Chapter Three
Kagome’s Brothers, Koga, and her Son?
Stirring restlessly, Kagome opened her eyes and gasped as she realized where she was. “Sesshou!!!” she squealed, hugging him tight. “I haven’t seen you in AGES!!” Sesshoumaru chuckled. “It has been a while imouto.” Kagome grinned. “Hey Sess, where’s Ship?” he smirked as he pointed behind her. “Neechan!!!” Shippo yelled and tackled her. “Ship! Its been so long!” She said, tears of happiness running down her face. “Hey…where’s Dai?” she asked, just realizing that he was missing. Daisuke sighed. “Uh… Right here Kag.” He said softly, from behind her. He looked a little disgruntled, and she narrowed her eyes as she heard Shippo‘s chuckle. Kagome’s eyes widened and she ran out of Shippo’s arms and glomped him. “Ah sorry about that Dai! I didn’t mean to faint on you! Its just something that happened to me….I had to deal with it.” Dark chuckled. Ah that was no problem, I enjoyed having you pressed against us for the time that you were.
“Hm? Deal with what Kag?” Kagome sighed. “I’ll tell you later.” She turned to Sesshoumaru. “Hey aniki, do you have any information on the phantom thief Dark?” He chuckled softly, glancing at Daisuke quickly. He didn’t know if he wanted to tell her who he really was, his whole situation was like an avatar deal with Daisuke. “Ah, you probably heard about him from your friend here. The sneak actually got his hands on a few of my paintings of you, Shippo, and Rin.” Kagome’s eyes narrowed. “When I get my hands on him I’ll…” She began to rant, but she noticed that Shippo was looking at her with his patented puppy dog eyes, and she grinned. “You want a piece of him too?” He nodded. Yeah, they were my favorites.”
Dark groaned internally. I knew he was going to bring this up! God damn it! I really like those paintings too! ’Uh Dark, what are you talking about?’ He sighed. When you were asleep, gaining strength on a few of our raids on the Hikari’s museum, I had another thing to do. Infiltrate and steal extremely valuable paintings made by Sesshoumaru. I didn’t realize that it was Kagome in them until now. Daisuke groaned. ’DAAAARK!!! You just had to get us in trouble didn’t you?’
Dark chuckled. It was worth the risk, Dai, Kagome looks beautiful in those paintings. Dai sighed. ‘Yeah, and you’re going to get us killed over a few paintings.’ Dark laughed. They’ll have to catch me first! “Hey Dai, are you alright?” Kagome asked and looked into his crimson eyes. Dai snapped out of his daze and blushed at their closeness. “U-uh…yeah. I’m okay Kag-chan.” Shippo laughed. “Make him fall down in a dead faint like you would to Koga why don’t you neechan?” Kagome was surprised to hear a familiar voice. “Make me fall down how runt? Usually she does that by tackling me with those hugs of hers.” Kagome’s eyes lit up in happiness. “Koga-kun!!” she squealed, and barreled into him. “I haven’t seen you in…well, AGES!” Koga laughed. “Hey there Kagome-chan, how’s my woman doing?” Dai and Dark scowled. Shippo grinned as he noticed Dai’s scowl. ‘Looks like red and Dark here like okaasan.’ he thought with a large internal grin. “You say that every time wolf, and neechan always turns you down.” Koga scowled and then he laughed and Kagome purred in happiness. “Well, can’t blame someone for trying.”
Kagome laughed. “You ALWAYS do this Koga, and the answer’s still the same.” Koga laughed sheepishly. “Well….yea, you’re right. I’m still gonna do it though.” Kagome sighed. “You’re hopeless Koga-kun….” He grinned wolfishly at her. “No I’m not, I’m just optimistic.” he said laughing. She rolled her eyes, and grinned as she jumped on Dai. “You’re too quiet Dai-kun. C’mon, come and talk to my adopted brothers and one of my best friends!” She said happily, dragging him over to Koga and Shippo. Shippo circled him, studying him. Kagome swatted his arm and stuck her tongue out at him. “Ship quit it. Quit trying to find something wrong with him…I’m not going to let you scare this friend away. You try to do it enough with Koga and Hakudoushi, and you already know that Haku’s changed from what he’s been like before. By the way, where is Haku?” she asked, a little surprised that she didn’t feel his aura.
Sesshoumaru laughed slightly. “He’s on a business trip in America, doing business with Naraku for me.” Kagome blinked. “Thank god he changed after that incident, or I would’ve had to stop you from killing him the last time he hit on me…at least he isn’t as much of a cold, sadistic bastard that he was before. He actually lightened up.” Dai scowled a bit and Koga couldn’t help but laughing. “Looks like this one knows Naraku’s bad news. Seems not too fond of having other guys around you.” kagome scoffed. “He’s just like you three. Wants to protect me from the world, but he knows I’ll just rush in head on, don’t you Dai?’ She asked, and laughed as he nodded. “See, I told you Ship.”
Shippo growled as he felt a surge of youkai, and a large, oversized crow youkai crashed through the window. “Fuck.” Kagome cursed, as the crow youkai charged toward them. “You were going to find out sooner or later, might as well be sooner.“ She said simply, and she grinned as she pulled out a black rose. Flicking it, she called out, “Dark Rose Whip!!” To Daisuke’s surprise, it glowed a deep purple, and as it sliced through the crow youkai with lighting speed, and it just slowly disappeared as it was purified. “Whoa…” Daisuke murmured, looking at Kagome in shock.
Kagome turned to Daisuke and grinned. “I’ll tell you what’s going on late. There’s too many ears here.” she said, dragging both him and Shippo to the door. “We’ll be in my room niisan, if you really want to know where we’re at. “BYEEEE!!!” she said happily, jumping onto Shippo’s back, and she laughed as he raced down the steps. “DAI!! COME ON!!!’ she yelled, as the two leaned against the limo.
Daisuke came up to them, panting. “W-why did you do that?” Kagome and Shippo laughed. “Momma likes to go fast.” this caused him to look at them in confusion. “Momma?” He asked, getting into the limo along with them. Kagome nodded, and began her tale.

She won’t care if we tell her who we are…but if her son, brother, and friend are demons, I have a feeling that they already know that you are me. Daisuke sighed. ‘I’ll tell her later…but if you do come out, please, don’t be a total pervert, I don’t feel like being thrown on the other side of the room like she did to that perverted monk.’ Dark laughed. He would’ve been a perfect friend. He enjoyed the female body just as much as I do.
“Hey look, we’re here.” Kagome said, looking at the large mansion.” Yep, and we should all just go to your room momma.” Kagome rolled her eyes. :Fine, fine Ship. We’ll go to my room.”
Kagome ran to her bed and fell down on it, followed by Shippo and Daisuke. “So Dai, what else do you want to know?” Daisuke glanced at her and smiled. “Tell me more about Miroku.” Kagome grinned. “I knew he would’ve caught your attention.” Shippo laughed. “Yeah, he always seemed to catch everyone’s attention, namely Sango’s.
“Yes, he was quite a perverted one, but you would’ve gotten along with him quite well…when you get past his perverted tendencies.” Kagome said smiling. She said, telling him the sad, but happy tale of Miroku. “He and Sango-chan truly had eyes for each other. It was good to hear that they had a lot of children…Ten in fact. And they even named one after me and Souta.” She said happily. “As it stands, I still find it weird that my ancestor felt me up…” She shivered and Shippo laughed. “Well, we know where you get your power from, and its not from Kikyo because you’re not the bitch’s reincarnation. You’re Midoriko’s.” Kagome smiled. “Thank god for that. Riko-chan set me straight as soon as I completed the Shikon.”
Daisuke jumped a bit as kagome snuggled against him. “hmm…you’re warm Dai.” He blushed and Dark grinned a bit perversely. Hmm…she’s warming up to us!!! Kagome looked at him, confused why his aura was flashing a bluish purple. “Hey Dai, why’s your aura flashing purple? It’s been doing that quite a lot lately…”
Daisuke froze. ‘She knows Dark!!’ Dark groaned. Well, we can either lie, or tell her. And you’re not good at lying so we’re going to tell her. “Well…”
