Kagome rested her hands on her knees. It was the only comfortable position, considering the place she was sitting in didn’t have enough space for her to lay down, or lean on her hand. She was so embarrassed. The guard could see under her skirt because of the cramped space.
She didn’t have the jewel shards, Aisu had taken them from her. All she could do was hope they didn’t kill her, and that Inuyasha would know about this soon. Oh god, she could hope. But he had seemed so bothered by something, would he even notice her disappearance? Especially since she was leaving anyways. But maybe he’d walk through the place and notice her scent still in this era!
“What’s up with your clothes?” The guard asked rudely. He was revolting. His armor had blood splattered everywhere, a lot of it was ripped. And even if it wasn’t, it probably wouldn’t protect him anyways. His face had a lot of scars, and he looked pretty much insane on top of that.
Kagome ignored his question. She didn’t want to talk to anyways, she just wanted Inuyasha.
“Ah, whatever. You just look like some skank, ya know?” He said, even more rudely.
Kagome scowled. What a freak. She couldn’t wait to leave. Or die...at a last resort. God, she needed to stand up. But the chains on the shackles were too low to the ground to allow that, and the ceiling was hardly her height anyways.
“Kuro, the master is coming. Show respect.” It was Aisu.
“Let me out of here, you witch!” Kagome screamed. “Inuyasha will come for me! And he will KILL you!”
Aisu smiled. “We can only hope with you, priestess.”
Kagome gasped. She was right! They DID just want Inuyasha and the jewel shards! Oh oh oh!! Now what!? If Inuyasha came, they would be way to strong. Especially with the giant chunk of the jewel they had stolen from her. And who knows how strong their master would be! Especially with the jewel shards.
“Aisu...You may leave. You as well, Kuro. I wish to speak with the priestess alone,” The voice sounded from the shadows, and Kagome then saw a man, or demon, emerge from the shadows. He was very handsome, Kagome reluctantly admitted.
He had hair much like the color of Aisu’s, but his hair was all very long, and was more of a sea blue-green, rather than the ice blue of Aisu’s. He had a long dark cloak on, that gave him a brooding appearance, overshadowing his charismatic looks. His armor had numerous spikes jutting from it, and his face had a long scar across the side of it.
Aisu and the guard called Kuro walked away, disappearing amongst the shadows that their master came from. Kagome noticed that as Aisu stepped, under her feet ice seemed to appear, and when she removed her foot, the ice vanished.
“My name...is Kiyoshi. I am sorry to have kept you awaiting my visit...but I do have duties, you know.” He arrogantly stated.
“Like I care,” Kagome scoffed. “I just want out of here. Why won’t you set me free? Why do you want Inuyasha to come? What business do you have with him?”
Kiyoshi waved his hand, as if brushing away the questions and demands she cried out. “That is none of your concern....well...it probably is, but no matter.” He walked closer to Kagome’s cage, and placed his hand on the bars. Kagome gasped as they seemed to melt into a puddle on the floor. In a few seconds that’s all it was. Just a puddle of water on the ground, just as if they had been made of snow and someone had turned on the heart extremely warm.
Kiyoshi kneeled down right in front of Kagome, and smiled. “So what is your name? I’m quite tired of calling you priestess, and you never informed Aisu,” He said it as if they were becoming great friends! He was so arrogant!
Kagome sighed. She might as well play along with it. She figured she’d better stay alive until Inuyasha maybe made it here. “Kagome...” she said.
Kiyoshi closed his eyes. “Kagome...such a pretty name, I think.” He rose his hand to her face and lifted her chin, so she was looking him straight it the eye. “You have such beauty, as well.”
Kagome found herself blushing furiously, but she couldn’t hide her face because he was still holding it. Her eyes widened as he moved his face closer to hers.
“KAGOME WAS KIDNAPPED!?” Inuyasha had yelled at Myoga, who had followed Kagome to the well, and fleed the scene as she was stolen away by the ice temptress, as Myoga had called her.
Inuyasha had followed Kagome’s scent, and had found that it led him to a large cave. He had already entered in and was tearing through it like a wildfire.
He now found himself staring, his eyes stinging with tears, at the sight of Kagome on her knee’s, and a man moving in to kiss her.
“KAGOME!” Inuyasha screamed, hoping he’d knock her out of whatever trance this demon had put her in.
“Give yourself to me, Kagome,” Inuyasha heard the demon say.
Inuyasha was so stunned that she was allowing him to do this. He watched the tears flow from her eyes down her face. She had a terrifying expression, as if she had been tortured and she was no longer responding to what was happening to her in this world, but was trapped within her own mind.
The demon finally rested his lips upon hers, and there was a shockwave of power that ripped through the cave, sending Inuyasha flying towards the cave wall, in which he collided.
“You....MONSTER!” Inuyasha shrieked, feeling his anger rising uncontrollably. He grabbed his Tetsusaiga, and flung it across the room. He was giving up everything, changing into his potentially full-demon mode.
His hair became stringy, and longer then it used to be, his eyes opened and were a blood red color, almost as if they were bleeding from the inside. His pupils had a purple tinge, and there were markings appearing on his face.
Kiyoshi looked up to see Inuyasha beginning to transform. He stood up and released Kagome’s face from his hand. She dropped lifelessly to the floor. Her eyes opened, and she weakly spoke Inuyasha’s name.
Inuyasha’s transformation paused as he saw Kiyoshi release Kagome.
“Yes, Inuyasha! Release your power! Allow yourself to turn into the uncontrollable demon that wishes to kill everyone and everything. And please, come after me! The one who has tainted your beloved Kagome, the one who you will forever be in love with!” Kiyoshi taunted Inuyasha, begging him on for his transformation.
Inuyasha let out a huge roar as he lunged towards Kiyoshi, disregarding everything around him, even the one he was trying to save.
