Chap 3: Back At Home

 

After dinner Heero dropped Akita off at the hotel. It was about 11:00 PM when Heero walked in the apartment the only noise in the semi-dark apartment was the T.V. Heero walked in and rubbed his neck tiredly and he saw Duo sleeping on the couch with the remote in his hand. As he took off his good jacket he smiled at his love and said quietly under his breath, “Oh Duo…you shouldn't have waited.” He went over to the couch and stroked his love's hair gently. “I love you.” He said quietly.

 

Duo woke up to find Heero fawning over him. “He-Hee-chan…you're home.”

“Hai. Hello koi. I am home.” Heero kissed him on the lips. “I love you Duo.”

“I love you too!” He smiled he was so happy that Heero was home that he had forgotten how awkward he was acting earlier. “Come on koi, let's go to bed.” Heero picked Duo up bridal style and brought him into the bedroom straight to the bed and lied him down. And pulled the covers over Duo. Then Heero walked over to the light switch and turned it off and climbed into bed as well.
