­­“Yusuke! Wake up!!” Genkai yelled as everyone but Yusuke was awake and ready for the training that began today. Since they are not only demons, also civilized ones at that Koenma decided to add them to the team.

 

“I'm up grandma kami let someone sleep in for once.” Yusuke answered, while Inuyasha laughed his ass off.

 

“Sit boy, now you know what you sound like all the time.” Kagome said watching Inuyasha face plant the floor, even Sesshomaru let out a smirk.

 

“Yusuke go get the training out fits you use, you'll need to grab at least four.” Genkai said kicking him.

 

“Since you are not only stuck here, but pose a threat, welcome to the reikai tentai. You will train here and abide by my rules. You don't have a choice either its here or nowhere simple as that. Hiei you and Miroku, Kurama you and Sango, and then that leaves Fluffy and the dimwit.” Genkai said as Yusuke re-entered the room with the out fits giving one to Miroku, Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and he was already dressed in his.

 

Sesshomaru's P.O.V.

`That human and I, ridiculous. Like he could even match me.' I changed into the strange clothes so that I could participate. It was that or deal with the strange women who felt like a bomb. The boy Yusuke just stood there waiting for Genkai to say something when she finally did let us begin. Yusuke came charging after me headfirst, does this boy want to die. I was easily dodging his attacks but when he finally did land, one I felt pain beyond anything I have felt before. It was as if his strength alone was a fire raging inside him waiting to get out and I was the catalyst. Punch after punch landed before I finally got away. By now, everyone stopped their sparring and were watching us. Inuyasha looked on awe struck because he was receiving a beating, by the women, Genkai.

 

“Holy shit he's beating the crap outta you.” Inuyasha laughed before he was thrown into a tree. Genkai stopped what she was doing to look towards me, and at Yusuke who looked like he was Inuyasha in his demon form. His eyes contorted with blood lust. He ran towards the forest growling and snapping at things that weren't there.

 

“What's wrong with him fox?” Hiei asked

 

“Well he originally was Raizen's heir but since Raizen died his ancestors, before Raizen want to claim what's theirs, and since he has a lot of ancestors their fighting for him, but the two dominate right now are Inu and kitsune.” Kurama answered

 

“You didn't answer my question what do we do?”

 

“I do not know”

 

“I do,” I said stepping towards the forest. `He's an inu Kurama said so this should work hopefully its not in vein' I was fading through the forest trying to catch up with Yusuke. When I finally did, he was bent over panting growls escaping his mouth. I walked over to him cautious of how close I got. The closer I got the more vicious he seemed to get before he finally turned around to pounce me. I took that as a chance, I needed to do what needed to be done, tame him. When I was young, I remember my father telling me the only way to train a wild mutt was to bite them. I was aiming for his ear but when he turned to bite me back our lips met. He bit my bottom lip more in the sense of hurting me, but that's not the effect it had on either of us. Before I knew it, he was pressed up against me practically purring. I do not know what came over me but the sounds that escaped his mouth threw me over the edge. I had Yusuke pinned against a tree and he was putting as much fever in to the kiss as I was. “Stop” I growled thinking that if Yusuke backed down I would be able to keep the little control over my inu I had. The boy came to his senses slowly examining his surroundings and as he did a blush spread a crossed his features it was, enticing. However, I would never admit it because he is nothing more then a human mazoku. He pushed me back and his attitude changed to frantic.

 

“What the hell happened?” He stuttered

 

“You lost control.” I answered simply. His attitude faltered from anger to sadness to insecurity.

 

“Dammit.” He muttered repeatedly punching the ground. He acted so strange for someone so powerful.

 

“Boy what is it that you fear?” I asked interested how someone so strong could act so weak so freely.

 

“Pain.” He muttered

 

“You fear pain.” I said not showing my confusion.

 

“NO! I don't fear pain. I fear causing pain. I don't like hurting people especially innocent bystanders. Demon or not.” He said continuing to punch the ground. This human is interesting he honors all creatures demon or no. He is strange he is a protector of the three worlds. It is strange that a simple human could, be given that honor. He strangely reminds me of my father. The way he gives all living life a chance. I guess I misunderstood my father now that I look at it through this boy's point of view. He is scared of power because he knows it can corrupt one.

 

“Lord Sesshomaru?” He said looking up. I merely nodded confirming he had my attention,

 

“Not that I am complaining but why did you help me?” he asked confused

 

“I am in a foreign land. I know not the laws here or anyone as an ally. I do not wish to stand on uncertain grounds with the allies I have now. No matter how foolish they are,” I answered simply.

 

“O yea that would be smart not like me though I don't make enemies. I capture or kill them. Most of them are blood thirsty killers in the makai though so most of the demons I meet are allies or just friends.” He said I did not care one way or another and I had to stop his foolish rambling.

 

“I do not care human. Your life is no concern to me.”

 

“Asshole.” He grumbled under his breath thinking that I would not hear. I did but I let it slide. He stood up and phased out of the clearing running back to the temple. The only thing he left behind was a whispered Thank you that held things I could not even begin to comprehend. Foolish humans and their emotions.

 

Yusuke's P.O.V.

`O.k. Sesshomaru has stick a little to far up his ass. I mean that condescending tone got to me like an idiot on a bad day. He's the one that started the conversation yet he's the one that didn't give a damn. Stupid demon but at least he's not bad I wouldn't want him to be one of the demons I have to kill he seems pretty cool. I can't believe him and Inuyasha are related. At least I can make two more allies if not something more.' I was running through the forest back to Genkai's temple after my encounter if you can call it that with Sesshomaru.

 

When I finally did get back to the temple, people were finally settled in and Genkai was having fun watching the monk try and court the slayer. Yukina and that Kagome girl were hitting it off and the little girl Rin was sleeping with Shippou. Jaken was in a crater poor toad that Rin really gets to him so much for being an all-powerful demon. Kurama and Hiei were outside still. I walked past them on my way in and they asked if I wanted to spar with them after they noted I was back to normal as far as normal goes for me.

 

“Genkai?” I said walking up to, her but no one noticed.

 

“Yea dimwit.” She answered sipping her tea.

 

“What do I do?” I asked she knew what I meant,

 

“Yusuke I don't know. I am no demon you'll have to ask Kurama or Fluffy.” She said taking on a serious tone.

 

“Isn't there a way to get rid of the spirits that want control of my body?”

 

“Yusuke I don't think it's the fact your ancestors are battling for you. I think it's that your body and energy are finally realizing what your instincts have known for millennia. I think your body is striving for things it was use to when you were your ancestors.” Genkai said coming to her own conclusion.

 

“Yea maybe but I think it'll be kinda weird to walk up to Kurama or Lord Sesshomaru and say `I need help learning, developing, and controlling my instincts and blood beasts will you help?'” I said

 

“Sure Yusuke if it'll prevent you from going into another blood lust.” Kurama said

 

“Huh?” Was my intelligent answer.

 

“Yusuke you have a right to be able to learn and develop your powers, if I can help so you're not going to turn into a rabid beast. Then I am more then happy to oblige.” Kurama said sitting down.

 

“Umm o.k. So when do we start?” I asked hoping he was kidding.

 

“How about tomorrow?”
