Kurama's P.O.V.

I walked into the room, startling Hiei away from Yuusuke and across the room to the window. I merely smiled while he glared at me.

“So Hiei would you like to help me apply this too Yuusuke's wounds?” I asked walking toward said boy; I've been weird lately. Youko's urges have become my urges. It is almost as if, I am, as I was, when Kuronue was alive. Perhaps it is an omen of some type. Although it just might be because of me calling on Youko's powers some much recently.

“Hn.” Hiei answered walking towards me, surveying my actions as I started pulling Yuusuke's shirt off and washing off his wounds with a warm wet cloth. I looked up to Hiei and offered him another wet cloth. He took it hesitantly before helping me clean Yuusuke off. He's so shy when it comes to bodily contact. It's weird he seems cute like this. After a while I stopped and watched as he.

It's weird after all this time, its now that my body seems to react to Hiei and Yuusuke. I wonder what is going on that could cause me to like them both so much.

Hiei's P.O.V.

"Hn" I answered going over to Yuusuke, watching the fox as he cleaned him up. Moving only when Kurama offered me a warm wet rag. Slowly I took the rag and repeated what Kurama was doing before, and before I even realized it I was practically in a trance. My hand moving over ever contour of the Detective's body, taking extra care when I came a crossed a wound, his muscles clenching and unclenching as I went over or past them. However when the fox's clock chimed midnight I was snapped out of my trance. That's right, I have to check in with that little baby Koenma, about the demons.

"Fox I have business with spirit world watch over the detective or I might not be willing to come back."

"O-okay I will watch him with my life Hiei as I would you" Kurama replied, I noticed the fox was startled by the comment and it took him a while to replenish his composure. 'Wait did he just say he would guard me with his life, I guess the feeling is mutual.'

"Hn." I said plain and clear.

"Bye"

I said as I slipped out the window. Running quickly to the portal that would get me to spirit world.

Kurama's P.O.V.

"Bye" Hiei said.

'Wait did he just say bye, that's weird he's usually not open or friendly, but who was he referring to. O well I have to keep tabs on Yuusuke so he doesn't go unstable and Hiei comes back in a fury rage.'

I walk to the bed and place a hand on my head then my free one on Yuusuke's head. He didn't seem warm so. I sat on the bed and continued the examination though after a while I gave up because of the feeling brewing in my stomach.

I walk down my hall and to my kitchen to make some medicinal tea for Yuusuke and just some normal makai herbal tea for myself. As I am walking up stairs I here Yuusuke moaning 'But of what or who' I wonder. I walk faster up the stairs but not to loud to wake my mother. I walk in the room and see Yuusuke writhing in paining mumbling Hiei's name. What could this possible mean. I set the tea down and exit the room. I sit in my living room reminiscing on what I had seen a short while before. I end up falling a sleep 'Man what a day.

I awoke to somebody nudging me in my ribs. To my surprise when I opened my eyes I saw none other then...Yuusuke.

"Hello, Kurama o thanks for saving me but one question how did I get here the last thing I remember is being in the park with Hiei then he..." Yuusuke said ever so hyper which was making me smile.

"Good morning Yuusuke and to answer your question Hiei went to the spirit world, and what Did Hiei do to you" I said with a deadly tone. Which I think Yuusuke caught on to because he literally flinched when I asked.

Yuusuke's P.O.V

'Dang Kurama's scary when he uses that tone...'

"Uh he didn't do anything I swear, at least nothing serious,” I said mumbling that last part.

"Excuse me Yuusuke" I heard Kurama's voice getting even more deadly.

"O KURAMA, YUUSUKE, KOENMA WANTS YOU GUYS IN HIS OFFICE NOW." Botan yelled.

'Wow that was close never thought I would be happy to see Botan. Saved by the ferry go figure.'

We walked into Koenma's office with the ferry woman close behind. When I got there to my surprise Hiei and Kuwabara were standing there getting lectured by the toddler so I was glad I came in late because then I would get less scolding then them. I am glad that I had gotten out of the situation with Kurama and that he seemed to forget about it to.

"Yuusuke are you alright I saw what happened on the screen earlier when I asked Botan to find you."

Hold on did he see everything or just that o-well I'll let it slide as long as he doesn't continue.

"Yeah I am fine, thanks to my friends that is. Not your lazy ass! You could have warned me you know, you would think B-class demons would be an emergency in nigenkai. You stupid toddler" I yelled at the top of my lungs.

"Well Yuusuke that's what Hiei was asked to warn you about but apparently he got distracted, eh." Koenma said and by now I know I was red. I could feel fox boy's eyes on me and I could feel Hiei's death glare man was I in for it later on.

"That still doesn't explain why were here.” I replied quickly changing the subject

"O yes there's a new case for you; there is a new groups of demons on a rampage that have been a legend up until now. They're three supposable goddesses that have appeared in the southern region of makai by Raizen's territory”.

“I need you four to go and kill them or bring them back here. Which ever you find easier.” Koenma said as Hiei practically smiled in excitement. With that said he had Botan lead us through a portal to makai, which is how we ended up walking for almost nine hours non-stop.

Stupid Koenma and his stupid missions. I was really enjoying the little rest after that whole Raizen's heir ordeal. I just wanted to come home and calm down, but no Koenma has to go and get himself in more trouble.' Walking trough Raizen's territory me, Kuwa, Hiei, and Kurama are trying to avoid being caught even though I was invited to live here and I am more then welcome. I would rather just stay out of my so called father's site.

"Detective, do you even know where you're going?"

"Yes Hiei, I do and you don't have to follow me you know."

"I know its just fun picking on the oaf." Hiei responded, as Kurama chuckled at the comment.

"Hey Urameshi, that's not even funny, come here shrimp." Kuwabara said, trying to hit Hiei, which as usual he could not.

" Kuwabara, Hiei this is pointless we are on the same team quit your quarreling. There's someone watching us so stop it now." Kurama spat out so deadly my demon heart was racing, yet it was said only loud enough for us to hear that last part. Hiei stopping with his casual 'Hn.' and Kuwabara came up with some code of honour reason on why he could not continue.

"Master Urameshi, Lord Raizen would like to speak to you."

"Tell him if he wants to see me he has to make an appointment with spirit world, I am on a mission so go report that to your so called master."

"It wasn't a request it was an order." The lowly demon replied.

" Ok I didn't mind at first, but now it's ticking me off. Tell your men to stand down, you're not from Raizen's army and you should not have lied. You forget I to am a demon,” I said nastily as I transformed. The demon stepped back surprised.

"How did you know?" he asked unsure, almost tripping as he rushed back away from us.

" I could smell you and unlike you, and your comrades I rely on mine with my life, I can tell when something is wrong. I have known them long enough to know what a simple gesture that to you would look normal, would mean for me. Believe it or not, I specialize in fighting and group attacks for fun so prepare yourself! " I said jumping up and out.

"Where, where did he go? Find him, kill him. Its our goddess' orders now attack!" The demon said.

About two hundred demons of about A and B class demons jumped out from behind the bushes and terrain. The demons were of all sizes and species. Inu, Kitsune, koumori, and tori. Some the size of trees, others as small as there human world counter parts.

Hiei's P.O.V.

'Here we go again. Yusuke and his big mouth, but then again this is a mission so it was expected.'

I jumped through groups of demons swinging my sword, only slow enough to let the demons being slain know who killed them. (I am so evil.) Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the oaf, well being an idiot and doing the only thing he can do, get beat up. Then Kurama with grace, and all the while still pulling that pathetic ningen outfit of his off, slayed every single demon by him and continued to aid Kuwabara. 'Why can't he aid me I wonder if he will realize if I fake it for him to save me. Hold on what did I just say. Where's the detective?'

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, let go let go I am not a toy let me go you stupid bastard." Yuusuke yelled as he was being dragged to the ground by lustful demons, all the while screaming his head off.

'No...ONE...touches...MY...Yuusuke.' 'Who was that' I look around to see the fox standing there charging up his chi while at the same time pulling a rose from his neck. 'Hey is that Youko?'

"Get away from him you low lives, Petals and thorns!" I heard Kurama yell as millions of razor sharp rose petals headed straight towards Yuusuke's attackers.

Normal P.O.V.

Slash, clash, and slice

The demons huddled over Yuusuke's body were sliced to pieces while Hiei and Kurama ran over to Yuusuke, but before they could reach him they were stopped by three goddess. All of which stood with a graceful stance of power and beauty.

"Halt, stay where you are or this young man dies."

"Who are you, and what do you what with Yuusuke and us?"

"My dear little fox this boy is to be married to our daughter the goddess of Power. My sisters and I were merely a distraction to draw you out he is ours now. He's Raizen's heir so now he is our son as well."

"You shall not take him" Hiei said with death in his voice before he teleported out of site and next to the goddesses forging an attack, but before he was able to finish it a chi shield threw him back.

"Little man you expect to beat us we are the three goddesses; the goddess of war Tsurira, the goddess of strength Nishata, and the goddess of wisdom Shiartsu. We are immortal and unbeatable in strength, you will not leave alive if you attack now he stays with us." The leader Shiartsu said, as she stood before every one he hair flowing behind her like water running from a stream she lifted her hands and closed her eyes, and with that, the three goddesses and Yuusuke were gone.

O.k. ningen is human. So yea I thought it was nigen but its not. So I fixed it I hope this chapter is a little better then it was last time REVIEW PEOPLE. I WANT REVIEWS. EVEN IF IT'S JUST TO SAY SOMETHING STUPID LIKE…………………………& #8230;……………
