Hey I'm back again with another chap. I'm still trying to see where I'm going with it but oh well it'll form itself eventually.

 

Disclaimer: no Card captors and inuyasha is still not mine but I'm working on it.

 

 

Chapter 2

 

 

Tomoya looked at the sword and could only think that life had really thrown her a curve ball this time. I'm in Japan for one day. And now look what happens. Why can't anything ever be normal around me for just once? Gosh life's a bitch and by the look of things it looks like I'm gone a die.

She looked up back at him and sighed to herself. “I suppose it won't kill you to at least let me get out of the well?” The man er creature, she wasn't quit sure what he was raised his eyebrows regally at her but stepped back all the same.

Sesshomaru watched as the woman got out of the well. She vaguely reminded him of Inuyasha's wench. And being how he felt about her, he wasn't sure if that was a good thing. The woman stood before him dusting off dirt from her clothing meanwhile trying to inconspicuously move a little bit a way from him. He found her ploy to be slightly amusing but as usual didn't let it show on his face. “Who are you wench?”

Tomoya frowned at him. Not liking what he called her. “The name is TO-MO-YA not wench not woman and not bitch.” She remembered all the times that the guys back at home called her names just because she wouldn't give them the time a day.

“Calling you a bitch would be an insult to the female counterpart of my clan.” He replied blandly back at her.

She narrowed her eyes at him and then smiled sweetly. Although she was told that she was a nice person, funny as hell, and an all around great person to be around. There was a side to her that many people just didn't want to tick off. Right now she was seriously thinking of doing some bodily harm to him. But as she glanced into his cold golden eyes, she quickly rephrased that idea.” Well since I'm something of a bother to you, I'll just get out of your way.” She replied tightly through gritted teeth. “What makes you think that I'll let you leave?”

Tomoya clinched her fists and stared daggers at him. The bastard has got some nerve. Thinking he could tell her what to do. He had better think again.

“Is that right?” she whispered quietly, the unspoken challenge flickering in her eyes. Not even thinking to give him a backwards glance, she turned and moved in the general direction of the village. Before she could even take one step, she was lifted off the ground strung up by her neck.

She looked down to see demon red eyes staring up into her purple ones. “Wench you truly try my patience. No one turns their back on this Sesshomaru and lives to speak of it.”

Shit shit shit shit. Now what?

“Um chocking here.” She whispered raspy. Tomoya tried to struggle out of his hold but each time she felt as though she was able to get a little air in her lungs, he would squeeze harder and the new found air was instantly depleted.

Damn. This bastard is going to strangle me to death if I don't do something.

 

“What are you contemplating human. Your weakness is almost amusing if I didn't find it to be annoying.” Tomoya was pissed beyond belief. Her day went from good to bad back to good to bad to worse in a matter of minutes. She had had enough. Her haze of anger tapped into a power that was lying dormant in her. And before she even knew what happen she was lying on her ass and Sesshomaru was eyeing her quizzically from a few feet away.

“Ack, ack, ack ack, you, ack, stupid, ack, creature, ack, I swear I'll kill you once I get up from here.” Tomoya growled all the while trying to catch her breath.

Sesshomaru didn't mention the fact that she was taking her sweet time getting up. But no matter. What he really wanted to know was what that girl did to him.

 

Flash back

 

Sesshomaru held the annoying girl up by her neck, not even acknowledging the little attempts that she was making to get him off of her. When he had felt it. At first it was subtle and he paid no mind to it. Until he felt this cool sensation come off of her skin and then a bluish piercing light, in which he sidestepped away from the small blast she emitted. Moving a few yards away from her in order to reassess the girl.

 

End of flashback

 

He wasn't sure what the hell she did but he was going to find out.

Tomoya was still insulting him when she noticed the change in him. Not really on his face, it never changed. No it was his whole demeanor. As though he had finally came to a conclusion about something. But one thing she knew was that she wasn't gonna like it. NOT ONE BIT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kagome was just on the out skirts of Kaedes village when she felt a jolt of power. It was so fleeting that she thought that she imagined it. But when she turned and saw Inuyasha heading her way in a hurry she knew instantly that it was all to real.

“Wench what happened did you feel that energy for a second I thought it was you.”

Kagome didn't even acknowledge that he didn't call by her name. Again. She just wanted to figure out where that energy came from. “Inuyasha do you know in which direction you felt it come from?”

“Yeah by the bone eaters well. That's why I was so sure it had something to do with you.”

Kagome turned and ran back in that direction leaving Inuyasha to follow behind her.

 

 

Tomoya took a step back away from the demon. “Listen creature. I don't know what you want but I'm sure that I don't want to find out. So let's part ways and just leave each other alone. How about it?”

 

Sesshomaru growled. He was tired of her calling him a creature. Did the stupid human not know a demon when she saw one?

 

“My name is Sesshomaru wench. I'm a demon. And as for us parting ways…”

He stopped and turned his head to the left and waited for a moment. Tomoya tapped her foot waiting impatiently for him to finish. When another minute went by and he still stayed quite, she opened her mouth to give him a piece of her mind when Kagome and another demon came around the bend and stopped short at the sight of them.

 

“Tomoya! What the heck are you doing here?”

 

Tomoya rolled her eyes at them. “Well isn't that the jackpot question of the day”
