Dear James,
Well, buddy, it’s all uphill from here. Just joking. Lupin and I moved in to our new house, and my motorbike conked out today, but other than that, nothing’s new. I tell you, ever since we left Hogwarts (some odd two years ago!), it’s been a drag, if you can relate. But you probably can’t.
I’ll write more later, Lupin wants me to help him move some boxes. Back in a few.
Back again. Moving isn’t easy work, if you know what I mean. Not to be a pest or anything, but I want to know when you and lily are getting married! Ah, anyway, you should see our house, James. It’s a great place, mate, just seeps into you. I’m staying with Lupin for a while because my maniac parents won’t take me back (nor do I want them to), and I’m jobless, so money’s slightly tight right now. There really isn’t much to do in this dull little house. Any chance of you and Lily coming to see us?
