Chapter 4 people! Oh happy day! Sorry, randomness kicking in there…anyway, here's chapter 4 guys…

Sesshoumaru rolled in bed and looked at his alarm clock. 3 o'clock. Why couldn't he sleep? He rolled again and faced the wall. Closing his eyes, he saw Kagome and felt the warmth of her skin. This thought caused him to get out of bed and go to his bathroom. He stood in front of the mirror staring at himself. Suddenly, he saw him and Kagome, kissing on the bench.

This startled Sesshoumaru. He turned on the faucet and bent down to splash water on his face when he heard a knock at his door. Standing back up, he thought to himself. <I'll bet it's another one of those giggling girls from earlier.> He then turned off the water and went to his door.

He unlocked the door and opened it. There he saw Inuyasha, staring at him with an angry look on face. "Oh, it's just you." Sesshoumaru began to close the door before Inuyasha caught it and forced it back open. "We need to talk, Sesshoumaru." Sesshoumaru stared at his sibling. With a sigh, he opened the door and let Inuyasha in, closing the door after he was in.

Inuyasha went and sat down on Sesshoumaru's bed while Sesshoumaru leaned against the opposite wall and crossed his arms. <A/N- Sesshoumaru is roomed all by himself because he'd hurt any roommate he had> Inuyasha folded his hands and looked up at Sesshoumaru. "I need you to tell me what's going on between you and Kagome." Sesshoumaru was taken back. He uncrossed his arms and looked out his window. "Why should you care?"

At that, Inuyasha stood, fists clenched. "Because Kagome is my friend! I want to know so she doesn't get hurt!" Sesshoumaru looked at Inuyasha and smirked. "That's not a good lie, Inuyasha." Inuyasha's eyes went a little wide. "W-what the h*** are you talking about?!" Sesshoumaru took a long blink and chuckled. "You don't want her to be involved with me. You want her all to yourself that's why you're making a big deal out of this, am I right?"

"Are you kidding?! I never needed that b****!" Sesshoumaru suddenly lunged at Inuyasha, knocking him in the stomach and across the room. Holding up his fist, he watched Inuyasha stand up and wipe blood from his mouth. "Never insult Kagome in front of me." Inuyasha glared at Sesshoumaru and charged at him. Sesshoumaru, who could see this coming from a mile away, side stepped to the left, causing Inuyasha to run into another wall. "This is getting you nowhere Inuyasha!" Sesshoumaru sidestepped again to avoid another futile attack.

Inuyasha stood and, his eyes blurred with tears and rage, he lunged at Sesshoumaru again. But this time, Sesshoumaru had had enough. As Inuyasha came within reach and raised his fist to attack him, Sesshoumaru raised his knee and jabbed it into Inuyasha's gut. This left Inuyasha sprawling on the floor, gasping for breath.

Sesshoumaru bent down to taunt Inuyasha but instead found a fist in his side and claws across his chest. This surprised him and he stood back up, and put his hand to his chest. Looking at his hand, which was now covered in blood I might add, he stared back down at Inuyasha who was smirking as if he had won some great feat. Sesshoumaru glared down at Inuyasha, who had begun to stand up.

Suddenly, the door opened and nearly everyone in the school began flooding into the room. This ticked Sesshoumaru off even more. <Gr…I hate guests…> Then, Inuyasha charged at Sesshoumaru again. This time, Sesshoumaru really fought back. He knelt down and punched Inuyasha from under him and then stood and hit him so hard he went flying through the crowd of people, slamming into another wall finally unconscious.

Then, Sesshoumaru's vision became blurred. Yet, he managed to stay on his feet. Then, he thought he saw Kagome. He reached up to touch the figure and he felt warm flesh. He whispered. "Kagome…?" Then, all went black.

Kagome pushed through the crowd of people crowded around Sesshoumaru's door. Once she made it inside, she saw Sesshoumaru swaying back and forth. She ran to his side and grabbed him just as he fell. She stared down at his cloudy eyes and suddenly felt his hand cradle her head like it had done earlier that night. <A/N- Or the night before, whichever suits you.> Then, his hand fell and his eyes closed. She looked back to the crowd for help only to see that only Inuyasha and his imprint in the wall was left. Everyone else had gone to bed. Looking back down at Sesshoumaru, she thought. `What am I gunna do now?' Then, she grabbed Sesshoumaru's arms and drug him to his bed.

A few minutes later, she somehow managed to get Sesshoumaru up on the bed. She looked down at the scratches in his chest from Inuyasha. She sighed and went into Sesshoumaru's bathroom to find the bandages. When she came out with the bandages, Inuyasha was blocking her way out of the bathroom. With a menacing smile on his face, he stared down Kagome. Kagome somehow felt she should be frightened but, for one reason or another, she wasn't. "Move out of my way, Inuyasha!"

Inuyasha smirked and wavered. "You love him, don't you Kagome?" Kagome stared him straight in the eye. "If I did, what would you do?" Inuyasha chuckled. "That is enough for me Kagome." He then left the room quietly closed the door behind him. Kagome stood there for a second and then came to her senses when she heard Sesshoumaru groan. When she went back in there, she found Sesshoumaru sitting upright in the bed with his feet on the floor. "Sesshoumaru, you really need to lie down." "I'm fine." Sesshoumaru stared at the floor.

Kagome went over to him and began to wrap the bandages around his chest. "Don't, Kagome." Kagome hesitated at his request but continued to treat him anyway. "Kagome. I said to stop." Kagome took a deep breath and continued wrapping. When she was done, she wrapped her arms around Sesshoumaru to his other side so she could tie the bandages together. Sesshoumaru looked down at her and put his arm around her. Kagome pulled her hands back and tried to sit back before Sesshoumaru pulled her closer to him. Kagome looked up at him and their eyes met.

Sesshoumaru leaned down and met Kagome's lips with his. This time, Kagome did not hesitate at all. She put her hand on his chest and pushed herself upward into his kiss. Sesshoumaru began caressing Kagome's back. In the midst of this, Kagome remembered what Inuyasha had asked her. *…you love him don't you Kagome… * Kagome pulled away from Sesshoumaru and rested her head on his chest. He obviously got the message, pulled her a little closer, and began stroking her hair.

They sat like this for 10 minutes before Kagome fell asleep. Sesshoumaru looked down at her and smiled. <I don't understand this.> Looking at his alarm clock, he cursed himself. 3:30. He looked back down at Kagome and concluded that he had to take her back to her room. Then standing up and picking Kagome up, he opened his door and left the boys building, making sure he made as little noise as possible.

Once he got up to her dorm, he felt Kagome moving in his arms. She opened her eyes a little and looked up at Sesshoumaru. "Sesshoumaru? Where are we?" "Shh…we're outside your room." Kagome looked at the door right in front of her. "Oh." He smiled a little and began to put her down before she wrapped her arms around his neck. He looked down at her with a confused look. She smiled and pulled herself up and kissed Sesshoumaru. He held her a little tighter until she pulled away and motioned toward the ground. He then, more hesitant than he normally would have been, put her down on the ground and backed away.

She unlocked her door, opened it and looked back at Sesshoumaru and smiled. He smiled and nodded in response. Kagome then went into her room and locked it from the inside. Sesshoumaru stood at the door for about 5 minutes just staring at the door. Then it hit him. He was in the girl's building! He looked around to make sure the coast was clear and then headed out of the building and back to his own dorm.
