In a castle on a green country side in modern day Japan three girls sat in their chambers conversing about the latest fashions. "So Sango what do you think about the new Calvien Klien dresses that he designed last week?" asked a girl who was about 17. The girl Sango frowned, even though she looked older then the two girls she was the same age as them. "Come on Rin you know I really don't like fashion," said Sango.
"I bet you do but you don't want to let on that you like the same things we like because you want to be diffrent," said Kagome. "Yeah right Kagome get a life," said Sango throwing a fluffy pillow at her, the pillow went straight at her head and Kagome didn't even know it. The pillow hit her head in slow motion, then Kagome grabed a pillow just as she was to hit Sango there came a knock on their door.
The door open to revel an old lady with a patch on her eye. "My ladies your mother requests your presence at the family garden," said the old lady. "Did she tell you what for Kaedy?" asked Kagome. "No my lady," said Kaedy. "I bet she wants to set us up with another pair of guys," said Rin.
"I don't doubt you Rin so what will we do this time," said Sango. "Well before we jump to any conclusions mother is waiting for us in the garden and we musn't keep her waiting," said Kagome. The girls straightend their dresses and headed to the garden half way through the coridor Sango got a bright idea.
"I have the perfect plan," said Sango. "And what abusive plan is it now," said Rin. "If she tells us the same thing again let's wait for tonight grab our weapons and leave the castle for a while," said Sango. "And what if we got caught huh? Then what?" said Kagome. "We won't because we can fight against the guards they won't dare put a hand on us," said Sango.
"Ok then let's go see what mother wants then," said Rin. The girls walked into a bueatiful garden that had all sorts of exotic plants and bushes along a pathway. They came to the center of the garden where there was a fountain and plushy seats and on one of those seats was a elegant lady with jet black hair that was pulled into a tight bun.
The girls aprouched her and bowed. "Hello my girls how are you today?" said their mother. "Fine," they mumbled. "Its a nice day isn't it?" she said. "Yes, but can you get to the point why you called us here," said Sango a little irritated. "Tsk tsk Sango no husband would want a snap mouth wife," she said. "As you all know the routin I have three princes from a castle in France who would like to court you girls," said the mother. "FRANCE!" the girls yelled. "Yes France," she said.
"But why us?" said Rin. "Because as you know it we need a strong alliance with other countries, because our enemies the Shoten family is trying to gain alliances with other countries and we need to be strong," she said. "Now be off to your room and I'll see you for supper," their mother dismissed them. The girls walked to their room and plopped down on their beds.
"I am not marring no stinking french dude," said Kagome. "Me niether," piped up Rin. "Well I guess we just have to go through with our plan then," said Sango. The other two girls nodded their heads and prepared to leave. Sango changed into her black pants and black shirt, Kagome her green skirt and long sleve black shirt, and Rin a pair of black pants and a black shirt. They threw some more clothes in a big bag Kagome had, a first aid kit, and pillows and blankets.
Each had their family pendent hanging off from their necks, they then put some warm jackets on and was about to leave when Kaedy came holding another bag and all of their weapons they forgot to get. "I thought you would need these," said Kaedy. They looked at her stuned mouths open. "I bet your wondering why I knew you were leave huh?" said Kaedy. The girls just nodded. "Well you see it was only a matter of time when you would leave after running off 33 suiters," she stated.
The gain their composer and bowed to Kaedy and thanked her. She came up to them and hugged them. "Be careful my ladies and you'll be in my prayers," she told them. They hugged her back and jumped out of the window. They made it to the forest without getting caught until they heard the alarm go off and the sound of voices and dogs barking. "Shit!" they all said. They ran like there was no tomarrow, they lost the path they were running on and went into a part of the forest they didn't know.
There was no dogs, voices or alarms that they could hear. They stopped caught their breath and looked around. "I think we're lost," said Rin in a frightend voice. The bushes russeled near by them. "Hsssss somesss prettyssss littlesssss girlssss yummmmmmsssss," the voice said. The girls looked around and couldn't see anything, just then a huge snake like creature was poised on its tail right in front of them. "Youkai," whispered Rin paralyzed with fear.
"Yesssssss youssssss willllssssssssss dosssss jusssssssssttttssss finesssss," the snake youkai said. The big snake lungged at them and the girls screamed breaking off into diffrent corners around it. Sango made it to the bag and grabbed her boomerang and Rin's staff but couldn't find Kagome's bow and arrows. Twenty feet away there it was on the floor and all the arrows were scatterd on the floor.
Sango tossed Rin her staff and they started attacking the youkai. Kagome was looking all over the place but couldn't find her bow or arrows. "Comesssss mysss childrensssss helpsss messss fightsssss," said the big snake. Just then 3 more snake youkai came out of the bushes, all three of them saw Kagome and head towards her. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" screamed Kagome. They took a lung at her and she shut her eyes waiting for the pain to come.
"Kagome!" yelled Sango and Rin. She waited and no pain came, she opend her eyes and saw a guy with long white hair and two triangle ears standing in front of her with a big sword in his hand and three dead youkai on the floor. Kagome looked around and saw Sango and Rin on the floor unconsious, and two guys fighting the snake youkai. One had white hair like the one who saved her but had a fluffy tail he was fighting with a big sword too, the other guy had black hair and was fighting with a staff.
"Rin, Sango" Kagome whisperd. She thought they were dead not unconcious, they guy in front of her looked at her from across his shoulder. She looked up and locked on his golden eyes all thoughts raced out of her mind and it just seemed like it was just them in the forest. The snake youkai they were fighting before screamed in pain as it was killed. Kagome sense something near by and pushed the guy out of the way getting hit by something.
She felt as if she was flying and everything went dark.
