InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ A Tale of Two Girls ❯ I remember ( Chapter 2 )

An: I am sooo sorry it has taken me so long to update but I have been up to a lot lately So I am truly sorry. Ummmm not much important happens in this chapter but there should be in the one after this so enough chit chat….ON WITH THE STORY!!! Oh! And sorry for the mix up of names in the last chapter. Those were the names that I used for "our" story so I had to go through and change them. I thought that I got all of them but appearantly not. Lol.

DISCLAIMER: Do you really think that I own Inuyasha? HAHA what a laugh.

"SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! You're going to scare the rabbit away! Shut up!" exclaimed Kagome as they inched closer to the cord that you pull down to catch the animal in the trap.

"I'm trying! Just pull the stupid cord already!"

"I can't! It isn't all the way in yet!"

With an exasperated sigh Sango reached over and yanked the cord down.

Nothing happened.

Sango looked at the string in her hand

"Kagome why isn't it working?"

"I don't know. I thought that I set it up right I…"

Kagome and sango looked at the trap and saw that the string wasn't even tied to the cage.

"Sango! I thought you said that you did everything that I told you!"

"I thought I did! You never told me to actually tie the string to the cage!"

"Well how else are you gonna trap it?!"

"I don't know but what are we gonna do now?"

"ummmmmm" Kagome thought thought to herself for a minute in deep thought.

"Well we could just run after it and catch it. But with your speed that probably won't work. So we will have to think of something else."

"Hey! I'm not that slow and you know it!"

"Wanna make a bet! I bet you this breakfast that I am faster than you."

"There shouldn't even be a bet you already know that I am faster!"

And on and on they argued.

~ Scene change ~

(Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are both the demon and hanyou.)

"Dude! How in the world did we end up all the way out here?"

"ummmmmmmmm I'm not quite sure Inuyasha but we will find our way out by using my wonderful skills of tracking that I learned from boy scouts." (An: Do you not think that's funny?)

"Yah right Sesshomaru. You never learned anything from that stupid program. All you got out of it was a couple of badges." (No offense 2 ne 1 that is in boyscouts. This is just how Inuyasha is gonna be.)

"Shhhhhhh listen."

"Huh? I don't have to stop talking mfh fuf hf." But he couldn't finish before had his hand covering Inuyasha's mouth in an attempt to shut him up.

"Do you hear that?"

Off in the distance women's voices could be heard off in the distance.

Sesshomaru took his hand away from Inuyasha's mouth.

"Who do you think it is?"

"I'm not sure but lets go take a look."

And with that the 2 young teens made there way to where the voices were coming from.

As they made there way closer to the voices they saw two figures crouched behind a bush arguing about something.

"Hey Sesshomaru?"

"Huh?"

"Do you think that we are trespassing?"

"I doubt it. No one ever goes in these woods. And no one owns them."

"Oh. Then what are they doing here?" Inuyasha motioned to the two young women behind the bush.

"I'm not sure but it wouldn't hurt to go find out."

~ Scene change (back to the girls)~

(Sangos stomach was getting to her by this point in the argument.)

"We will have to figure it out once we get the food then I can kick your butt!"

"You Wish!! But yah you're right on catching the food."

"Well we will have to figure out a way to catch this …….." But the voice of a stranger that they didn't know caught off Sango.

"What are you all doing out here?" Asked Sesshomaru with Inuyasha behind his back.

Sango and Kagome just sat there looking at the stranger who invaded their "territory".

"Well don't you guys talk?" Asked Inuyasha as he came out from behind Sesshomaru.

'Strange.' Thought Sango. 'What are they doing all the way out her……' But she still didn't get to finish her thought before she was rudely interrupted by one of the boy's standing in front of them.

"HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

"Calm down Inuyasha."

"Well they aren't talking!"

"Maybe they can't talk."

"We can talk just fine." Piped in Kagome from beside Sango.

"Well why didn't you talk before?"

Kagome let out an exasperated sigh. Then got up motioning for Sango to do the same.

Sango started to get up when Inuyasha decided to open his big mouth again.

"Hey! Where do you two think you are going?"

Kagome was getting really aggravated with these strangers. Totally forgetting about their breakfast.

"Away from you! Now it would be really nice if you guys just left us alone."

"Why should we?"

"Because we don't want you around us."

"Fine then. Let's go Sesshomaru."

Kagome froze on the spot at the name she hadn't heard in a long long time.

"Sesshomaru?" she whispered to herself.

Sango saw the distant look on her best friend's face and got a little worried.

"Kagome? Whats wrong?"

"I know that name."

Sango turned back to the two strangers one of, which was named Sesshomaru, followed by Kagome.

"Wait a sec." She walked slowly over to Sesshomaru and Inuyasha.

'Silver hair, amber eyes.' Kagome thought to herself.

"Where have I seen you before?" She asked Sesshomaru who was looking at her strangely. He to looked at her and tried to remember if he had seen her from somewhere.

Then it hit Kagome like a ton of bricks.

' That's it! I remember now!'

Ummm I am not quite sure I like how this chapter turned out but I have kept you guys waiting for too long so I decided to post it anyways. Come to think of it I really don't like this chapter and I don't expect any reviews but I you would like to write one It's alright with me *_~
