Highschool Dilemma
~~~
“ And I know the last year of high school is always the hardest...emotional for everybody...”
`Fuck, I'm just gonna tune him out.'
As he stared up to the front of the classroom, where the blackboard was untouched as of yet and the teacher was droning on about the difficult time it would be to get through this year without crying once, Inuyasha flicked pieces of paper at the boy in front of him.
`Well now would be the fucking time I would want to get called for a meeting,' he thought bitterly.
After the meeting was over it was nearly 1:30 am and Inuyasha drove home, back to the piece of ass that was waiting for him.
Unfortunately, that piece of ass was long gone.
He had sworn for quite a while, growling about ` stupid fucking meetings.' His brother had eventually told him to shut up because they had school today.
Deciding to be nice and letting his mother sleep in silence, he grudgingly went back upstairs to his room, like a kid without dessert, and stayed up un-satisfied the whole night.
That made him a very moody hanyou in the morning.
Miroku looked over at his friend, and noticed he was flicking paper rather violently at the boy in front of them.
He sighed. Miroku knew his friend had not been able to get laid last night, and neither did he. The woman that was waiting for him at his house left by the time he got back, and a crude note was left behind in her place.
She wasn't the only one that was pissed last night.
Miroku sighed once again and checked out the women in the class. `Well that once has quite a nice ass...that one looks nicely endowed...ohh and that one looks like she could be a handful. I'm definitely going to have to pour on the charm this last year.' he thought rather perversely. He was sporting a lopsided smirk.
Sesshoumaru looked over at his brother and Miroku. They truly did look like bakas. His otouto was flicking paper viciously in front of them and the monk boasted a crooked leer on his face. His eyes did the most diminutive of rolls as he stared back out the window.
Last night when he arrived back home, apparently Inuyasha's flavor of the week had left. His brother was certainly not happy. When his relentless babbling became too bothersome he simply told him to shut up. Apparently it had worked.
Though he was indeed more moody than usual this morning.
As the teacher continued to lecture, Sesshoumaru paid no attention. His job at his father's industry paid good enough to last him the rest of his life, for when his father passed away, he would be top dog. Literally.
Sesshoumaru's musings ended short for there was screaming in the halls of Shikon High.
`What the fuck?'
~~~

“I TOLD YOU WE WOULD BE LATE!!” screamed a livid Sango.

“ I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! OUR FIRST DAY TOO!!” yelled an equally, angry Rin.

“Sorry you guys! Buyo was stuck in the cat door...again!” an exasperated Kagome tried to explain.

Somehow their mornings just seemed to end up like this.

* Flashback*

Kagome, Sango and Rin just moved to Tokyo from Kyoto, Japan. They were not sisters, but they definitely lived like them. Their adoptive grandmother was named Kaede, though many called her Lady Kaede for she was the descendant from a family of priestesses. She was possibly the kindest elder woman you would ever meet. She was not only a great adoptive mother but teacher as well, and Lady Kaede was treated with the utmost respect. Sango was the first to be taken in by her.

Sango's family was killed when she was eight-years-old. While she was at a friend's party, her parents, and baby brother on the way to pick her up, were killed in a car accident. The person that crashed into them was drunk, and exactly at the place where the accident occurred, there were roses growing in the bushes near the sidewalks. She was put into an orphanage not long after and adopted by Kaede.

For Rin's story, to make it simple, her dad was a bastard. She never knew her mother nor did she know if she had any siblings. She lived with her dad until she was nine. He was anything but pleasant. He abused her emotionally, slapped her when she cried and threatened to kill himself everyday if she told anyone. One day she was unable to take it anymore and escaped from her house in the dead of night, and fell into a rose bush before running off to the closest police station. After she was put into childcare, she was adopted a short while later, all before her tenth birthday. She did not know what happened to her father.

Kagome still doesn't know what happened to her family. She was almost nine years old when she had came back from school one day, and nobody was there. Her house was empty. Usually her Mom and her baby brother were there, with her Dad just arriving home. But, they didn't come back. She saw roses in the vase on top of her table and began to cry. She called the police without pausing to stop crying and they tried to track down her parents in the next few days. Without any luck, they assumed the worst. Kagome was adopted when she was nine-years- old.

Whether or not this was fate's twisted humor, it's how the girls started their lives. They were always close, being the only family they had. They treated each other like sisters, the fighting and all, because of one common thing. They were all adopted and they all needed one another. Once they were comfortable enough to share their history, they all seemed connected by one thing. The roses. When they were young they chose to fight the harsh realities of life, by becoming their own `pretend' super heroines.

Eventually it became more. Wanting to make sure that no one suffered how they did, they started to `fight crime' on the streets. Basically what they did were good deeds like saving a cat from a tree or helping an elderly lady across the street. Then, they started to fight bullies. Defending those who underwent bullying every day and facing the bullies themselves. They would never be the one's to start fights. Then by the age of fifteen they started chasing after muggers and getting the items they stole back to the owners. They started to train how to fight, using martial arts and even equipment. By then Lady Kaede had figured out what they were doing and, surprisingly, did not forbid them to do it. She encouraged them instead. She had started to train Kagome with her miko powers, and hired trainers for Sango and Rin.

Even though fate tried to ruin their lives, it only served to make them stronger. They chose to name themselves by the one thing that connected them all. Roses. But, figuring that might be a little to cheerful for the kind of thing they're going for, Rin came up with putting the word acid in front of it. If fate tried to screw them over, it did not succeed. How irony strikes.

* Return to present*

Though their mornings always ended up like this, they would have it no other way.

“ That fat piece of dough ALWAYS gets stuck!! I don't even know why we still brought it from Kyoto!” Rin shouted, out of breath from all the yelling and running.

“ WOULD YOU GUYS HURRY UP WERE LATE!!” Sango shrieked, still fuming.

The girls continued sprinting down the halls of the unknown high school, at top speed and their feet burning.

~~~
Inside the classroom, it was dead silent, with every one still straining to hear the yelling outside. They concluded that it was girls, and they were coming closer to this room.
All of a sudden, you heard nothing but an earsplitting crash.
~~~

“RIN!! YOU KNOCKED OVER SOMEONE'S LOCKER!!!” screamed Kagome.

The locker was now dumped on the ground with paper and books spilled and scattered everywhere.

“Well they can clean it afterwards! KEEP ON RUNNING!” Rin bellowed.

“It's just around the corner, Room 102, our home room!” Affirmed Sango.

Suddenly she stopped and turned at the right door, but not without Rin and Kagome crashing into her.

~~

The homeroom door was suddenly burst open and three teenagers toppled in, each tripping over each other and one yelping.

“ Thank you for joining our class ladies.”

~~~
Done the second chapter! Once again I apologize if it is still boring, it takes a long time to explain. Well now at least their all in the same classroom( smiles sheepishly).
