Chapter one

Meeting Kouga

A young girl with raven black hair and has these beautiful grey eyes could be seen walking swiftly through the empty cemetery holding tightly to her stake and crossbow. This girl is wearing a red t-shirt that fit her slim body and showed her curves nicely, she's also wearing black leather pants that cling to her, and her boots are black that match her leather pants. The stranger's name is Kagome Higurashi, a vampire slayer. Kagome has been a slayer for two years now and has started to learn too except it. She lives at an old shrine with her mother, brother and Grandpa. Her brother's name is Souta and is about the age of thirteen.

Kagome attends Youkia High school and appears to have no friends and leads a lonely life. Kagome has been accustomed to being alone in high school. She only had one best friend but she had moved away from the town so now Kagome only has her family. There is this guy at the school who seems to annoy the living day lights out of her and she secretly wishes she could strike a dagger into his heart. But she would never reveal that to any one. The guys name is Hojo and to her he is the biggest creep alive.

"WHAT A CREEP!" Kagome yelled to know one in particular. That has been the third vampire in one night that she has turned to dust. Kagome is not just a vampire slayer but a demon slayer as well. As Kagome was turning around a corner and heading home she heard voices coming to her left, about a couple head stones behind her.

"Well. Well…. look what we have here." Came a male's voice.

Kagome is moving as silently as she could and when she found the source of the voices, which turned out to be a group of vampires. Kagome let out a soft growl of irritation. Only she shouldn't have done that because one of the vampires ear's twitched.

"Kouga I think I heard something." One of the guys in the group said. Kouga looked up and smiled oh let it go for now… Kagome sighed with relief and tried to get a better look at the one named Kouga.

Kouga has his hair high up in a ponytail; he has a brown tail his face looks like he's about ready to kill something or someone… His eyes are slits of black…

"Pl - please… Kouga don't hurt me." Whimpered a little boy. Kagome's thoughts were broken as her eyes traveled down to the ground. What she saw turned her eyes full of hatred. It was a little vampire who looked to be about five or six. The little vampire has innocent green that are pooling over with tears…of fright. He has red-ish brown colored hair, an auburn colored tail and is wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. Kagome's eyes stared down with hatred at the one named Kouga.

"What are we going to do with him Kouga?" asked a different voice.

The little vampire whimpered as they closed in on him even more. "I say we kill him…I know that dog-turd cares a lot about his friends." Kouga said as he sneered down at the little fox demon.

The other's nodded at Kougs words and advanced on the kit some more. I think it's time to make my appearance known. Kagome thought to herself.

Just as one of the older vampires was about to grab the kit by the tail Kagome jumped onto one of the tombstones.

"LEAVE HIM ALONE!" Kagome shouted as she let one of her arrows fly towards Kouga. Kouga quickly dodged the arrow but it grazed his arm slightly.

Whoever threw that arrow is going to pay! Kouga thought as his eyes traveled up to were the arrow came from… When he saw were the arrow came from Kouga and along with the others gasped at the sight of the beautiful woman who stood in front of them.
