Summary: After Inuyasha and Miroku have mated under the moon, Inuyasha gets pregnant, and then gets kidnapped by Naraku. And Miroku goes to rescue him, before it's too late.

Chapter 1

Naraku had kidnapped Inuyasha, and was holding him in his castle against his will.He wanted something from Inuyasha, he wanted Inuyasha's unborn child. So that he could turn Inuyasha's child against Inuyasha, and make the child do his bidding.

"Why have you kidnapped me, Naraku?" Inuyasha said.

"Kukukuku, Isn't it obvious, Inuyasha, I kidnapped you to get your unborn child, and once I do. I will turn your own flesh-and-blood against you, and use the child to do my bidding." Naraku smirked.

"Well, that will never happen, because I will never let a low-class demon as you get your filthy hands on my child!" Inuyasha said.

"Oh, but I will! And there's nothing you or that monk lover of yours can do to stop me!" He said in an evil tone.

**Meanwhile**

Miroku, Kagome, Sango, along with Shippo and Kilala were still trying to find where Naraku took Inuyasha. Miroku knew that he couldn't let Naraku hurt Inuyasha or their unborn child.

"We have to find where Naraku has taken Inuyasha, and if he hurts him or our unborn child, I will kill him!" Miroku said.

"Don't worry, Miroku, we'll find him!" Shippo said.

"I can't help but to worry, Inuyasha & the life of our unborn child are in grave danger, and I must rescue them. I will not let them down!" Miroku said.

"You really care a lot about them, don't you?" Kagome asked.

"Yes, Kagome, I do, and that's why I have to rescue them before Naraku does anything drastic to hurt them." Miroku said.

"So what do you think that he's planning on doing?" Kagome asked.

"I don't know, that's why I have to rescue Inuyasha before it's late." Miroku said.

**Moments later**

Naraku continues to torture Inuyasha, until he has the baby. Then that's when he can put his final plan into action.

"Naraku, whatever you're planning to do to me, it's not gonna work!" Inuyasha yelled.

"Kukukuku, Oh but it is, because you see, Inuyasha. I will continue to torture you until you give birth." Naraku said.

"Oh no you're not, because my friends will come looking for me, and once they find me. We will destroy you!" Inuyasha said.

"I doubt that, seeing that they don't even know where I've taken you, and once they do find you. It will already be too late, kukukuku!" He laughed his evil laugh.

Inuyasha knew that if Miroku didn't come to his rescue, it will be too late.

"Miroku, where are you? Please find us, don't let him take our child." He thought.

****

Miroku, and the others continued their search, but it was starting to get dark. And they knew that they couldn't find Naraku's castle place in the dark.

"Looks like it's starting to get dark." Sango said as she noticed the sun going down.

"Yeah, and we won't be able to see a thing." Kagome said.

"But we have to keep looking." Miroku said, not wanting to give up finding Inuyasha.

"But Miroku, we won't be able to see anything; we have to continue the search in the morning." Shippo said.

"He's right, Miroku, I know that you are worrying about Inuyasha & the baby, but we can't keep up the search in the dark." Kagome said.

"Kagome, I will not let Inuyasha & our baby down! I have to find them, I have to!!" He said, as tears slid out his eyes.

Kagome saw how upset her friend was, so she comforted him.

"Shh, its okay, I know that you're worried about Inuyasha & the baby, and you have every right to be. But I don't think you have to worry, because Inuyasha will not let any harm come to the baby, he will protect the life of the child with every fiber of his being." Kagome said.

Miroku then looked at her

"You're right, Inuyasha won't let harm come to life of our child. Thanks Kagome, you're a good friend." Miroku said.

"Glad that I could help, but in the meantime, why don't we go find shelter until in the morning. Then we will continue our search." Kagome said.

"Ok." Miroku replied.

****

So Miroku, Kagome, Sango, Shippo, and Kilala went to go find a hut, and so they did. They all gathered in the hut, until morning.

Shippo was out like a light, but he rested in Kilala's fur, but Kagome, Sango, and Miroku didn't go to sleep just yet. Miroku was staring into space thinking about Inuyasha.

"I will find you, my precious Inuyasha, I will find you, and bring you home." He thought.

As Miroku continue to think about Inuyasha, Sango wasn't happy about this at all, but she knew that all Miroku had on his mind was Inuyasha.

"You know, I can't stand that his mind is always on Inuyasha." Sango said.

"Do I detect a little jealousy going on here, Sango?" Kagome asked.

"YES! YES! Because I can't stand the fact that he loves Inuyasha, and not ME!!" Sango said.

"Sango, I know that you're hurt, and that you want Miroku to be with you and everything. But I'm sorry to tell you that he loves Inuyasha, and no one else but him! They have a child on the way, Sango, and I hate that you want him to be with you, instead of Inuyasha. I'm not telling you this to hurt you, But I'm only saying it, because I think you should stop thinking about yourself, and think about the tiny life that Inuyasha is carrying inside of him. Because I think he needs Miroku more than you do! Kagome said hoping that she can help her friend realize that.

"Kagome, I never thought you of all people would never turn your back on me. I thought that we were friends!" Sango said.

"We are friends, Sango, but you have to realize the fact that Inuyasha is going to have Miroku's baby, and I don't think that Miroku will ever turn his back away from Inuyasha and their unborn child." Kagome said.

"Kagome, why are you so calmed about this? And how can you just give Inuyasha up like that?" Sango said.

"Well, I guess that I didn't have much of a choice, because now he's pregnant with Miroku's baby, and being with Miroku makes him happy. And that's all I care about is his happiness." Kagome said.
