Kagome Meets Dark Tournament

 

Chapter One

 

It's Finally Over Or Begins

A year before Kagome had been sitting beside the well looking at the now useless Shikon jewel. Just an hour ago she had made a wish on the jewel taking away its main strength. Her wish had been simple it was to grant the hearts greatest wish for all of her friends and there were a lot. Kagome turned her head to see Shippo making his way towards her only to feel the weight in her hand disappear. “What? Hey you bring that back!” Kagome leap off the ground and took off after the running white form.

 

After chasing the figure for over thirty minutes Kagome saw the form stop. “Give it back!” Kagome said getting a good look at the silver kitsune male. He was holding the Shikon jewel in between his thumb and index finger. “Such a strange jewel. How did a kitsune such as you come across it?” Kagome stumbled looking at the male as if he had lost his mind. “I am not a kitsune I'm human.” The male chuckled at her. “Of course your not. Then why may I ask do you have a tail and ears.” Kagome actually laughed this time. “I don't have a tail.” Kagome felt a slight tug on something that seemed out of place. “Mama, you do have a tail now.” Kagome looked down beside her to find Shippo clutching a black fluffy tail in his small hand. “But how?”

 

Shippo's little eyes began to fill with tears as he began to sniffle. I'm sorry but I just wanted you to be my Mama for real.” Kagome dropped to her knees and gathered Shippo to her. “Shippo it's ok. I have a tail. Let me ask you one question is mine as soft as yours?” Kagome watched as Shippo buried his face in her tail nodding his head. “While Youko was distracted watching the pair an Ogre walked into the clearing. The three watched in shock as The Ogre took the Shikon and left a small scroll then disappearing into thin air.

 

Youko unrolled the scroll quickly reading the delicate hand writing. `The newly formed Sprit World is gathering all dangerous artifacts. Also all demons are to go to their new world Makai. Signed Koenma' The two could only stare at the ogre's last location.

 

“Well that was strange. Come Shippo it's time to go.” Shippo climbed up onto Kagome's shoulder as the two left to tell Kagome's family that the shard hunt was over and Naraku had been defeated.

 

 

 

Kagome's mother stood looking up into the Sacred Tree. “Please watch over my baby and bring her home soon.” The middle age woman turned when she saw her son running towards the well house. “KAGOME'S HOME!” Souta threw open the doors to the shrine and ran to the well to smile down at his sister. “KAGOME'S A DEMON! COOL!” Mrs. Higurashi quickly ran to the well worried that it wasn't her daughter with in the well but someone trying to harm her family.

 

“Kagome.” The woman sighed as soon as she saw Kagome's smiling face. Kagome quickly climbed the ladder to exit the well and fell into her mother's arms laughing. “It's over Momma! We won!”

 

Mrs. Higurashi smiled hugging her daughter tighter; she was finally safe no more demons. “Momma who are they?” Mrs. Higurashi stepped back to look at the small red haired boy perched on Kagome's shoulder. “Oh sorry Shippo, this is my Momma and my little brother Souta. Momma, Souta this is my adopted son Shippo.” Next thing Kagome knew she and Souta were alone in the well house and her mother was cuddling Shippo promising enough sweets to kill a horse. “Hey Souta were does Grandpa keep the enchantment scrolls?” Kagome asked watching as a smile crossed the boy's lips before he started to drag her towards one of the storage buildings. The rest of the day Kagome searched for a way to cover the fact that they were demons. During Kagome's search she also came across a way to open portals which she put in a special place just in case.

 

Luckily Grandpa was off visiting Kagome's Aunt and cousin making sure that they were ok after the boy had almost died. They all knew that nether of Kagome's grandparents would be happy with the new appendages so it would be for the best to hide that she was now a demon. After dinner Kagome finally achieved the task of hiding her newly acquired tail and ears and then taught Shippo.

 

The next day the pair planned to return to the past since it was the weekend only to hit dirt instead of being caught by the magic of the well. “I was afraid this might happen.” Kagome said as the pair climbed out of the now useless well and returned to the house to tell the others. Mrs. Higurashi took Shippo setting a plate of fresh cookies in front of him to keep him distracted as Kagome went to try to fix the well. Hours later Kagome returned to find Shippo and Souta playing video games. “It's time to go Shippo.”

 

Standing on the side of the well Kagome smiled nothing could stop her from being with her friends not even time it's self. Neither knew that they were fixing to star a completely new adventure with brand new characters.

 

End Chapter

 

So I have been told by several friend bring this story back or they will hide my bridal AGAIN. I spent two months trying to find my original copy of this story and could not find it any where so last night I wrote this. So I guess I have one last thing to say. “PLEASE OH PLEASE GIVE ME BUBBY'S BRIDAL BACK!” Oh and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REVIEW!!!!!!!!!
