“Stupid stupid stupid” inuyasha was throwing rocks by the river “why me miroku never gets this much trouble and he is dating why me I wish I could just did” “if you die will kagome live?” ayami's voice was heard. “Keh like you know” inuyasha threw another rock. “Kikyo should be dead, why is she alive?” ayami threw a rock too. “Like I know if I did I wouldn't be thinking would I?” inuyasha stopped. “Well thinking isn't one of your traits” ayami kept on throwing. “Feh” inuyasha said. “Just to tell you we are going to kagome's school as students” ayami looked at inuyasha. “nani? Why” inuyasha looked confused. “We all know kikyo was in the bar last night I have a feeling kagome is in danger we need to protect her I told the others already and we ARE going” inuyasha was about to argue but ayami left already.

The next day at school ======

The group walked to school but shesshomaru and Kagura was not with them they were going to be teachers. The group had the same schedules due to ayami changing them. History was first and they were not surprised that shesshomaru and Kagura was there. “Ok class I am your new teacher Mr. Taisho” shesshomaru wrote his name on the board. “And I am Mrs. Wind” Kagura spoke. The boys awed and shesshomaru sent them a glare that said `she's mine'. The class started and inuyasha was known as Inuyasha taisho, sango was known as Sango tajiya, Miroku hoshii, Ayami chihari, Mercedes chihari, Ikumi chihari, Angela chihari, kohamaru kido, and Bryan shin. Shesshomaru sent glares at boys who stared at Kagura and Kagura glared at girls staring at shesshomaru. The class was gossiping about the glares and finally came to a conclusion that Kagura and shesshomaru were married. Next was music but only ayami, Ikumi, Mercedes, and Angela were playing instruments. (they were playing the instruments from the last chapter) Next was art and the group got A+'s mostly because of all of the creativity of demons and magical beings! Math was 4th period the subject kagome hated the most but then the worst part was they had a surprise quiz! But kagome didn't flunk she got a 92 but all the others got way better except inuyasha had a 92 too! Ayami got 100, Ikumi got 110, miroku got 97, sango got 98 but Mercedes got 80. Ayami teased Mercedes so much. 5th period was health the group was grossed out by the unworldly videos shown to them though miroku couldn't stop staring after health sango gave him a big slap. Finally they reached lunch and suddenly all the girls went to check out the guys, but saw the girl's glares they were getting and backed off. It was a typical day in school and they all got home with tons and tons of homework but kagome knew a way to make doing homework better. She popped a disk into the boom box and it played skater boy: she was a girl he was a boy, can it be anymore obvious. He was a punk, she did ballet what more can I say. He liked the girl, the girl wouldn't tell, but secretly she liked the boy as well. All of her friends stuck up there noses, they had a problem with his baggy clothes. he was a skater boy, she said see you later boy, he just wasn't good enough for her, she had a pretty face but her head was stuck in space she needed to come down to earth. 5 years from now she sits at home, feeding her baby she's all alone, she turns on TV and guess who she sees the skater boy rockin on MTV. She called up her friends, they already know, they even have tickets to his rock show. Kagome and the others listened to lots of songs like fukai o mori, every heart, shinjitsu no uta, Angelus, come, I am, owari no yume and simple and clean. Timed flashed by and they were finished with the homework. Inuyasha was frustrated because shesshomaru was teasing about the mistakes he had now it was dinner time and ayami came out with some delicious looking food Mercedes was gobbling down the food “hey ayami you never make such a nice dinner I bet it's Bryan” You could see the blush on ayami's face but no embarrassment “oh Mercedes you don't have a boyfriend too bad, and I thought you were the one with the charm” ayami left the dinner table leaving Mercedes fuming “I do have a boyfriend his name is bankustu and he's totally hot! Inuyasha nearly chocked “did you say bankustu?” “Yep, he is HOT!” Mercedes was soo crushin. But the others were staring at her like she was crazy “what?” Mercedes was getting annoyed. “Well for one bankustu is died I killed him” inuyasha said proudly. “But I just talked to him on the phone” Mercedes was getting confused. “Well inuyasha we should see bankustu I mean for old times sake I bet he's changed over 5 centuries” kagome thought about how bankustu would act after all these long, long, long years. “Yeah I guess it would be nice to see the guy I need another guy with a sword as big as mine” inuyasha laughed at the thought. So bankustu was coming tomorrow.

Inuyasha woke up in the middle of the night when he smelled something familiar, too familiar. He got up and walked into the yard just as he thought, kikyo. Her eyes looked at him and slowly walked towards him “So you thought I was dead” her cold eyes glared at him. “Well of course I killed you now what are you doing alive?” inuyasha glared a kikyo back. “I would never die in the hands of the demon I hate and love, in fact you are my target” kikyo hugged inuyasha but inuyasha froze he couldn't do anything it was like kikyo put a spell on him. If he wasn't too shocked by this he would have noticed some sad/happy eyes staring.

The next day inuyasha was in his room and just got up he remembered last night then went to search for kagome but when he got out his door miroku gave him a glare and said “look who's up” inuyasha ignored his tone but soon met up with sango she also glared at him “no use knowing you” inuyasha was pissed now how come everyone was glaring at him he got to kagome's room and found that kagome wasn't there all her belongings weren't there either. Ayami and angela walked to him and *SLAP, SLAP* “you made kagome leave” angela shouted. “wait what do you mean she left?” inuyasha was worried. “this” ayami handed a bunch of letters to inuyasha:

Dear inuyasha,

By the time you read this I'm long gone to somewhere I can think sorry it's short notice but *hehe* I won't be coming back this time. You can search but you will never find me because I will never be found. I want to thank you for everything you have done for me: protecting me, caring about me, befriending me, and even pretending you love me. I felt so happy at those times when I actually believed you loved me but then I'd think it's all a big lie. Kikyo's back she is alive and kicking hope you will live happily and know that I love you, love you with all my heart and soul. But kikyo is in there search for her in your heart then come find me if you want. Shippo is a nice kistune take care of him as my last request I feel like the boy in the song skater boy but don't worry about me I will be happy I promise.

Inuyasha looked at all these letters and then started searching in her room with thought s like `kagome I don't love kikyo' `where are you' `I did not pretend'. He finally found something a little book with a big K on it he opened it and started to read finding out it was kagome's diary

April, 15

Today was the most exiting day I met a little cute kistune and we battled with the evil thunder brothers shippo was soooo cute and who would've thought inuyasha would like ramen. Just What I need a dog boy who eats ramen wow how cool! Not! He is soo arrogant and stubborn not to mention selfish. Even though he does keep me safe and he has the cutest little doggy ears oh no Inuyasha's coming got to go see you tomorrow.

April, 16

Finally civilization but not yet an ancient Noh mask came attacking the town. The mask wanted the jewel shards I had I grabbed souta and ran I told him to get inuyasha even though I know inuyasha would not help me so easily I broke his back saying all those sits. *hehe* I got to the construction site when inuyasha came we had a little fight and then inuyasha started attacking the mask and that was soooo disgusting. After that I can't believe I thought he looked handsome maybe I am falling for him. I can't not when I hate him. Oh and souta thinks he is cool my brother has officially gone mad!

April, 18

My heart is pounding I don't know what to say so many emotions are in me. Today we met a spider head and inuyasha turns human every new moon he almost died. I wish I wasn't so dumb if I didn't leave the jewel shards behind inuyasha would have never gotten hurt. Oh and while he was resting- on my lap he said I smelled nice but before he said he hated my sent, I noticed is it just me or is inuyasha nicer in human form. He said he lied about saying he hated my sent but then the spider head got back but inuyasha turned back into a hanyou again and was able to defeat him I wanted to ask him if he remembered what he said but I was too afraid am I really falling for him I don't know anymore but he is kind of cute.

 

I can't keep track of the date but today was the day my other self got revived and took part of my soul I feel different now but the pain I suffered can never compete with Inuyasha's kikyo is alive and she hates him. I knew inuyasha still loves her and I know that he misses her. I don't know why but I feel a strange feeling, am I jealous? No I can't be.

 

Well we met a monk name miroku it turns out that miroku's family was cursed and he has a dark hole that sucks up things. And inuyasha is so determined to get revenge for kikyo naraku killed her and I can see concern in him. Lately the feeling is getting stronger. Miroku is also a lecher I can't believe it but now inuyasha has been talking less and less I don't think he even notices me. Like today I figured out that I am nothing not even a friend to him to him I am just a shard detector. It hurts oh no I can't let inuyasha see I am crying write more later.

 

I can hardly write I don't know why but maybe it's because I saw inuyasha kiss kikyo today and the last thing she said was “is this girl more important to you than me?” I feel so empty like inuyasha betrayed me.

 

We met another woman on the road and want to kill inuyasha thinking that he had killed her village her name is sango and I am happy that there is someone to talk to.

Inuyasha read on and discovered how much kagome was pained and he read that she saw what happened yesterday. He stopped to think where she would go then it hit him she talked about the river nearby a lot he wasted no time and ran to the river but kagome was not there he was about to leave when he saw sakura petals come from behind the waterfall and heard a person singing:

Inuyasha followed the voice to the waterfall but she wasn't there but he sensed her presence and it looked like it was coming from behind the falls he went through and found kagome sitting there with a notebook in her hands writing. She looked up and once she saw inuyasha she ran but inuyasha grabbed her hand “kagome stop!” they stood there in silence but kagome broke it “how did you know?” kagome turned around. “Well I looked into your diary and found you love here the most so I came “inuyasha was relieved kagome was alright. “Get OUT!” kagome's voice was harsh inuyasha didn't move but then he got shoot back out of the tunnel and he tried to get back in but there was this barrier he banged on it and yelled for kagome to let him in but kagome would just say leave. Banging was no use so inuyasha sat there under the waterfall letting it fall on his head and he was there for almost 3 days just sitting. Kagome was getting hurt more each day she didn't want inuyasha to do this for her. So she decided…
