(Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Penguin is trying to make some lunch for herself, despite the fact that it is easily 4:00 in the afternoon, and Duo is trying to chat her up.)

Duo: So, uh…do you make lunch at this time often?

Penguin: Only on weekends and summer…why do you care? Why are you here?

Duo: Because your beauty enchants me!

Penguin: Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight…well, why don't you go fantasize elsewhere.

Duo: Who needs fantasizing when you can have the real thing!

Penguin: *twitch-turning to face him* Say WHAT?!

Duo: Well, you know, you…with your habits and all….

Penguin: *death glare-speaking in a quiet and steely tone* My…"habits"? …GET OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Duo: *jumping back* Kyaa! Hou! *salutes and flees, accidentally running into the room with the screen to see Kanna, standing, seemingly alone, in the middle of the room*

Kanna: *turning to face Duo, her mirror in hand* …

Duo: Oh! It's a little girl! How precious! How old are you? What's your name? Are you lost? You want me to take you to the girls' dorm?

Kanna: …?

Heero: *appears from the shadows all mysterious-like* Duo….

Duo: Hey! Heero! Buddy! Where ya been? Everyone's been lookin' for ya, man! Hey, do you know who this cute little girl is? Man, things are fallin' to pieces `round here-everyone's disappearin' left an' right…hey, on that thought, people thought you disappeared. Where you been off to?

(The screen flickers to life as Naraku appears from the same weird shadows Heero did with a smug smile on his face.)

Naraku: Kukuku….

Duo: Yo, what is this place?

Naraku: Heero, bind him.

Heero: *grabs some shackles out of nowhere and shackles him*

Duo: Heero, what are you doin'? What's goin' on here? Why are you following this freak's orders? And what's the little girl got to do with this?

Naraku: Silence him, Heero. *Heero stuffs his sock in Duo's mouth*

Duo: Mmmm!!!!!! Mmmmmm mm mm m m m mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmm m m m m mmmm mmmmm!!!

Naraku: Take him away.

Heero: Hou. *drags Duo out of the room and into another dark room where there is a seat surrounded by screens and controls. Heero locks Duo into the seat, removing his gag, and leaves the room, closing the door behind him*

Duo: What the h*** is going on here?! What's the deal with Heero, and where the h*** am I?! WHAT'S GOIN' ON HERE?!?!?! *suddenly, the screens flash yellow and the word "zero" appears across the screen* The zero system? What IS this?

All he can see is empty space, black all around. Suddenly, there is a Taurus mobile doll right in front of him, poised for attack. He reacts quickly and brings around the beam sabre in the hand of the Wing Zero-but how did he get into space? How did he get into the Wing Zero? But he had to move. The beam sabre cut through the Taurus and Duo moved back to get away from the explosion. He looked down and saw a colony surrounded with Tauruses, all heading in for an attack. He takes the powerful twin buster rifle in his other hand and aims for a bunch of mobile dolls down to his right. He aims and fires, but as he watches, the vision changes-no, why is the beam heading toward the colony? That wasn't the target! The impact is strong and a piece of the colony is ripped off. Suddenly, a series of explosions are triggered and it is enveloped in a blast of flame. Within the vision of fire, he can see the civilians within the colony, trying to escape the blasts, screaming, searching desperately for safe ground. Amidst it all, he can see Hilde, looking up in fear. The blast consumes her and the screams of the people fill the cockpit. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Duo screams, and his voice reverberates in the empty air. There is no one left to hear….
