Harry Potter - Series Fan Fiction ❯ Cheesy Puffs ❯ The insaneness begins ( Chapter 1 )

I have about two hours until fireworks, I have nothing to do, and about 10 different stories that need to be typed what shale I do? Work on this one!

Disclaimer: I own everything other than all the Harry Potter stuff and Katie, b/c she owns herself, onto the story!

"Mom! Mom! Guess what I just got," Tammy shouted as she ran in to the kitchen.

“What did you get?” Tammy’s mom asked sarcastically as she took some pork chops off the stove.

“I got a letter to go to Hogwarts!”

“That’s nice…DO WHAT?!?!?!” asked Tammy’s mom (let’s just call her Jane cause I’m tired of typing Tammy’s mom) as she almost dropped the hot pan in her hands to the floor.

“Mom! I am best friends with a werewolf and I have strange abilities, where else do you think I am going to go? Some wired American wizarding school?” I asked taking some plates out of the cabinet, “No thank you! I’m going to Hogwarts.”

“Tammy,” sighed Jane,” I don’t won’t let you go to a different country, let alone continent, without me.”

“I don’t care. I’m going, but I need to go to Diagon Alley to get my school supplies,” Tammy said placing the last plate on the table with a final sounding clang as it hit the table.

“Fine Tammy, but you’ll have to do something for me first,” said Jane, setting down the pork chops.

“Let me guess…clean my room?” Tammy asked getting out forks.

“Yep, so do it after dinner.”

“Mom, you’re evil, you know that?”

“You tell me that every day.”

(The next day)

“Hey, Katie,” Tammy yelled running across the street.

“Yes?” Katie asked while stopping, letting me catch up.

“Look at what I got yesterday,” Tammy said holding out her Hogwarts letter so that her friend could see.

“NO fair you suck!” exclaimed Katie snatching it out of Tammy’s hand to look at it.
“Hay! Give it back,” Tammy said snatching it back and putting it back in her back pocket. “So do you want to go to Diagon Alley with me tomorrow?” Tammy asked.

“Shore, besides I need to see if there are different poshin ingredients and books,” said Katie walking away.

“Okay, as long as you don’t bite anyone,” Tammy said jokingly, skipping out of Katie’s reach.

“Ha-ha. Very funny Tammy,” Katie shot back as she tried to grab her.

(A few minutes later)

“Hay, Katie. Next year you might be able to go to Hogwarts.”

“Yah, that might be true, but I will have to convince my mom about that.”

“Still something to think about.”

(The next morning)

“Katie, Hurry up!” Tammy yelled up the stairs. They had convinced their parents to allow Katie to spend the night at Tammy’s house so that they could go to Diagon Alley the next day.

“I’m coming,” Katie yawned coming down the stairs while putting on a clean shirt (get your minds out of the gutter sickos!).

“Tammy,” Jane Yelled, “get down here, there’s an owl here for you.”

“O.k. mom!” Tammy yelled back as she went in to the living room, Jane didn’t let owls in to the kitchen after the ‘Errol incident’, and saw that it was addressed to Katie. Tammy let out a whoop of joy, taking the stairs two at a time to tell Katie once Tammy saw who it was from. Tammy grabed her and started yelling, “WE get to go to Hogwarts! We get to go to Hogwarts!”

Once it hit Katie what Tammy was saying her jaw dropped and eyes bugged out, staring at Tammy. After they got Katie to move, they then went to eat the pancakes and BACON! (I love bacon!)

“Mom where’s the floo powder?” Tammy asked looking around the fireplace and in the floo box.

“Look in the right box for starters,” said Jane reaching for another box on the mantel and getting the green powder out for Tammy and Katie.

“See you later Mom!” Tammy said before she could object Tammy was gone with Katie right behind her.

“On to the quittage shop!” Tammy said posing like Captain Morgan before marching off. Katie just shook her head and fallowed her insane friend.
