An icy wind blew, dancing with long silver hair, cutting through thick red material and sending a chill down pale smooth skin. Silver furry appendages stood high on alert and an over sensitive nose sniffed the air, cringing at scent it picked up. Too strong was the smell of blood, her blood. Clawed feet pushed aching legs, a troubled racing heart over worked a worried mind. Cries of anger, pain and sadness filled the air.


Rushing water, her voice and the strong smell of blood. Her lifeless body, an arrow covered in blood, her blood. A gentle clawed hand caressed pale porcelain cheeks, brushed over dried blue lips and held ice cold hands.


Her voice, his name, an ice cold breeze. The scent of death, blood soaked ebony locks and dull searching almond eyes. His voice, her name, her question. “Why..?”


Tearful amber eyes stared into pained almond. Blood stained hands held onto pale porcelain.


The rustling of a bush, confused amber eyes met cold chocolate. His voice, her name, his question “Kikyo…why?”


A cold voice, a cold answer “She was standing in the way of what I wanted.”


Flex of deadly claws, angered filled growl. Ice cold fingers, her voice, her cries. "Please Inu..."


Hate filled eyes "You are mine...and mine alone." Possessive words came from clay lips.


His smirk, his words. "I belong to only one...her names Kagome."


Shock, anger, rage. "You will go to hell with me as you have promised."


Looking down at the girl in his arms “You once asked me to choose…” Amber eyes stared down into almond “I choose you…” Teeth to flesh, blood to tongue, they marked each other.


Gritting of teeth, the whistling of an arrow, the tearing of flesh.


Blood, her blood, no his. “Then you will die with her.” Clay lips released cold words.


His voice, his love, a heart filled promise “I will find you in the next life…we will be together…I promise you this...Kagome”


Her voice, her love, his name “Inuyasha…”


His eyes, her eyes, a passionate kiss.


Their smiles, their love, together forever.
