Chapter 3 …

Inuyasha gracefully leaped out of the old tree. He watched as Miroku and Sango were coming at him with rage in their eyes. He yawned and continued walking.

"INUYASHA WHAT IN THE NAME OF THE SEVEN HELLS DID YOU DO TO KAGOME!?" Miroku yelled at the top of their lungs.

Sango narrowed her eyes when she noticed the half dead miko near Inuyasha. "What is SHE doing here?"

Kikyo just stared blankly at Sango and Miroku. Miroku suddenly gasped, "Inuyasha you didn't!! You chose her over Kagome!? Why?"

"I love her…" Even as Inuyasha spoke those words he somehow knew that he was lying but there was nothing that he could do now. Kagome was gone.

Meanwhile back at Sesshoumaru's palace.

"Mmmmm…..Sesshoumaru that feels so good…." Sesshoumaru was giving Kagome a backrub making sure that he got very tense areas. They had been training together, in the couple of weeks she had been there she became just as strong as Sesshoumaru, perhaps stronger but Sesshoumaru was not about to test that. He brought his hands to her neck and slowly massaged between her neck and shoulder. "Mmmm…." He started to kiss her gently trailing down her back and his hands were now trying to reach the inside of her kimono when she grabbed his wrists and stopped him.

"I need to bathe…" She stared at him with teasing eyes and left the youkai lord stunned, then he gave her one of those rare grins that only she could make him do, "well perhaps I can use a bath too…"

"Well then you will just have to wait!" She teased and started to walk away.

"You dare tell Sesshoumaru the Great Demon Lord of the Western lands that he has to WAIT for his bath?!" He growled playfully.

"That's EXACTLY what I said, good at least I know you listen," and with that she walked away and closed the door. She then dashed for the bath knowing he would be right behind her trying to get in. She quickly undressed and jumped into the large indoor hot spring…

She layed back and relaxed when she heard the door slowly open and close, the weeks she had been here her hearing and senses had improved greatly. When she heard him undressing she ducked into the water and waited a bit, she had also learned to keep her breath in for long periods of time.

"Now where has my little tease gone to?" Sesshoumaru asked playfully knowing she was trying to trick him. He then felt something warm come around his length. "Mmmmm…Kagome?"

She slowly came up leaving his newly enlarged length below her.

"So you found me?"

He studied her; although they had made love probably thousands of times he knew she would never cease to amaze him with her wonderful body.

Just as he had started to run his hands over her wet silky skin he heard Jaken pounding on the door.

"Master there are demons seeking you!"

Sesshoumaru growled and after a strict order for Jaken to leave he started to get out.

Kagome all refreshed and clean stepped out and was about to grab a robe when Sesshoumaru took her in his arms and passionately kissed her tasting her lips once more `she always tastes so good'

He brought one of his fingers and began to play with her already soaked, and not from the water, womanhood. "Mmmm Sesshoumaru I believe you have guests…" He tried to ignore her but he knew he had to leave.

"We can continue this later…" She stated with anticipation and delight.

"That we will my Kagome." He grinned and left.

In her chambers Kagome was thinking about Sango and Miroku, Shippo…and even Inuyasha. She missed them all, but she had not asked Sesshoumaru if she could go visit them. `Why do I need to ask, I mean we are mates but he is not my master! That's it the sex is going to my head! …no its not just sex it's love the way he touches me how he speaks to me what he talks about he had told her everything about his parents about his childhood. Even so I cannot allow myself to become some "yes girl!" I will go right now it is early and I can stay with Keade if it gets dark.

She left the palace with her bow strapped to her back and she made sure she had a kimono that would not get in her way as she jumped from tree top to tree top with great agility. With the speed she was going at she would get there in about an hour.

Sesshoumaru reached Kagome's chambers and opened the door only to find a note. He picked it up and read…

Dear Sesshoumaru,

I am going to visit my friends, if it gets dark do not worry I will sleep at Keade's.

Love Kagome

Sesshoumaru crumpled the paper in his hand. `HOW DARE SHE!!! SHE DID NOT ASK MY PERMISSION!! I will seek her then make her pay!'

`You're going to hurt her?? Naw…you wouldn't do that!'

`You again, I thought I got rid of you!'

`Psh...You can't get rid of yourself silly…anyways you knew she needed to go back and visit sometime, did you really expect her to become the little wifey who stays at home and takes care of the children all the time??'

`I hate it when you're right…still I will not allow her to stay there long!'

With nothing but anger and hurt in his heart he set out after her.

`Why did she not at least tell me?'

"SANGO!! Oh I've missed you so much!" Kagome ran to her friend and embraced. She smiled at Miroku, "I even missed you." Miroku blushed. Suddenly Shippo came on all fours running towards her. "KAGOME, you came back!"

Shippo jumped into her open arms. "Don't ever leave again!" Kagome looked at the kitsune, "Oh, Shippo I have to go eventually…but you are welcome to come back with me."

The kitsune's eyes grew and he started to jump everywhere excited that he would be living with Kagome.

"I thought you were never coming back?" Kikyo asked staring straight into Kagome's eyes.

"I came to visit my friends." Kagome stated smiling at Sango, Miroku, and Shippo.

Kikyo stared at her in jealousy even though she had Inuyasha she could not bear knowing that Kagome was still a part of his life somehow.

"You came back….." Inuyasha said glad to see her. Kagome turned around to see Inuyasha. `He looks so sad and happy….why?'

He ran to her and held her tight. Then he abruptly let her go. "You…and…"

"Yes."

Inuyasha looked hurt. "WHY THE FUCKING HELL WOULD YOU MATE WITH A HOMOSIDAL BASTARD LIKE SESSHOUMARU! WENCH! ARE YOU CRAZY! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DECIDED TO BE HIS BITCH!"

Kagome raged with anger, "SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT!!!"

"OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW! BITCH!"

"SIT!"

"OW!"

Sango and Miroku stared at Kagome, "Is it true have you mated with Sesshoumaru?"

Sesshoumaru watched from behind the trees. He wanted to know what she would say.

"Yes I have I love him, he makes me feel such joy. Oh Sango he is so amazing to me he has told me things and I him. I feel like he somehow understands me…"

"How does he feel about you?"

Kagome had asked this question to herself many times, although he had said he loved her, they had never really talked about that.

"I love her with my whole being, and I will not be a fool as to let her go ever." Sesshoumaru came out of the trees and watched as everyone was shocked even Kagome. The shock on her face left as fast as it had come and was replaced by anger, "YOU FOLLOWED ME! I TOLD YOU I'D BE FINE! UGH! SESSHOUMARU! SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT!"

Inuyasha then hit the ground another six times. Kagome was so angry she did not care that Inuyasha was cursing at her and that she had made a mistake and punished Inuyasha instead. With that she apologized and said her farewells to her friends and promised to visit tomorrow. She stomped away as Inuyasha stared at her with shock and pain, not from the sitting but that she would leave with Sesshoumaru. Kikyo felt his sadness and swore that Kagome would die! Then she tenderly took Inuyasha's arms and kissed him.

Kagome continued to gracefully jump from tree top to tree top at full speed staying as far away from Sesshoumaru as possible. When it had gotten really dark and she felt tired she stopped and made camp. She decided to sleep on a thick tree branch. She first made sure there were no demons near her sensing none she laid back and relaxed a bit.

`That jerk! How dare he follow me, I left him the note telling him I'd be fine but no him and his pigheadedness! …but he said he loved me and he never wanted to let me go…perhaps I am being too hard on him…'

She then gracefully leaped from the tree and landed without a sound near Sesshoumaru. She looked down at his figure. He was resting against a tree trunk. He looked up at her with his golden orbs full of pain and sadness. Upon seeing them she kneeled down and held him tight in her arms. `I can't believe I caused him this pain…'

"Forgive me…I should not have reacted like that." She started to cry as she held him tighter and kissed his forehead with tenderness.

"… You thought I was him…"

Kagome gasped and knew he was referring to her angry sits at him.

"Sesshoumaru, please… you know I love you, I have given you my heart and soul. I was angry and I was not thinking clearly."

"She lowered her head `I can't believe this how could I cause him so much pain…'

Her tears started to come pouring down harder and hotter.

Suddenly he then lifted her chin so he could look at her. "Why do you shed tears?"

"Because I have caused you pain, I am no good for you if I cause your eyes to reflect such emotions…"

Sesshoumaru then tenderly kissed her tears away, "I love you Kagome, know that if you ever left I would no longer have a reason to live."

He then wrapped his tail around them and slept embraced in each others warmth.
