Kagome wandered through the woods near her home. It had been several months since she had returned to her era, the jewel having finally been completed and Naraku destroyed. But the victory had come with a heavy price. She had been the only one to survive the encounter.

 

As she continued through the forest, she began to feel the unmistakable presence of a youkai. Coming to a stop, she gazed at the trees, intent on finding the familiar source.

Hiei watched as she walked through the forest. Ever since he had come in contact with her, he could not stop thinking about her, and had found himself craving her company. It had been a nuisance at first, one that he could easily ignore. But as time wore on, he could take it no longer. One his prey had stopped, he knew that she had detected his presence. Leaping from the trees, he landed gracefully in front of her.

I see hell in your eyes

“Hello Hiei” she greeted him, locking her sapphire gaze with his crimson. What she saw lingering there startled her, never having seen that look before in his eyes. Hiei started towards her, and without any sign of warning, wrapped his arms around her waist before he darted into the trees.

Kagome held her breath for a moment, not clearly understanding what he was doing. As she glanced up into his face, she felt his arm tighten around her, causing shivers coursing throughout her body.

Hiei still couldn't believe what he was doing. Never in his life had he ever been attracted to a ningen. Hell, he had never been this infatuated with anyone before and could not take the intense feelings any longer. He had fended the emotions off for long enough, and one more minute without her would certainly destroy him. He noticed as she looked up at him, the questions evident in her eyes. He tightened his hold on her, afraid to let her go.

Within a matter of minutes, they landed in a secluded clearing. Hiei gently placed Kagome on the ground, turning his back to her as he walked a few steps away. He had never thought this day would come. He had always led a solitary life, never attaching himself to anyone besides his sister, and even that was from a distance.

 

Kagome watched him, still not understanding why he had brought her here. “Hiei, is something the matter?”

Hiei remained silent for a moment before speaking. “What have you done to me?” the conviction in his voice startling her.

 

“What?” she asked, confusion evident in her voice.

I hate you!

“You are ningen, yet you have me entranced. What is it that you have done to me?”

I see hell in your eyes

He turned, locking his gaze once more with his. Kagome gasped at the raw emotions of want and need swirling in his eyes. Before she could say another word, Hiei advanced on her, latching his lips with hers in a searing kiss.

Kagome didn't even have time to think before her body reacted to his. She had always been attracted to him but had never placed any hope on the fancy due to Hiei's apparent dislike of ningen. She whimpered as she felt his fangs graze her lips, causing them to part. The feel of his body against hers set her body on fire, causing her to become pliant in his arms.

Hiei lost control looking into her beautiful eyes, advancing on her as he engulfed those rosy lips with his own. He had dreamed of tasting her, but never in his dreams had she tasted like this. His reluctance soon dissolved though as he felt her body submit to him. He nipped at her lips, relishing in the flavor of her blood that the action caused. Her whimpers almost set him over the edge, but he knew that he would have to take it slow with her so as not to hurt her.

Hiei pulled back from the kiss, his eyes questioning hers. He had wanted this for so long, but he would not stoop to taking her by force. His answer was given though as she leaned in for another kiss, this time her tongue teasing his lips.

How'd it get this far

Hiei lowered her to the soft grass, sliding his hand under her shirt. He relished in the feel of her silky skin, and wanting more contact, rose to his knees. With one swoop of his claws, the front of her shirt was shredded, exposing her luscious body to his wandering eyes. The sight of her underneath hem, her ebony hair fanned out above her was almost too much. He quickly made work of her bra, engulfing one of her exposed nipples with his tongue as he roughly kneaded her other breast. Her moans made his blood boil, and not being able to take anymore, lifted up to remove his clothing.

 

After his garments had been tossed aside, his hands began to wander under her skirt, finding the spot that would cause more of those stirring moans. He watched as her eyes clouded over in pleasure, her face darkening to a deep crimson color as he rubbed her hidden jewel. He thrust his fingers into her, relishing in the way she rocked her hips towards him. The scent of her arousal flooded his senses, and not being able to take anymore, he crawled on top of her, thrusting deep inside of her slick folds.

 

Hiei's pleasured moan joined Kagome's shriek of pain as her maiden hood was destroyed. Hiei remained motionless inside of her, kissing and nipping at her exposed neck until he was sure that she was ready for more. He wasn't sure if he would be able to hold himself back once he got started.

 

Kagome ground up against him, and taking that as his cue, Hiei began to thrust in and out of her. He never believed that she would feel this good, and soon lost himself inside of her. All that could be heard in the quietness of the woods were the pleasured moans coming from the miko and Jaganshi.

 

He felt himself coming to completion, so pulled out of her warmth, wanting her to come with him. Kagome whimpered at the loss, but her moans filled the air once again as Hiei began lapping up the blood that seeped from her opening, the last remnants of her innocence.

 

Once he was satisfied, he rolled her over onto her knees, thrusting into her from behind. His claws gripped her hips as he slammed into her, causing beads of her intoxicating blood to spring forth from her pale skin.

 

The feel of his claws sent her over the edge, causing her to scream out her lover's name. Hiei joined her in her completion as her walls clamped down on him, his claws digging even deeper as he emptied his seed into her.

Kagome collapsed onto the ground, Hiei falling on top of her in his exhaustion. He nuzzled her neck, inhaling her invigorating scent. Thoughts began to surface, his lust-ridden mind wondering why he had gone through with this. He was a ruthless killer, and should never have succumbed to such a weakness. He remembered the many times that he had considered killing her, just to be rid of her entrancing spell.

He finally pulled out of her, rising to his feet as he gathered his clothing that had been carelessly thrown aside. He heard Kagome sit up, and turned to look at her once he had slipped into his pants, searching her eyes for any signs of regret or disgust.

But what he found was not what he had been expecting. The look she gave him was one of pure love and acceptance. He took a step back, noticing as her eyes questioned his as he began to feel the rise of fear from deep inside of him. Without another word, he bounded into the trees, wanting to put as much distance between them as possible.

Kagome remained in the clearing for some time, her prone frame wrapped tightly within her own arms. She would never regret what had taken place, but knew that Hiei may. But she wouldn't push him, for she knew that Hiei was not the type of creature that could be bound. With a heavy sigh, she collected what was left of her clothing and began to find her way out of the forest.

A pair of vermilion eyes watched from a safe distance as she made her way out of the forest. He still had no idea what he had been thinking, and the thought that he had actually touched a ningen like that brought up feelings of self-disgust. But he knew that there was nothing short of death that would stop the feelings that were slowly growing inside of him, and if it continued, there would be no ceasing the emotions that now coursed throughout him.
