Hiei thought about that voice a lot and was about to ask Kagome about it but she's been through enough so as she went to speak with the village people he returned to the cave in question of that voice. He opened his jagon eye trying to find out what of who said that when he turned around he heard it again and turned around,” Who's there?” “ Take care of her apparition.” “ What? Who are you and what do you mean?” “ Inuyasha is my name and I can see the care you hold in your eyes for her you need to watch over her for she needs someone to trust again.” He turned away,” Hn.” Inuyasha smiled at that yet then disappeared. When he returned to the village Kagome was walking up the hill.

He looked at her differently when Kagome walked up to him,” What's wrong?” “ Nothing.” “ Where did you go?” “Why does it matter?” “ I was worried that's all.” “ I am not weak.” She turned from him,” I didn't say you were.” He then jumped in front of her face just inches away,” Never underestimate me.” “ I didn't.” She then walked toward the hot springs and took a breath,” I going to take a bath.” He then jumped up into the tree with his back at her as she laughed,” I guess you have more sense then to look.” “ Hn.” She then undressed making sure Hiei didn't peek.

Hiei POV

When I heard her dress slip I turned to her seeing her body yet then quickly turned away. I began to lust for her, Her curves and her eyes to her legs and her breasts. Wait what am I doing I can't get involved. I am beginning to think like the baka, Hn no more like the fox instead I'm not that stupid.

Normal POV

Kagome slipped into the water sighing as her muscles loosened she began to relax. She sighed as she thought back to the final battle against Naraku, she wasn't in it she saw the whole thing though her friends never knew of her cryogenic sleep they thought she died and then they died without her to help them in the final battle. She failed them. She failed her friends her good friends.

Tears slipped into the water remembering when she awakened the visions of the spirits of her family. She then felt a hand on her shoulder and looked up in surprise. Yet then calmed down to see Hiei's hand on her shoulder and him looked away from her. She smiled as she touched his hand gently. Hiei jumped at this but then calmed down after.

Hiei returned into the tree,” Hurry but and get dressed that child is going to be calling the reaper for missions soon.” She nodded as Hiei turned away. She smiled and shook her head something about demons she was attracted too. She laughed a bit at that.
