have enough air flow over the wings to get up in to air and you are looking at about 184 knots of speed to takeoff. Said Mike

 

Wow! Said Hamtaro.

 

(Maxwell walks in)
