In The Forgotten Realms
Kurama is Bored. Life without worrying if some other evil demon or human trying to take over the worlds is just, boring. Kurama secretly wished for some caos in his life, nothing to much, just maybe life threatening. But after finding out that his younger and favorite cousin Kagome is slowly dieing, he wished he watched what is wished for. Inu/Kag Yus/Kei Kwu/Yuki (Later maybe San/Miro)
Wont give out the story plot right now.

Chapter #1: Boredom.
Rain poured slowly on a quiet street. The dull Yellow street lights made the wet cement glow. A Girl swayed slightly as she limped on the slippery road. Nearly tripping over a crake, the girl made a pitiful whimper. Cuts and bruises were visable were her black kimono was ripped. Blood dripped onto the street, only to be carried away with the rain. Reaching the end of the street, the girl finaly collapsed onto the cold ground.
She lyed there still, raven hair faned out on the ground, anyone walking by would thought her dead. Her dull bright grey eyes stared into nothing as her breathing slowly because small pants. Her cracked and bleeding lips parted slightly to catch more air. As she layed there, a silver car came driving down the other lane, coming closer towards her. She could see the light, but not the car. She could now hear the cars horn rapidly flaring, despertly tring to warn her. Even though she could clearly hear it, she really had no idea what was going on. As the car came closer she closed her eyes, waiting for the impact.
" ...Inuyasha...."

Kurama sighed in relief as he finish the last of his homework. Pushing himself away from his desk, he sat on his bed. Finals had come up and most of his teacher had given him extra work that would look good on his Universtity application. Not that he was worried. He could get into any collage in Japan with his grades. But politely he agreed to the work. Maybe he would go to The Universtity of Tokyo.
He sighed again, maybe he just taken on the work to make himself busy. The more he thought of collage and worked bored him to no end. He was'nt even sure he really wanted to go. He was suprised on how much he missed doing missions. Life as a human was getting boring. Sure he visited his friends often...but he wasnt into the teenage life as they were. He also missed Hiei company. He kept him on his toes and was a completely honest within, almost painfully. He needed Demon company, as wierd as it sounded. He needed a reminder of his demon past. Yusuke was too human....so he didnt count. And the perverted Kitsune in his head didnt count.
' Now that wasnt nice Red.'
Kurama ignored the unsulted fox and turned towards the window. It had rained last night, and the sent was still fresh. It calmed him slightly, but the pollution in the drops made it almost unbearable.
After a few more minutes of feeling sorry for himself, the doorbell rang. He listen to his mother turn away from the dishes she was doing to get the door.
"Hello Yusuke, Come on in, Suichi is in his room"
Kurama turned towards the door as he heard footsteps coming up his stairs. seconds later Yusuke burts through is bedroom door.
"Whad up fox" said Yusuke Intelligantly. Kurama twitched slightly at Yusukes nickname.
"You could have knocked Yusuke" Said Kurama as his put away his school work. Yusuke ignoring his friends statment, started to browse around the room.
" You need some posters or somthing" mumbled Yusuke as he stared at the plain white room. Kurama watched as Yusuke snooped through his things, not really bothered. Yusuke had changed over the year. His hair had grown slightly longer, and nolonger had gel in it. his jaw had more definition, making him look more masculin. he also grew alot taller.
"Yusuke, is there anything you need?" he ask as Yusuke poked at one of his plants.
"Nah, just bored, Hey! is that a porno!" he exclaimed. reaching under Kuramas bed, Yusuke pulled out an magazine with a perverted grin. It soon disapeared to see it was a magazine on different collages in the country.
Kurama almost laughed at Yusukes disopointed look.
"damnit Kurama, you work harder then most adults do. ever thought of thinking of other things then school?" Complained Yusuke.
"Like the size of breasts a girl on a magazine has?" Kurama said with an raised eyebrow, "No thanks, most of them are fake anyways. Not my taste." . Yusuke pouted and flopped down on Kuramas bed and grabed the remote. Kurama and Yusuke flicked through the TV for about an hour when they heard the phone ringing. Both bored of the Tv, listen to the conversation.
"Hello?.....Yes this is Shirori Minamino...."
Kurama could barly hear a man on the other line talk with his demon hearing. About to turn his attention back towars the TV, he heard his mother gasp.
" When?..... When did this happen? .......Oh my god........"
He and Yusuke looked at eachother worriedly, they both could smell faint tears coming from the woman downstairs.
" Is she ok?....yes I'll be right there.......thank you"
Kurama got up from his spot at his desk and quickly went down stairs. When he got there, he saw his mother puttong on her coat.
"Mother?" He ask quietly, placing a hand on her sholder. " whats wrong?"
Shiroir Slowly turn towards her son, with a grim look. Her eyes were just starting to go red from her tears. Kurama wanted to look away. She spoke in a quiet whisper, Kurama almost missed, and he wish he had.
"...Its your cousin Shuichi....shes dieing......"

Also, Inuyasha and Sesshomaru wont come in for another few chapters, let Kagome and Kurama bond aswell with the rest of the people. Im still not sure if I want Sango and Miroku back, tell me ok? Shippo of corse will be coming soon aswell. and befor you ask, there will be no lemons! R&R.
