Kagome vs. Yoko (Somewhat)!

“We believe he is in his firm as we speak.” Koenma informed as the detectives watched, while Kagome was fuming. He's the man in charge and no one will allow harm to come to him. He has a body guard at all times…”

 

“It's not like he needs one!” Yusuke butted in.

 

“That may be the case but it's good from the human point of view.” Kurama explained.

 

“Come on, damn it! Let's get the rest of the info, so we can go after him!” Kagome growled out.

 

“Anyways, the only way we can get to him is when he's in the bathroom. Since his bodyguard doesn't go with him. Sorry but that's the…uh…only way at this time.” Koenma stated as his detectives gave him a rounded look.

 

“So you're stating that we have to catch the guy with his pants down. What if he pisses on us?!” Kuwabara asked, making only Yusuke finally realize what they would really have to do in the bathroom.

 

“I say whatever works.” Kagome said as she pushed herself off of the wall and started to head to the door.

 

“Wait! We're not done yet! You don't even where SHE is.” Koenma commanded.

 

You could hear the curses she mumbled as she turned around. Hiei heard it all and grinned at some of her choice of words. `Where did she come up with `Hell of Rokosai' and `Damn Taikomaru?'

 

“We believe she is either in his bathroom or at his house. I think it would be wiser if we went to his house first.” Then on the screen popped up a shrine that the buildings were swallowed in the shadows, which could be, undoubting, Naraku's. “It has a very strong barrier surrounding the place. But we figured with all of your demonic and miko powers mixed we might have a chance of getting in. But once you get in you must hurry for Naraku will surely know his barrier has crumbled.”

 

“So approximately how long until he figures this out and returns home?” Kurama asked. With Yoko getting a bit exited about doing a search and rescue but to him it was somewhat of a break in and steal.

 

“About five to seven minutes. That's not long enough to search the entire grounds. So try to sense her, Kagome, while the other's search the surroundings. You will have to make a plan to execute so you can be efficient in this short amount of time. This must be done quickly.” Koenma enforced even though some would be fully aware of the time constrictions.

 

“No problem. Now let's get the fuck out of here!” Botan opened a portal and stepped back as Kagome ran threw. Then, Hiei was soon to follow her with a quick step from the wall. Yusuke and Kuwabara were racing each other just for kicks but Yusuke used a dirty trick and tripped Kuwabara. But just as fast as he fell he was racing right after him.

 

“Kurama.” Koenma called before the fox stepped through the portal. The fox avarater looked at the sullen little lord. “Don't get carried away when you let Yoko out. This is the only time you are allowed out, Yoko Kurama.” Koenma spoke past Suichi and directly to Yoko. You could hear snickers but the little ruler ignored them for now. “And don't forget to tell Kagome before you allow him out, otherwise you'll be fried. But in the end that could very well be the ending result anyways. Good luck!” The little ruler scoffed and dismissed him with the wave of his hand. Kurama gave a sigh, went to Botan kissed her, and finally went through the portal.

 

“Be safe…” Botan whispered.

“Let go, damn it!” Kagome spat in Hiei's face.

 

“Not until you calm down” Hiei bit back.

 

“Now, Hiei!”

 

“I'm almost finished.”

 

“You know it was bound to happen. Damn, I haven't even done that with Keiko.” Yusuke said allowed as he watched them `play'.

 

“Shut up, detective.” Hiei sent a glare at him and then went back to concentrate on what he was doing.

 

“Almost there.” After a small pause, “Okay I'm done.”

 

“Good now I can kill YOU!” Kagome growled and struggled under Hiei's weight and out of his grasp.

 

“I'm just going to stand over here so I don't get blood on my favorite shirt.” Yusuke laughed.

 

“Hey, well everything seems okay…wait what's going on?” Kuwabara asked as he came back from scouting the area. When he really focused on what was happening he yelled. “Ah! Hiei get off of her!”

 

“Help me Kuwabara! Hiei wants to keep going but he won't listen to me when I asked him to stop!” Kagome pleaded acting helpless.

 

“W-what?” Hiei choked out, staring at her in disbelief. Suddenly, Hiei was grabbed by his top coat and flung to the right.

 

“Thanks I owe you.” Kagome said as he gave her a lift up but once she was up she was gone.

 

“You Baka!” Hiei yelled and then was gone just as fast. Kuwabara blinked and looked at Yusuke questioningly.

 

“Did I miss something?”

 

“Hell yeah, now we're going to have a dead body to take back to Koenma! Damn it!” Yusuke cursed.

 

“Why would we have to do that? Hey where's the red head?”

 

“Probably high-tailing it through this entire forest to save his coat!” Yusuke rubbed the bridge of his nose because he was starting to get a major headache. “Yoko's out, he's going to help us find her.”

 

“Why's that matter?” Yusuke decked Kuwabara.

 

“Because, Kagome wants to kill Yoko for trying to kill her kit! Didn't you pay attention to any part of her story?”

`Where is he? That no good son of a bitch!' I thought as I searched the forest at high speeds. `There you are!' I found his scent and was off to the left.

 

*Thump* “Hiei, god damn it! Get off of me! I'm going to pay him back!”

 

“You're going to kill the man that's going to help us find Tenmei!”

 

“I'll work with that damned avarater after I beat him half dead!” I was trying desperately to get away but was still unsuccessful.

 

“How long ago did he try to hurt your kit?”

 

“About 510 years ago but that doesn't matter, because…because my kit is…” I went motionless as the sadness washed over me again. `Why did he have to die? Why did any of them have too die? Maybe, they were right, maybe I could have saved them before anything happened.'

 

Soon Hiei's weight was raised up off of me and I sensed Yoko's presence leave but was too subdued with emotions that I forgot about him. Hiei dropped a hand in front of my face I slowly raised mine. Hiei just grabbed my wrist and pulled me to stand in front of himself. He started to walk away, I just blindly followed. It wasn't the way back to the barrier it was towards rushing water.

 

When we arrived I went to the bank and knelt down to get a drink and wash some of the dirt that had accumulated on my arms. I heard Hiei give a frustrated growl. `What was that for?' I thought but he started to walk back towards the trees. But I had an evil idea.

 

“Hiei…” I said softly trying to sound desperate. I saw him stop abruptly and then slowly turn back to me. His eyes widened a little bit.

 

“Can you…um…come here, please?” I shuddered under his gaze but I guess it helped the effect because he slowly walked over to me and kneeled down in front of me. I reached out with both hands and cupped his face in my hands. `Damn I'm turning my self on…I've got to end it now.'

 

*Splash* “Serves you right!” I laughed as I looked at my accomplishment.

 

“Damn you woman!” Hiei grounded out as he picked himself and his sopping wet clothes up from the water. I watched him as he advanced towards the bank. I couldn't help but laugh at him his hair was down, the first time it didn't stand up. But it quickly stood back up! “Whoa! How did you do that?!” I asked in amazement.

 

But he didn't reply and just jumped on me and carried me to the bank it took me a while to get out of my previous stupor when I realized he was about to through me in! “No Hiei don't!” But he just threw me in without much trouble.

 

I came up and glared at him and he just smirked at me! “Back at you.” He said nonchalantly. I laughed at his playful humor that obviously did show itself much, even if it was a little stiff from the lack of use. I splashed water at him inviting him to come in and play. He didn't really object. When he got into the water he went under. “Huh?” I was under the water just as soon as I said that. I opened him eyes and saw Hiei right at my face he looked like he was going to kiss me.

 

~Is this what you want?~

 

~Ah…W-what are you talking about?~ I stared at him. `Is he serious?'

 

I saw him smirk then I realized I was running out of air. I tried to stand up but he kept a firm hold on me. ~Hiei let me go I have to get some air!~

 

~Then I'll give you some.~ He came closer and closer. I felt myself blush. He touched my hair, then my cheek, and then he touched my lips with his finger. I forgot about breathing as I waited for him to meet my lips to his. Second after second passed as he finally touched my lips I felt them burn then it kept getting hotter and hotter. I pulled away and looked at him he was smirking he had let go of me and I had still been down there by my own will.

 

I blushed and stood up and walked to the bank I was mad he played with me! He had just teased me!

 

I heard him rise as well I just kept going. “We need to be going.” I said coldly.

 

“Leave the fox alone.” Hiei said as he came up behind me. I turned to look at him as his hair stood back up and his clothes dried. I looked at him in a stupor again. “What?”

 

“H-how do you do that?” I asked.

 

“Do what?”

 

“Your hair and your clothes are dry already!”

 

“Hn. It's just my fire powers. You should be able to do it too.”

 

“How?! Tell me! That would make drying my hair so much shorter!” I thought of the possible amount of time I could save while getting ready.

 

“You just heat up your body its simple. Heh, you never thought of that? You are a stupid woman.” Hiei mocked as he walked away.

 

“You pompous jerk!” I said but laughed he was right it was simple. I started to heat up and my clothes were the first to dry next was my hair. When I opened my eyes to look my self over I looked at him expecting to see him gone but he was just starring at me. “What?”

 

He quickly looked away and just ran off. “What was that about?” Then I went after him on my way to the barrier.

`Damn that idiot! He just had to listen to her!'

 

`You know what?'

 

`Damn, it's you again? Don't you ever stay in your box?' I growled at my consensus.

 

`Aww, come on you're getting used to me. Anyways when you were on top of her you know you really liked how it felt didn't you. But of course you won't admit to it.' My consensus mocked.

 

`No I didn't! Why the hell do you keep insisting that I should be with that dumb-ass female?'

 

`Because you like her!'

 

`Go away.' I stuffed him back into the box this time with duck-tape, unbreakable spider strings and chains. `Now let's see you get out of that.'

 

`Oh I will.'

 

I dismissed him and went back to finding her. To my amazement she had just jumped right into my path. I tackled her and she went down with a thump.

 

“Hiei, god damn it! Get off of me! I'm going to pay him back!”

 

“You're going to kill the man that's going to help us find Tenmei?”

 

I'll work with that damned avarater after I beat him half dead!” She was trying to get out of my grasp. I had her face down on the forest floor with her hands to the sides. She wasn't getting anywhere.

 

“How long ago did he try to hurt your kit?”

 

“About 510 years ago but that doesn't matter, because…because my kit is…” She went motionless. `She must be thinking about them again. She sure as hell dwells on the a lot. Especially that damn half demon.' I stopped and thought about what I was just thinking about. `Why does it even bother me? Never mind.' I thought as with every time I thought about her my consensus would always pop up.

 

~Yoko, you can go back to the detective and the idiot.~

 

~Yeah, good luck.~

 

~I can handle her.~

 

~Well, then why don't you have some fun with her while you calm her down.~

 

~Shut the hell up fox and leave or I will release her.~

 

~Fine, fine.~

 

I got up off her once I knew Yoko was gone. I knew that she must know he had gone back but she wasn't going after him. I put my hand down but it was taking her too long when she finally raised hers up so I just grabbed her wrist and just pulled her up. Once I knew she wouldn't crumble over I walked towards the river that I could hear from the area of the tackle. She followed like a zombie but I didn't mind just as long as she was following and not going after the fox.

 

When we got to the river I stopped a little ways from the bank as she walked past me and went to get a drink and wash away some of the dirt that I had involuntarily put on her arms.

 

As I watched I saw a single lock of midnight black hair fall from behind her ear. I suddenly had the desire to touch it and feel it cascade over my skin. `What the…why am I getting turned on by her hair?!' I thought but growled at my body's response and also in frustration of not wanting to admit his desire.

 

I had had enough of being around the woman for now and decided I'd wait in the woods for her to finish. But when I got three steps away from my previous guard spot I heard her voice. It was like a bird rising in the morning when he would sleep in a tree. The bird wouldn't be too far from him and it awoke him pretty quickly. “Hiei…” He stopped abruptly and turned slowly to face her. I felt my eyes widen at the need in her eyes.

 

“Can you…um…come here, please?” She shuddered I slowly walked over not really wanting to startle her. Then I went and kneeled in front of her. She slowly raised both of her hands and cupped my face. `God, this feels so good…' I heard my self say but luckily not aloud.

 

Next thing I knew I was in the water! When I came up I heard her say. “Serves you right!” Then she had the gall to laugh.

 

“Damn you woman!” I picked myself up and stalked up towards the bank. She was still laughing but harder as she looked at me. Then she stopped looking at me and starting gawking. “Whoa! How did you do that?!” She asked simply amazed.

 

I didn't think too much about it as I jumped on her and picked her up. As I got closer she came back to the present and then pleaded. “No Hiei don't!” I didn't even pause to consider her demand I just effortlessly threw her in. *Splash*

 

When her head bobbed to the surface he grinned, she looked like a turtle. “Back at you.” I said nonchalantly. She laughed and then sent a wall of water towards me, inviting me in to play. I put my feet into the water as I sank into the water I got a flick of mischief run through me as I went the rest of the way into the water. I swam towards her and pulled her under. She opened her eyes and looked at me. I was aware of how close I was as she kept staring at her. ~Is this what you want?~

 

~Ah…W-what are you talking about?~ She starred at me and the mischief kept running through me and some what putting me in a haze as I thought of all the things I could do to her.

 

I smirked as she realized she hadn't gotten enough air. She tried to get up but I wasn't about to let her go. My hands was on her hips and I was enjoying the curve of her body when she spoke. ~Hiei let me go I have to get some air!~

 

~Then I'll give you some.~ I said as I closed in a little bit more. She blushed to my satisfaction. I touched her hair which was soft, then I touched her cheek under the water it was slick but he imagined it above water as soft and firm, then finally I touched her lips with my finger. I could feel her getting ready for me. Finally I relieved myself of the need as I touched my lips to hers but the mischief still ran through me as I wanted to spice it up. I warmed my lips and they kept getting hotter and hotter finally she pulled away. Even though it was my idea to toy with her I was a little disappointed that she didn't think to use her ice powers to keep the kiss going.

 

When she looked at me, I showed her a smirk. I had long since relieved her of my hand restraints but she had relieved that she was going to stay as I touched her. But when she realized this she blushed and then stood up. She then walked to the bank and was fuming. I knew I was going to make her mad but it was still fun. I'm the boss and she'll have to live with it! `That was for the pay back for the time when she left me outside the window. At least I didn't knock her out. She should be grateful.'

 

I got up and walked to the shore as well, when I heard her coldly state the fact. “We need to be going.”

 

I came up behind her and reminded her of the other fact. “Leave the fox alone.” She turned to look at him but she just starred at him again. “What?” He asked annoyed at her again loss of concentration.

 

“H-how do you do that?” She asked

 

“Do what?”

 

“Your hair and clothes are dry already!”

 

“Hn. It's just my fire powers. You should be able to do it too.”

 

“How?! Tell me! That would make drying my hair so much shorter!” She then started to get a far-away look that meant she was daydreaming.

 

“You just heat up your body its simple. Heh, you never thought of that? You are a stupid woman.” I thought as I thought about when my consensus said she was smart one night. I just mentally laughed. Because since we have to learn how to control both of the powers so we don't get killed by ourselves it came naturally to me to just dehydrate the water from my body after getting wet. After I was done thinking over some of the old memories I just walked off towards the woods.

 

“You pompous jerk!” She yelled at me. But that was all she said as she stood still as she concentrated on her powers. I tuned my head to see if she was looking but she wasn't so I turned fully around. She was drying herself off from bottom to top. I scanned her body as she kept drying off when I watched her hair dry I thought of smelling it. Before I could remember to turn around she caught me staring at her. “What?”

 

I realized what I had been doing and again the response my body took on I ran so that she wouldn't see. I heard her say something to my sudden disappearance. “What was that all about?” Then she was off as well to the barrier but I had to go take a break before I could meet up with anyone else.

 

`Damn the matting season is coming up.'

 

`I told you. Now think of the way you are reacting to her. Others may not react as strongly but they will still want to have her. The reason you are acting so strongly is because you are meant to be hers and of course her to be yours.'

 

`God, could you have picked a better time for this?' Hiei groaned as he was trying to get his primal instincts under control and also to ignore his consensus.

 

`How about this, remember when we were following her when she was feeding pack. Remember what she said?'

 

`…'

 

`She said she loved you! She's already yours! Why the hell won't you let yourself have her?'

 

I had gotten my primal side of me under control when I had really thought about what my consensus and said and that he was right. `But I don't know how I feel…'

 

`I know how you feel and you like her! How hard is it to understand?!'

 

`Just go back into your box…I'm done with this.'

 

`Fine but you can't keep putting this off and if you lose her to another demon or human you are so dead!' With those final words he had gone into dormancy. And Hiei was off to meet up with everyone at the barrier.

But sadly next week I have goalie training and I'll be gone all week but I'm going to try and work on it.
