Inu-Yasha the pervert

"Sit"

*Thump*

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Inu-Yasha yelled, with leaves sticking out of his hair at odd angles. The morning sun glared at his eyes.

"Food" Kagome called

The distinct aroma of ramen reached his nose, and troubles soon forgot he raced into the hut. Kaede wasn't back yet.. Not like Inu-Yasha noticed.

3 minutes later

"Let's go now!"

" But we haven't finished our food yet" argued Kagome.

Sango and Miroku were just staring at the quarrelling pair.

"Your too slow, I finished a long time ago!" exclaimed the frustrated hanyou.

"Because you don't chew" objected Kagome

"I do" he protested

" Can't you just let us finish eating?" Kagome pleaded

"Fine" he grumbled and sat down crossed legged. He always fell for that trick.

They finished their food and stored the foam cups away so they could be taken to Kagome's time. They heard a rumor of a jewel in village far away. They said it is surrounded by a demon filled forest, yet no needless slaughter.

"Kagome, can I have another lo-li-pop, please?" Shippo pronounced carefully

"Sure, Shippo" Kagome replied. She got one from her backpack and handed it to him, who was currently riding her shoulder.

`What a nice day in the feudal era. The sun is shinning and the sky is blue' she thought as they took the left fork of the trail, `the birds are singing, Inu-Yasha tail is….."

She was suddenly captured in the hypnotic song of the slowly sweeping tail.

"Kagome, can you stop staring at my tail?" warned the annoyed hanyou over his shoulder.

She didn't hear him.

"CAN YOU STOP STARING AT MY TAIL?!" he finally roared turning to fully face Kagome. Sango and Miroku stopped to observe this new development and Shippo jumped to Miroku's shoulder for a better view.

Kagome's trance was broken. She looked up.

"Sorry, Inu-Yasha, but you don't have to yell" stated Kagome

He just grunted and turned away and started walking with the others following. It wasn't before he stopped again. Kagome once again was transfixed on his tail, and Shippo, Miroku, and Sango was once again observing.

In-Yasha had an idea to stop Kagome's staring. Not a really bright one. He decided if he put Kagome up front she fall back to stare, and she couldn't ride his back since she might hit his tail, and he didn't want to find out if he felt pain in this new limb.

"Eep" she cried as she was lifted up and carried bridal style, except not too intimate.

"Never knew he felt that way about her" whispered Miroku to Sango. Of course they knew the truth.

"Yea" she whispered back.

"Shut-up you idiots" yelled Inu-Yasha ahead of them, "I'm doing this to stop Kagome's staring!"

Kagome was a little disappointed that was the reason, but not by much, since she still was in his arms. But then one of Inu-Yasha hands had accidentally slipped under her skirt.

"HENTAI!"

*Slap*

Miroku hand automatically went up to his cheek as he watched them, mouth wide open. Sango and Shippo (this time on her shoulder) looked amazed. Kagome was standing over Inu-Yasha, red in the face from anger. Inu-Yasha was on the ground with a huge slap mark on his cheek, legs twitching. Kagome huffed and walked away stiffly while Sango hurried to follow. Miroku open mouth was replaced with a smirk as he walked over to Inu-Yasha.

"I see your learning" laughed Miroku.

Inu-Yasha immediately stood up.

"Shut up before I wipe that smirk of your face, monk" he growled

Miroku just shrugged and walked away, still smiling.
