Kagome rode the city bus to the closest stop to spud's and walked the rest of the way.
She walked into the resturaunt, it had been a while since she had been there and they had remodeled the place since then but she still remembered the old memories of her and her
family enjoying dinner there once in a while.She looked around the place.Inuyasha had sent her a picture the night before so she could recognize him.He had odd features, his sterling
silver hair especially. He also had beautiful golden orbs of eyes. He reminded her of some type of animal she just couldn't seem to compare him to it enough to realize what it was.
She looked around again and then coming out of the bar room she recognized his face and his long silver hair held back in a ponytail and a Red Sox cap on his head. Kagome had also
sent him a picture and he recognized her aswell. There was no one waiting and the resturaunt was pretty empty.
Inuyasha walked up to Kagome and held out his hand for a hand shake but instead he was tackled with a hug.He could feel her warm body pressed against his and she was very snuggly
he thought to himself.The one thing he couldn't help but feeling was her chest area. He blushed as he felt a drop of sweat fall down the back of his neck but he sighed smilling and put his
arms around her nervously and set her back gently on her feet.
Inuyasha had told his boss Kaede about Kagome and told him to take the rest of the night off to get to know her. However he insisted on atleast doing the work for their meals.Kaede
tryed to argue but Inuyasha refused to slack off.
"Come and follow me ok?" Inuyasha said grabbing a menu out of the bin and leading her to a table in the right hand corner. Once she sat down he whispered a message into her ear.
"It's nice and warm over here because the heater is right there." He said pointing to the vent at her ankles.He handed her the menu.What do you want to drink Kagome? He asked.
"Um....can I have a shirley temple?" She said twitling her thumbs blushing and looking down into her lap.
"Yeah." He said smilling at how cute she looked when she did that.

After taking her order and having the cook put it in he went and sat down next to her. He could see the blush on her face as she twirled her straw around in the red drink filled
1/4 of the way with cherries because Inuyasha snuck them in for her.
"Soooooo I am asuming your still in highschool right?" Inuyasha asked looking into her chocolate brown eyes.
"Yep.I go to Tech." She said sipping some of her sweet drink."My trade is cosmetology." She said proudly. "Oh yeah that reminds me! Your hair is so pretty!" She squealed in
delight.
He laughed nervously as a drop of sweat fell down the back of his neck.
Kagome noticed he didn't get himself a drink. "Want a sip?" She asked moving the drink over to him more.
"I couldn't." He said embarasedly.
"Yes you can." She wink pecking him on the cheek with a kiss and winking.
He blushed and accepted a sip without refusing again. "Is it really ok to be sharing a straw? I had a cold not so long ago I don't want you getting sick..." He said before
taking a sip.
"It's fine!" she said.
"Well don't blame me if you get sick ok?" He said with a serious look on his face.
"Don't worry I won't." She said. "Take a sip already dammit!" Kagome giggled. "Your just too sweet."
Inuyasha sighed and took a sip.

Inuyasha started up his car with the remote starter and unlocked the doors as they got closer.
"What kind of music do you like?" Inuyasha asked opening the door for her.
"I like rock and I hate rap so if you like it I'm gunna leave you right here and now She pouted crossing her arms over her chest.
"Don't worry..." he said "I feel the same way too." He said with a smile on his face. "Do you like Crossfade?" He asked hopefully.
"I love them!" Kagome squealed happily.
Inuyasha laughed a little. "How about System of Down?"
Kagome stared at him with an excited look.
"I take that as a yes." He smiled. "I went to Tech for a little while and I took Auto Mechanics so I learned how to install this stereo into my car." He said with pride as he put
the Crossfade cd in.
"Can you go to the next song please?" Kagome begged him with puppy dog eyes. "I love that song." She said beginning to shed fake tears.
Inuyasha stared at her for a second in a blank stare as he saw the tears fall from her eyes. "Please don't cry Kagome, you know I'll put it on for you!" He begged.
She squealed happily and whipped the fony tears away and waited for the song to begin.
Inuyasha was about to speak while stepping on the gas pedal but Kagome began to sing before he could open his mouth.
Looking back at me I see that I never really got it right, I never stopped to think of you!

Inuyasha looked up aswell and slammed on the breaks bring the car to a screeching hault. "GET DOWN KAGOME!" He said covering her and putting a hand over her face to protect her as the
windsheild shattered into peices.
