The final battle is over, Naraku has been destroyed, and the Shikon no Tama is fully purified, for the moment at least. But unfortunately all this DID come at a price. Kagome is the last standing (or so she thought) and goes to the task of burying her friends, her family. She decides that she needs a change in the future and goes to live with a relative for a while. About 16 years later Kagome is married and has a couple a kids. Everything is goin good for her, to a point. Until one day, a woman who looks suspiciously like Kagura (but is not her k) shows up demanding for her or as she called her the “little miko”. She is now for certain that Naraku has somehow come back and with a thought she knows what she must do. And all the while she is askin herself “What card has Fate dealt her now.”
