Far away in Romania, there are chipped FREAKS running about causing chaos and fear.An unknown human is remaking new chips in this location.The chips are to make FREAKS stronger, faster, shape shifting like an imitation of the true undead. Alucard, a vampire servant of the Hellsing Organization, has been given orders to search and destroy all of the FREAKS and to find the maker.He will be joined by Seras Victoria, a solider of the org. and Alucards vampire servant.Although the mission seems easy, they have no idea what or who they will run into.
