*Next morning*
Sesshoumaru woke up to find Rin and Jaken still sleep, but Katja gone. ~I am going to kill that, wench. Where has she gone off too? ~
Just then there was a loud roar of pain from something that made Sesshoumaru go running out the door, into the woods.
When he got to his destination he was shocked at what he saw.
Katja was standing over a dying youkai and was looking like he does after he kills something that attacks him, Rin, and Jaken.
Sesshoumaru looked like he had seen a ghost. He gently walked over behind Katja. He reached his hand out and touched her shoulder.
Katja jumped and screeched as he touched her shoulder. She turned around, “What were you trying to do to me?! Give me a heart attack?!”
“What?! No! How…? What…?”
“What happened and how, right? I found it dead.”
“Okay.” He could sense real deep anger and lying. It really scared him. He never felt this way before.
“Look, I gotta go get some food or else or else we'll starve.” She said walking off and going around trees that were in her way and mumbling to herself soft enough that even Sesshoumaru couldn't hear.
Sesshoumaru stood there for a minute in a daze, snapped out and ran after Katja.
She turned around on him so quickly, “What are you following me for?! Is it because you think I'm lying?!”
“Huh?” He said too shocked to say anything else at the time.
“Guess what?! I was! I don't know how I killed him but I killed him! All I have to do is picture them as my father and BAM!!! It's dead!”
“Why your father?”
“Do you really have time for my soap opera stories?”
“All the time in the world.”
“… Okay… It all started at night when I was four and left all alone with my father… My mother had left for a party that her friend was throwing… Oh, to warn you now I'm from the future… Like I was saying, my mom was at a party and I was left with my dad… Well I was in my room getting ready to go to bed… My dad came in and I thought he was just going to say good night, but, oh, could I be any more wrong… He came in, grabbed my arms, pinned them done to my bed, started kissing me as if I was married to him, and he tried to take off my clothes… Nevertheless, I wouldn't let him… I kicked and screamed… I heard my door fly open… He let go of me, heard my mother come in, and they started to yell at each other… My dad pulled out a gun and shot her… Therefore, I had to deal with being raped every night… Couple of years later… More like two weeks ago… I met up with a woman that gave me something to travel back in time… That's how I ended up here… That's my life story…” She said.
Sesshoumaru didn't know what exactly he was feeling right then.
It's pity, you idiot. Said his inner demon.
`I've never felt pity for other human except Rin. Why start now?'
Because you like her. You want to make her stop hating guys.
`Just be quiet!'
“Sesshoumaru?” Came Katja's voice.
Sesshoumaru snapped out of his thoughts. “Hm…”
“Can I go now?”
“Yes, but only if I get to go with you.”

`Shut up!'
“I was kinda hoping to go by myself.”
“Fine. Just hurry back.”
“Thank you!” She said running off.
`Bow to get back to Rin and Jaken before they wake up. Please don't be awake..' He begged.
So now we have a new journey, don't we?
