Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't updated in such a long time but I have been completely buried by homework and final exams! I had two final exams on the next to last day of school! How evil is that! Anyways, I probably won't be able to update again for a while after this since I'm going to China and my grandparents don't have internet. However, I'm going to continue writing on paper so I'll be able to upload a lot when I get back!

Disclaimer: Ehe, I just realized that I've been forgetting about the disclaimers so this one applies to all of the previous chapters and any future chapters. I don't Inuyasha or Naruto or Gakuen Alice!

Kagome shook her head and smiled slyly, “ No, I actually rather like kitsunes. They are one of my favorite types of youkai. I love their mischievous natures.” Kagome suddenly stood up from the log they were sitting on and kissed Naruto on the cheek. She waved and said, “We should get back to camp. They'll be worried.” Kagome walked on, leaving a blushing Naruto with some rather perverted thoughts.

Team Seven and Kagome arrived at Konoha without any further incidents and were currently at Ichiraku. Naruto was gobbling up bowls of ramen at an unhealthy pace while Sakura was goggling at Sasuke. Kagome was watching Naruto eat with an amused expression on her face.

He reminds me of Inuyasha with his love of ramen and his ability to inhale ramen at the speed of sound. But I know that they are different. Sure, they have similar pasts but while Inuyasha became sullen and withdrawn, Naruto became brighter and stronger.

Since Kagome was so deep in her thoughts, she didn't notice the two figures that were watching her with amused expressions. One of them, a slender youth, had raven black hair and mischievous blue-gray eyes. He was wearing black pants and a jacket that had blue lines. (Can't explain the outfit very well. This is the middle school boys' outfit at Gakuen Alice.)He also had a black star under his left eye. He looked to be about one year older than Team Seven and Kagome. The other person was a young man of about twenty years of age. He had blonde hair that grows to his collarbones and he is wearing a plain white shirt and dark blue pants. He has on a silver locket and an earring in his left ear. The boy walked up behind Kagome and whispered in her ear, “Well Kagome-chan, it's nice to see you again. The Special-Ability class just hasn't been the same without you.” (Can anyone guess who this is?)

Kagome turned around quickly and glomped the boy with an extremely happy expression on her face.

“Tsubasa-sempai! What are you doing here? How did you get here? How is the rest of the class doing? Has Mikan-chan gotten better at controlling her powers?”

Tsubasa laughed and replied, “Mikan has gotten quite a bit better, though she really can't control her Alice perfectly yet, the rest of the class are fine, they told me to say hi for them, we got here by train, and as for why we're here, you'll find out later.”

“We?” questioned Kagome.

“I'm disappointed Kagome, no hug for your old teacher?” a silky voice called out from behind Tsubasa.

Kagome gasped and pointed, “Narumi-sensei?! Why are you here?! Shouldn't you be teaching a class? Why in world did they send you?”

Narumi put on a fake hurt expression and sighed, “You still haven't forgiven me for that? It was more than three weeks ago! All I did was use my Pheromone-Alice on you to…convince you that it was a good idea to come to Konoha.”

Kagome twitched. “I would have agreed anyway! You didn't have to use you Alice on me! You made me faint!”

While this conversation was going on, Team Seven was staring in befuddled silence. Each of them felt some type of jealousy. Let's take a look into their heads shall we?

Naruto: Why are those two guys standing so close to Kagome? She's acting so friendly with them… Why do I want to just take her away from them?

Sakura: That's not fair! That slut! As if it's not bad enough that she's trying to steal Sasuke from me, she's also trying to get those two hot new guys!

Sasuke: Damn those two! How dare they try to get close to my Kagome! Wait, did I just call her mine? Hmm, that sounds quite nice.

The trio was shaken out of their individual thoughts by the sound of Kagome calling them over.

“Come here! I want you guys to meet some people!”

Kagome gestured towards the black-haired teen and said, “This is Tsubasa Andou, he's one of the upperclassmen at Gakuen Alice. We're in the same ability class!”

She turned towards the blonde man and said, “This is Narumi-sensei. He was my home room teacher when I was in elementary school.”

Naruto greeted them cheerfully, with an honest smile, Sakura had hearts in her eyes, and Sasuke was his usual stoic self.

“Now that you've all been introduced, can you tell me why you guys are here Narumi-sensei?"

“Well Kagome, the Hokage told me that he wants you to participate in the Chuunin Exams, except you don't have a team. So, I'm going to act as your teacher and Tsubasa-kun here is going to be your teammate. Your other teammate is someone named Haku. I believe you met him on your mission?”

“Yeah, he was-” “WHAT!” Kagome was interrupted by Sakura, who was looking mighty pissed.

“Why does the Hokage want Kagome to become a Chuunin before us! We've been ninja longer! Besides, Tsubasa-san doesn't look like much of a fighter.”

Kagome, Tsubasa, and Narumi smirked. Kagome turned to Tsubasa, “Would it be too much trouble for you to prove her wrong?”

“Not at all.” With those words, Tsubasa stepped onto Sakura's shadow and wrote, Dance the Can-Can for five minutes. Immediately, Sakura started dancing in a completely ridiculous fashion, which caused Kagome to gain a sadistic smile on her face, though you had to look very closely to see it.

Naruto and Sasuke were staring in shock at Sakura. Naruto yelled, “What the hell happened?! Why in the world is Sakura dancing so weirdly?”

Tsubasa smiled, “Don't worry, she'll be able to stop dancing in about five minutes. Since my Alice is Shadow Manipulation, I can control people using their shadows.”

 

*Time Skip to the Chuunin Exams*

Team Seven had been told by Kakashi-sensei that they had been chosen to participate in the Chuunin Exams too. Kagome's team had been named Team Alice (I know, lame name. But I couldn't think of anything else) Kagome was walking with Naruto, Sakura, and Tsubasa when she picked up the sounds of someone yelling. She walked to the alleyway and saw a sort of fat guy with purple markings on his face and what looked like cat ears? He also had a mummy-like thing on his back. The guy was threatening Konohamaru, who had been introduced to Kagome the week before.

Kagome used her Alice to manipulate the wind to push back the mummy guy, as she had decided to call him that in her mind.

“It's cowardly to hit a child you know.” She said in a freezing cold voice and gave him a glare that would have made Fluffy proud.

“Why you…!” The mummy guy started to pull back his fist to punch Kagome but was stopped by a voice coming from a nearby tree.

“Stop it Kankuro, you are a disgrace to our village.”

The mummy-guy, now identified as Kankuro, scowled and gritted his teeth, saying “Damn you Gaara.”

“Don't Kankuro! You can't match Gaara!” A girl that Kagome had not noticed before yelled. Of course, Kagome was distracted by the aura that the guy in the tree, what was his name again? Oh yeah, Gaara, was giving off.

That is a really messed up aura. Rather, the raccoon that possesses him has a messed up aura. Its aura indicates that it is homicidal, hyperactive, an insomniac, is self-destructive, and is pretty much completely insane. Greeaat. Thought Kagome dryly as the trio walked off. I'll be really lucky if I get out of this village sane.
