Ok no laughing this is my first fic ever...kk so no flames pwease?

Monday. The absolute worst day of the week. Tests, Homework, and new lessons that gets harder and harder to understand. Or that was how Tsukiko felt, actually she felt that way ever since she left her boyfriend of three years. Hiro was his name, Tsukiko thought that they would be together forever, but you can never forgive someone for cheating on you. Tsukiko walked out to her locker to get her things for geography. She remembered going to her locker all happy and smiling to see the many pictures of Hiro that were posted inside. But she was still happy about going there for one thing, her best friend Miroku would always stop by and talk. Speak of the devil as they say...

“Hey Tsu-chan” Miroku said to her. He was one man that she could trust.

“Hey Roki” Tsukiko responded still looking upset. No one knew about her and Hiro breaking up. It was bad enough that he chose Chiyo Sagi instead of her.

“Something wrong?” Miroku asked. Before Tsukiko had a chance to answer he peered in her locker to find it empty.He seemed surprised.

"whats wrong"Tsuki asked her friend he looked down at her with serious violet eyes.

"No Hiro pictures?You guys break up?" Miroku asked.He wasnt sounding too sensitive.Tsukikos blue eyes met his with a sad gaze."Yeah"She began. "He cheated on me..with Chiyo"Tsukiko barely whispered.She tried to hold back her tears that were forming,when she felt a strong embrace around her waist.She began to blush but sank into the embrace.

"He was a jerk anyway.Dont let him bother you."Miroku began holding his friend tighter.Tsukiko wanted to stay like this forever,But she knew that Miroku was very loyal to his girlfriend Sango.Tsukiko knew that this was a love that could never be...

"Miroku!" A cheery voice called from across the hall.It was Sango,Running toward them.miroku slid his hands from Tsukiko to let Sango have a turn.It was bad enough that no one had any idea that Tsukiko was in love with Miroku,but for him to hug Sango right in front of her made her wanna puke.Tsukiko turned away before she actually did puke.

"Whats wrong?" Sango asked still holding Miroku in her arms.Tsukiko turned around wearing the most pathetic fake smile ever."Oh nothing" Tsukiko began in a cracked voice,"I broke up with Hiro...he cheated on me"She finished beginning to cry again.

"Oh my god! That bastard! Who was he with!" Sango yelled letting go of Miroku and causing Tsukiko to feel a bit better.

"Um...Chiyo.Chiyo Sagi." Tsukiko answered blinking back her tears so it wouldnt cause a crowd.Sango hugged Tsukiko and pressed her into her chest."Im sorry" She began"But listen to me...you are very strong...you dont need him."She whispered,wearing the most serious face ever.

"Thanks Sango..." Tsukiko began.Sango smiled and responded,"Come to my house after school..we can talk."

"Kay" Tsukiko cheered feeling like this was the first time she smiled since leaving Hiro.Sango nodded and turned around to give Miroku a small peck on the lips before darting to Suikotsu-san's class.Miroku smiled at Tsukiko, causing her to blush.Miroku gave her a friendly hug and told her to be strong.He smiled again and began down the hall toward his home room.Tsukiko watched him walk away with a sad gaze in her eyes.

This is my chance! Its now or never! He needs to know how I really feel!Tsukiko thought to herself.

"Roki!Wait!" Tsukiko yelled after him.She didnt mean to stop him..but now her heart was controlling her,and she couldnt...no...she did'nt want to stop it. Miroku turned around.

"Yes?" He asked in a sing-song kinda voice.Tsukikos heart was pounding so loud that sh couldnt hear herself think.

"I...I..."She began.She was choking on the words, they were stuck but wanted to come out.

C'mon! Tell him! now!She thought.

"I w-wanted to say...um..."She choked.Miroku was beginning to look annoyed, so she needed to hurry.

Say it! "I love you"!

"Well...I...uhhhh.."

TELL HIM! NOW!

"Thanks..."She finished.Miroku semed a bit suprised.

"For what?"He asked her,not knowing what the hell he did to help her.

"For ...comforting me...I appreciate it" She finished.

"Oh! Youre welcome" he finished and walked the rest of the way.When he was out of sight Tsukiko began to mentally kill herself.

Oh my god! Im an idiot! he must think Im some sort of freak! Shit! I can never face him now! DAMMIT! I cant beleive I couldnt say three simple words! ARGH! Tsukiko screamed in her head. She sloched down against the wall and huuged her knees against her chest and letting her arms drape over her slender legs.

"Im living a lie..and I always will" She whipered. She burried her face in her arms and cried silent, painful tears.

Whoo! chapter 1 is done! F.Y.I Tsukiko is my O.C character so I hope you like her...but I hope you like my fic more... byes!
