*Prologue*

 

 

 

The taiyoukai of the western lands bounded quickly through the forest. His home had been burned down and all of his servants had been captured. The inu taiyoukai knew he would end up like them too if he didn't do something soon. The inuyoukai looked back to see the many youkai hunters, huntresses, and Miko's that were trying to catch him. The taiyoukai growled at the betrayers. They all used to be under his rule. The inuyoukai also saw the many horse youkai that were following the humans. They had been captured and enslaved.

 

The inuyoukai couldn't take it anymore, he stopped and spun around. His eyes glowed red as his true form burst out. He transformed into a large dog much taller than 2 elephants and a giraffe on top of each other. The inuyoukai had bright white fur, glowing red youkai eyes and way sharper than razor fangs. He roared so menacingly that it chilled the bones in most of the people. The inuyoukai's mouth foamed with a green poison and it dripped to the ground, contaminating it.

 

Unfortunately the inuyoukai had been running for 3 weeks and his energy and powers were draining. The Miko's easily purified the poison and ran toward the inuyoukai. He wouldn't give up though. He clawed at the Miko's and youkai slayers. A few were killed with one blow but the rest pressed on. The inuyoukai bit off a few heads and spit them at the hunters. He was winning the battle until his energy was almost gone. He could barely fight after a while and the youkai slayers had him soon down. He turned back into his human like form and lay on the forest floor. The slayers threw a net over him and pinned him to the ground.

 

The leader of the hunting group (which used to be an army of 1,000, now only 112, hunters, huntresses, and Miko's) ran in front of the inuyoukai breathing hard as if he had ran a 20 mile race. Once the leader had caught his breath, he stood up straight and pulled a scroll out of his Kimono and opened it. Loud enough so everyone could hear he read: “Sesshoumaru, once Lord of the western lands, is to be a slave, as is every youkai. You are sentenced to be a slave for the rest of your life as says the law written by the emperor.” The man closed the scroll and ordered the men to carry him onto the cart.

 

“But sir, you forgot to seal his youkai first!” A Miko piped up. The leader nodded and ordered her to do it. The Miko waved her hands around and Sesshoumaru could feel his youkai powers leaving him although his appearance stayed the same.

 

Sesshoumaru growled loudly and tried to struggle his way out of the net, but it was no use. The men succeeded in getting Sesshoumaru onto the cart and they cleaned up the forest floor of the dead bodies that they were going to burry when they returned home.

 

One of the horse youkai that pulled the cart turned to Sesshoumaru. The horse youkai had an apologetic look on his face. Sesshoumaru nodded. He knew what was in for him now, like all the youkai in Japan; he was going to become a slave.

Briana: Hello peoples, hope you liked the prologue!!! ::Sesshoumaru comes running and looks at the screen::

Sesshoumaru: Oh great, I'm a slave…this aught to screw up my rep…

Briana: Don't worry Sesshy, it'll get much better ::Pats Sesshy on the head::

Sesshoumaru: I thought I told you NEVER to do that!!!
