A HEART SURRONDED BY ICE

Chapter 1

“Ah! Inuyasha's gonna kill me!”

Kagome said poking her head out of the well after a week of staying in her time after saying it would only be two days. But, who could blame her after seeing Inuyasha kiss Kikyo the way he did. Yuck! When she reached Kaede's hut she was shocked to find the very person of her hellish nightmares; Kikyo sitting hand in hand with Inuyasha laughing. As matter of fact, everyone there was laughing. Kagome stood there in the doorway staring, shocked mainly at the sight of both Inuyasha AND kikyo laughing.

Inuyasha looked over his shoulder smiling “Hey kagome I didn't here you come in!” He said cheerfully. Kikyo looked over her shoulder at Kagome with a sarcastic look that clearly said “jealous!” “Well I should be going now.” Kikyo said flirtatiously planting a HUGE kiss on Inuyasha's cheek. Kagome's face turned red with anger. Kikyo walked past Kagome with an evil smirk fluttering her brown eyes evilly at Kagome. “Bye bye.” she said, obviously taunting Kagome. Kagome had to resist the unedifying urge to slap kikyo across the face and tell the bitch to back off.

“Inuyasha…….. SIT BOY!!! Sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, and sit, SIT BOY!!!!!!” Kagome turned and stormed out of the hut. Kaede's sighed “I wish she wouldn't do that inside” Inuyasha growled. `So that's why he didn't come for me. Cause he was too busy flirting with KIKYO. Ooo, why that...evil…phyco…crazy…dipressed…hollow…R 30;.nutso BITCH!!!” ……………meanwhile………… 230;….

“La la la la.” Little Rin sang happily as she rode on AhUn following Jaken, who was basically wandering aimlessly, waiting for Seshomaru to return. “Master Jaken?” said Rin Jaken replied “urrg…what is it now Rin?” “When is lord Seshomaru coming back?” Rin wined. “AH!! I've told you this 5 times now! Lord Sesshomaru will be back when he's finished looking for traces of Naraku!!”

Chapter 2

 

Sesshomaru twitched.”Naraku!” He growled then turned fast as Naraku's bloody sent came closer and closer. When he turned he was surprised to see that it wasn't Naraku he had sensed but Kagura. (Yep that's right folks the one and only) She was huffing and puffing as if she was running for her life. She was covered in blood from head to tow, her kimono looked as if it could rip in half any second now. She limped closer ”se……..ssho………maru…”she said collapsing onto his chest. “Lord Sesshomaru!!!!” Rin Jumped up and started to run words him then she stopped in her tracks to see Sesshomaru carrying Kagura's blood stained body. “Ah!!!! Lord Sesshomaru is that not Naraku's incarnation….ummm….I forget her name…” “It's Kagura” Sesshomaru said as if he were defending her.” “Oh who cares, why not just leave the witch to die?” Jaken remarked.

Sesshomaru turned and gave him his evil death stare and a small growl that ran a chill up Jaken's spine. It was faint but Sesshomaru thought he heard Kagura giggle slightly,but even if she had giggled it was overpowered by her coughing up blood.

“EEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!!” Rin squealed. ”Be quite ,Both of you.” Sesshomaru said laying Kagura down softly ,as he started to dress her wounds he herd her mutter `Thank you' But pretended not to here.

When Kagura awoke the next morning her wounds where bandaged and Sesshomaru's kimono was on top of her for a blanket.”Urrr…..”she winced painfully as she tried to sit up. Suddenly she was pushed back to the ground. “Don't be a fool. You need to rest…” he stopped stairing at the sky and looked at her. He sat down next to her his tail brushing against her arm. ”….You took one hell of a beating .” The two sat in silence for a wile just stairing at each other. Then Sesshomaru broke the silence “I have to go.” and with that he left. “He likes you.” Rin Piped up . ”How would you know that?” Kagura asked smiling. “He told me so!” Rin said laghing.

Chapter 3 the strangest meeting

 

Rin ran through the forest and played as jaken cursed and muttered under his breath. “when the moon in the sky turns away comes the sun to the day that the stars are in heaven” rin sang. Then she was lifted and twirled by a tall fox-demon female. The demon hugged rin and started saying “hello rin how are you. Im so glad to see you.is seshomaru mean to you still?” she said, the little girl nodded once and shook her head once.{flash back} “miyuki I don't love you any more and we should go on” seshomaru said coldly. .all miyuki did was look on and nod no tears wasn't sad. She nodded and hugged rin walking off into the forest.{end flash back}

Miyuki walked to camp and ran to kagura staring at the wounds and muttering something That sounded like ”HOLY SHIT!” . When kagura lifted up she pulled her fan out and took a battle pose but rin came up and hugged miyuki's knee and giggled. Kagura was confused and she plopped back down, her legs shaking.

“so sesshomaru's ex eh?” asked kagura after talking to the fox demon. “yep and he can be an ass at times to but don't worry I'm not jealouse.” She said giggling.

The women talked and talked about fights and scars and there hatred of Naraku and she got touchy on the matter of her heart.

“I don't wanna talk about it ok.” She said. Miyuki nodded and walked off hugging rin.

“oh jaken come here and kagura shield rin so she don't cry” miyuki said jaken waddled over and with one slash of her swaord he was dead.The fox walked off and giggled before jumping into the trees. “Say hi to Fluffy for me!” she yelled as she left. “Fluffy?” Kagura repeated then was surprised to find herself giggling. Sesshomaru came out of nowhere and walked over to Kagura “I trust you're feeing better.” He said his voice a bit softer than usual. “I'm……fine.” Said Kagura triing to sit up. “Not from what I can see.” He replied “ So…. .What's fluffy mean anyway.” Kagura asked smiling he sat next to her and said simply “It was my nickname….because of my tail.” He blushed

“AH! Inu yasha's gonna whoa!” as she fell down the well. CUT!!!

Miyuki presented the orb and as she walked away she tripped carelessly.

“se …….ssho……maru” she said falling into him but he side stepped and she fell face first into the ground “don't get blood on me…oh that's got to hurt.”CUT!!!

Chapter 4

After about Two weeks of talking, criticizing, and complaining, Kagura started to heal and could move around more without hurting herself (somewhat) the cuiteist thing was that when ever Kagura's legs gave out Sesshomaru would be right there to catch her. After a while Kagura started to trust Sesshomaru. The two started to get really close(and I mean REALLY close) Kagura was wearing Sesshomaru's kimono concidering hers was destroyed. It was short(like Jenkotsu short) but it looked good on her. One day Sesshomaru took Kagura to a small pond in the middle of the forest . “It's beautiful…”Kagura said in aww seeing the moonlight shimmer on the almost still water. A small breeze picked up, it lified Kaguras kimono slightly. She closed her eyes and smiled as the breeze blew through her hair. She seemed to be entangled in a pure cyclone of bliss loveing the feel of the wind on her face. She shivered with pleasure. Then she felt Sesshomarus hand grabing her wrist, he pulled her closer then hugged her gently being careful as to not injure her wounds, hugging her as best as he could with one arm. She felt as though she could melt right there at the warmth of his embrace. They staired at each other for a moment then, he kissed her. A hot kiss was enough to make even the strongest of female deamons head spin. She kissed him back clinging to him.
