Chapter 6:Tea Squeals
Yugi continue looking at the file,when a man interrupt,that man is Arther Hawkins,he is the warden of the prison.I interrupt,arther said.
Well,I'm just about done,yugi said as look at it quickly when arther sat down with yugi.Hey,how's that pretty daughter of yours?,yugi asked.
Rebecca's not so well,yugi,not so well at all,arther said.More Headaches?,yugi asked.Got laid up with another one yesterday,worst one yet,
I'll be taking her over to Vicksburg next day or so for some tests,head x-rays and who knows what else,she is scared to death,truth to tell,so am I,arther said.
If it something they can see on the x-ray...maybe they can fix it,yugi said.Maybe,arther took out a letter out of his pocket.This just came in,arther gave it to yugi.
DOE on Bakura,arther said.You didn't come down here to hand me a DOE,yugi said.I had and angry call from the state capital about 20 minutes ago.Is it true you ordered Tea Gardner off the block,arther asked.
It is,yugi answered.Now,i'm sure you had reason,paul...but like it or not,the wife of the governor has only one nephew...and her name is Tea Gardner,Arther said.Little Tea calls her aunt...and squeals like a schoolroom sissy,
she mention she assaulted as prisoner this morning out of sheer petulance?,broke three fingers on Tristan Taylor's left hand,yugi said.I didn't hear that,i'm sure she didn't either,arther said.She is mean,careless and stupid...and that's a bad combination in a place like this,
sooner or later,she'll get somebody hurt or worse,yugi said.Stick with it yugi,it may not be much longer,i have it on good authority that tea has an application in at Briar Ridge,arther said.Briar Ridge?,the mental hopital,yugi said.Administration job,better pay,arther said.
Then why is she still here?,she can get that application pushed through,with her connections,she could have any state job she wants,you know what I think?,I think she just wants to see one cook up close,yugi said as both yugi and arther saw bakura walking and looking around.
Well,she'll get her chance,then,won't we?,maybe then she'll be satisfied and move on,in the meantime...you'll keep the peace?,arther asked.Of course,yugi looked at him,of course,yugi said.Thank you yugi,arther said as he was walking back to his office when yugi talk.
