A Day as Kagome and Sango: A Feudal Fairytale of Friends

Chapter One. To the hot springs!

Miroku and Inuyasha stand concerned over the bodies of Kagome and Sango. Inuyasha takes his wrath out on Shippo, by barking at him for not keeping a close eye on them and bopping him hard on the head. "Ow! You're mean Inuyasha!" Before Inuyasha and Miroku's discovery of the two girls, Sango and Kagome had said that they were headed for a nearby hot springs to bathe.

The girls start to stir awake and slowly rises in a kneeled position. "Huh?", Sango blinks looking around. "What the hell happened?!", Kagome swears fiercely. "Kagome! Sango! Are you alright?", Shippo inquires. "You two aren't hurt or anything?", Miroku adds. Inuyasha snorts a "feh" and looks away.

Without warning, Sango looks down at her chest and grabs her breasts. "Oooooo can I hold them next?!", the perverse monk exclaims. "No," Sango screams sweeping her leg out from under her and right into Miroku's crotch, "they're sore!" Inuyasha's gaze flits over to Kagome, and his eyes widen suddenly as he sees her grabbing her own breasts. A pool of blood starts flowing from Inuyasha's nose and he falls backwards, his elbow striking Miroku in his already sore crotch. "Mine are sore TOO!!!"

Sango sets her hands in her lap as she turns her head and looks over at Kagome. Sango blinks a few times, coughs, then coughs an "ahem", and Kagome quickly removes her hands from her breasts as well. "Can someone tell me what just happened?", Kagome demands. "We don't know what happened. You and Sango said that you were going to the hot springs and then the next thing we know, Inuyasha and Miroku found you lying here.", the kitsune informs. "Me and Sango? Inuyasha and Miroku?", the young Japanese school girl inquires. "Don't tell me that you have amnesia, Kagome.", Sango comments.

"Amnesia? I'm pretty sure I...where AM I by the way?" "You're in feudal Japan with me, Inuyasha, Miroku, Sango, and Kirara.", Shippo informs, the two boys laying on the ground. Miroku stumbles to his feet and crawls towards Kagome taking her hand in his. "If you truly have amnesia, then allow me to ask you this question again. Will you bear my child?" Simultaneously, Sango and Kagome pulverize the perverse monk. Miroku falls to the ground, black and blue all over.

"Kirara, come here.", Sango requests of the adorable cat-like creature. Kirara hisses. Sango blinks in confusion. "Kirara, are you alright?", Sango asks with concern. "Is there a demon nearby?", Shippo asks the little demon. Sango grabs her boomerang and readies herself for an attack while Kagome stares into space and the two boys are still splattered on the ground.

Several minutes pass, but there is no sign of any monster or demon. Sango puts her boomerang aside and bends down looking at Kirara. "Kirara, what's wrong? I don't sense any demons around. Me and Kagome are alright.", Sango coos. Kirara hisses at Sango. Sango extends her hand to pet Kirara, only for the adorable demon to bite it. "Kirara!", Shippo scolds. "It's alright...Shippo. Kira...ra...would...never...hurt...me.", Sango winces against the pain. Tears well up in the demon hunter's eyes as blood slowly trickles down from her hand and Kirara's mouth. Kirara lets go and purrs apologetically then begins licking her wound.

"See," Sango informs, "nothing's wrong. Everything's alright now. Isn't that right, Kirara." Kirara mews happily as Sango scratches behind her ears. "Yea, I don't know what was wrong with Kirara to make her growl and bite you like that.", Shippo scratches his head. "Aw, she was just worried about me getting hurt. I can't blame her for getting angry at my carelessness, but everything is alright now...except for the fact that I have no idea what happened."

"I wish SOMEONE would tell me what the HELL is going on here!" Kagome demands with an uncharacteristically fiery temper. "Please settle down Kagome. Perhaps when we have time to relax in the hot spring your memory will come back to you. Which by the way, do you remember where the hot springs are?" "You didn't know Sango?!", Shippo exclaims, Inuyasha and Miroku still prone on the ground. "To be honest Shippo, I was relying on Kagome to lead me there. Kirara, you know where to go, right?", Sango comments. The cute kitty demon nods her head and mews. "Can I come too!" "Sure, but then who's gonna keep Inuyasha and Miroku from peeking in on us? We're counting on you Shippo.", Kagome suggests, starting to return to normal. "Okay!", Shippo agrees and Kirara, Kagome, and Sango set off for the springs.
