She had warned him. The label on the container clearly stated that it would bond instantly to skin.

 

But he hadn't listened. He had been so intent on putting the sacred jewel back together.

 

The poor quality of the adhesives in his time had in no way prepared him for the reality of superglue. And now Inuyasha had several jewel shards permanently adhered to his body. As well as Kagome, Shippo, and Kirara - all of whom were just trying to help when they got stuck.

 

The good news was that his speed and strength had increased considerably due to the jewel shards. The bad news was they couldn't pass through the well with the two extra demons attached to them.

 

They were just going to have to wait 500 years for a solvent to be invented.
