Can I trust him? What will Inuyasha think? These are the things rushing through Frankie’s mind as she climbed the tangled green vines that were growing up the inside wall of the old bone eaters well. She was visiting the feudal era in her cousin Kagome's stead so that Inuyasha doesn’t run strait to the well to bring her here when he realizes kagome is going to be late. With a wry smile Frankie thinks of Inuyasha. He’s always rushing into things swinging that humongous sword around. I’m surprised he hasn’t cut his own leg off by now. What with how he never makes a plan before battle, never waiting for the rest of us. He’s always running off with only a “feh” in response to our inquiries. I just don’t understand what Kagome sees in him. All this was rushing through Frankie’s head when she heard a loud exclamation from further up the flower strewn path just around that sharp bend next to the God Tree.

“OY WENCH WERES KAGOME” Inuyasha yelled obnoxiously.

Frankie replied with clenched jaw and flashing green eyes. “First my name is Frankie Leigh Ward not wench, use it or don’t speak in my presence. And second Kagome is delayed she had to retake one of her exams, thanks to you she didn’t have enough time to study.”

Inuyasha’s reply to her tirade was only a grunt that sounded suspiciously like “feh”.
