Sweet Innocences-
Chapter One: The Sweet Innocent

The young woman brushed out her long dark hair before turning back to the small bed that was her's. Young Miss Aelita James sat down on the overstuffed bed before taking one of the three body pillows and pushing it between her knees, wrapping her arms around the pillow's softness and sighing in content. She pulled up a thick orange blanket before pulling up the maroon colored comforter and nuzzling her nose deep into the covers. Peace overtook her and she fell fast asleep.

Alucard fired the first clip of bullets at the ghouls invading the small house on the hilltop. It was surrounded by the melting bodies of dead men and women, suffering under the spell of yet another worthless waste of a vampire. A loud explosion ripped from the Jackal yet again as it tore through another ghoul's rotting skull. He sighed.
"Its been ages since I've had an even halfway worthy opponent..." He reached out to the nearest ghoul and snapped it's neck with a twist of his fingers. Seras came running up from behind him, firing a shot here and there as she peppered the walls with bullets of a standard Hellsing handgun. She paused as she forced her elbow into the teeth of a ghoul.
"Maybe my Master should ask Sir Integra to give you some time off?" She grunted, her hand ramming through another undead's heart. Behind her Alucard laughed loud.
"Yes, perhaps she will allow the seals a rest that I may cause utter chaos and destruction. The blood will flow free that night." He answered in a cheerful, bitter tone. "In the meantime, check the house for survivors."
Seras looked up from the ghoul she had in a headlock.
"U-um, Master, I'm just a smidge busy at the moment." She answered with a soft blush and an awkward grin. Alucard said not a word as he turned heel and went into the house, grabbing whatever ghoul within reaching distance and slowly crushing it in one hand.
Seras shivered at his obvious display of power.
"Master seems upset tonight..." she mumbled into the headset.
"He isn't upset, luv." the Frenchman replied, a grin permeating his tone.
"Then what is he? I can only think of one other word, and it starts with a pr and ends with ick." Seras rowled. There was a purr from Pip that made her cheeks flame.
"My my, isn't ze little police gal filled with such spirit zis eve." He chuckled. "Nah, Monsieur Alucard jus needz a goowd romp, like ze rest of us."
Seras howled into the chip with irritation."ARRRG! Pip, you stay away from Master Alucard! He doesn't need your dirty suggestions in his head!"
But a good lay sounded so nice, police girl. Alucard thought suggestively.
Shut up!

Alucard chuckled once again as he checked the house. It was small, and the upper level was clean. He had yet to check the lower level for the walking dead. He went down the stairs carefully keeping an eye out for the vampire originally responsible for the current zombie mayhem upstairs. As soon as his boot hit the tiled floor, he went straight for the one infront of him. He pushed the door open... and to his surprise, revealed the vampire that had illuded them tonight.
"Well, well, if it isn't the mongrel who caused this little tiff." He said smoothly. The vampire had currently been trying to mount his latest victim, whom appeared to be a young woman in her late teens or early twenties.
"Aw shi-"
"Exactly what you are." Alucard answered with one blast of his gun. The pathetic creature dissolved into dust before him, leaving the young woman covered in the deceased's dust, alone with him in the room. A thin line of blood trailed from her forhead to her cheek, where the vampire must have subdued her with a heavy blow to the temple. A throbbing bruise had appeared just abover her eye where the bleeding had started. Completely bored out of his mind, Alucard leaned down and brushed a stray chunk of hair out of her face to access the blood. He hovered over her as his long tongue teased the side of her face, his fang slicing the bruise open to remove the blood.
A sweet, rusty, honeyed taste filled his mouth. He rose for a moment in curiousity, took a good whiff of the air, and knew that the girl was a virgin. The blood dripping down his throat never tasted any sweeter.. Though Integra was by far the spiciest, sweetest thing he'd ever had the pleasure of drinking. This was like drinking pure sugar to a vampire. Alucard shivered at the prospect, Pip's previous words rolling in his mind.
Maybe the Vampire did need a good lay.

"Nnnnggg..."
Her head throbbed noisily, as she squeezed her eyes shut to evade the headache bulding in her temples. Good God in Heaven, she felt terrible. The last thing she'd remembered was that desperate, disgusting criminal entering her bedroom with a sickening grin on his face. It hadn't taken her more than two seconds to figure out that he'd had less than innocent intentions. The man had hit her hard on the head, and she couldn't remember anything past it. There was a moment she'd thought she felt something cold and slimy on her cheek, as well as a sudden sting of pain, but she was sure it was just imagination.
"Awwww man." she groaned again, sitting up with a hand on her cheek. She looked around and realized she was no longer in her room. "Toto, I have a feeling we aren't in Kansas anymore.."
Darkness engulfed the room around her, moonlight flooding through the only window in the depressing room just to the right of her bed. The walls looked expensive, painted a dark color she couldn't quite determine. She even lay in a bed of what felt like pure cotton sheets. Blinking carefully to supress the pain that shot through the frontal lobes of her brain, she carefully pushed the white sheets aside and went to the table in the middle of the room. Leaning on a chair for support, she gave the room another going over before stumbling to the door, not caring any more than the next person that she was dressed in nothing but an oversized sweatshirt and underwear. She tugged at the bottom of the sweatshirt before twisting her long dark, chestnut coloured hair into a tight pony and tucking it into the back of the shirt before twisting the golden doorknob of the small luxurious room.
"Now to figure out where the hell I am." Aelita sighed pushing the door open. Her eyes were assaulted with the dim light of candles lit throughout the hallway. Even the small amount of light was torturous on her eyes. Despite her discomfort she continued into the hall and looked both ways. The darkness was almost palatable in both directions, hardwood floors covered with a layer of crimson red velvet lined with cold, and walls with portraits every few candle holders away.
Poor Aelita was still clueless as to where in the world she was.
"Right. Right is always the right way to go." She said, determination fresh in her voice. The hem of her sweatshirt rose up her upper thigh as she marched down the hall comically, stumbling occasionally like a drunk. She traveled for about ten minutes before coming to a stop at rosewood double doors framed with gold on the end of the hall. Voices wafted out of the room. After careful inspection of both sides of the hall, she pressed her ear into the door and listened.

"But Master, wouldn't it be that much better to keep donars on staff that ordering it from a hospital?" Alucard's face twisted in the smallest of grins. "You know how much I find favor in fresh blood with my warm wine."
Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing was sitting on the opposite side of the desk, ignoring the familiar pleadings of the midian before her. Paperwork was rifled around a now messy desk, pens, books, blank documents and such littering it's polished surface. The most recent attack was in a particularly local area, meaning extra homework for her. Integra sucked on her cigar for a moment before letting out another deep breath of smoke toward her Servant and continued to ignore him.
The shadows shifted around her, suggesting the vampire had moved from his spot beyond the safety of her desk. She tensed and jerked her head to stare irritably at the shadow behind her.
"The donations from the blood-bank are cheaper and more efficient." She finally answered him. "The shipments of blood are also carefully monitored, and there are more nutrients in those packs than a regular human."
Two gloved hands found their way to her shoulders and began clenching and unclenching on the muscles in her collarbones.
"Sir Integra, your quite tense. Perhaps you should take a holiday soon, mm?" Alucard said with a click of his tongue. "And you know how I hate that frigid blood."
His fingers began to work on their own accord, skillfully kneading their own section of muscle beneath the suit clad shoulders of his Master. Integra leaned back in her chair and took in another breath of smoke.
"Then put it in a microwave or something. Besides, you haven't complained in the last few years, now have you." She snapped softly, adjusting her glasses with one hand as she reached toward the nearest paper with the other to examine it's contents.
"I haven't seen the need to until now. Master, even one would be plenty enough. The girl I just brought back.. Her blood was simply to die for." He said with a dark chuckle as Integra's slowly laxing shoulders tensed again.
"You didn't...." She growled. He enjoyed getting the occasional rise out of the Hellsing Heir (moreso as of late with so much free time) .
"I did not. However, I couldn't just let the blood from her wounds waste away." He answered coyly, continuing with suggestive silk in his voice. "It was indeed the sweetest I've tasted by far in a long time, Master Integra."
Integra was now hard as a rock despite his ministrations.
"Warm and fresh, better than an after-dinner cigar. Surely you know how wonderful it is to taste something so full."
Her hand clenched the paper tightly, her upper lip beggining to curl. Alucard leaned down close to her ear before grinning like the mad-man he was.
"Of course, had no comparison to your hot, sweet blood, my Master."
"Get off me, you cur." She growled, shrugging her shoulders to remove the midian's hands. "I haven't any need to be influenced by your pervertted nature."
Alucard raised his hand in temporary surrender as he grinned wide.
"My apologies, Master."
"Liar." she sneered before roughly placing the paper back on the desk and snatching up a roaming pen to jot a few things down on the line and absently continuing their conversation. "And what is the benefit to me, should I allow one donar to reside in the house? There are certain dangers in keeping a virgin human with good blood in our residence."
Alucard's wide smile went out another inch, flashing sharpened white teeth at his pleasure.
"Her caretaking shall be my responsibility. Anything, everthing the blood-bound human does will be watched over carefully by myself." He said, removing the bloody red fedora from his head and placing it over his heart. Integra raised a brow at his actions.
"That isn't much of an offering. I would've had you do it anyway, you idiot." she grumbled, returning to her paperwork. "You've yet to convince me."
Alucard's smile dropped into a frown.
"Perhaps she shall be trained as a body guard?"
"For whom?"
"You, of course, my Master."
The sound of a scribbling pen filled the room's silence for the next few moments before Integra set the pen down with a metalic thunk on the wood of the desk and shoving more signed papers and reports into the out file of her desk.
"I would much rather prefer-"
The door to Integra's office opened with a loud squeal of the old hinges. That was on the to-do list, Integra metally noted as she glared icily at the intruding visitors. To her surprise, a rather scantily clad girl was pushed in by Walter, whom entered behind the eavesdropper with a platter of tea and three cups.
"My Lady, I'm afraid we have a bit of a spy on our hands." Walter said apologetically as he continued shoving his fingertips in the small of the girl's back to guide her to one of the leather chairs before Sir Integra's desk. Integra's elbow slammed onto the desk, forehead in palm as she sighed in frustration.

-WalkingDead- Hey, looky here. The first Hellsing fic I've done ever. Hopefully I've portrayed the characters as the are in the OVA series, *prefered by this one, of course*. Send in some comments and constructive crit. I don't mind hearing what I need to improve. And I haven't a Beta-reader, so the mistakes are all me.
Thanks,
