Kagome squealed as the boys came on stage as the lights darkened and threw herself into Sesshoumaru's arms. "Did you hear them, did you hear how they liked us?!" she giggled. Ayame laughed as she, Sango, and Nazuna started helping Kouga set up the boy's equipment.

Sesshoumaru gave Kagome a hug much too Inu Yasha's dislike. "It sounds like they didn't want you to get off stage Kagome. "You girls did great."

Kagome giggled and kissed his cheek and whirled around, flouncing over to Inu Yasha, and threw her arms around his neck, giggling ecstatically.

"You did great, Kagome," Inu Yasha said in an indifferent tone. "Now why don't you and the girls go and grab a seat. Sesshoumaru smirked as his little brother flashed him and angry look over the girls shoulder.

Kagome blinked and growled. "You are never going to get laid if you can't even show some enthusiasm. Shit, way to ruin a girl's night." She huffed and whirled away from him.

They guys gathered on stage as Sesshoumaru began to hammer out rifts with the lights still lowered. Miroku sat behind his drums and joined in and head banged along as Kouga began to dance around on stage.Inu Yasha took the mic from the stand as he began to sing.

As he sang the lights came on over head and everyone saw Inu headbanging and screaming into the mic.

With the last rift of Sess's guitar the lights lowered leaving only Inu's silouette being seen with his arm in the air.

"Get stupified!"Inu yelled as the crowd stood up and cheered.

Kagome stood up and peered carefully into the darkness, cheering and blew Inu Yasha a kiss. She looked over at Sango and grinned, as the elder one nodded, before she shared a wicked grin with Miroku. Kagome gripped the stage with both hands, and with maneuverability surprising for her clothing, sprung up on stage. A single light came on and she stepped into it. "Hey, how would you guys liked to hear a combined number of the bands?" she grinned wickedly, looking over at Inu Yasha, whom she knew had know idea.

Inu Yasha blinked as he wiped the sweat from his brow "You wanna what?" he asked.

Kagome grinned. "Hey, it was Miroku and Sango's idea. Now, you get to pick. Coma White or Para-noir?" She heard snickering coming from the girls as they made their way onstage.

Inu Yasha blinked, still stunned. "I thought this was a contest; and when in the hell did this come up?" He turned and gave a hard glare at Miroku.

"Hey, hey, don't blame me now," he said as he twirled his drum sticks.

Inu Yasha sighed. "Fine, fine, Come White," he said as he threw his hands in the air.

Kagome grinned, and watched as Nazuna snapped the synthesizer onto her guitar, and Ayame hooked her keyboard back up. She looked at Kagome and nodded.

"Coma White it is."

Inu Yasha picked up his mic as everyone else took their places. He looked at Kagome. "Just remember this was your idea, not mine."

Kagome smiled slightly and took her mic out of the stand as the gutairs began their haunting melody, and then the drums came in, right before she opened her mouth to sing.

"Something is cold and blank behind her smile,

She's standing on an overpass,

In her miracle mile..."

She looked over, catching Inu Yasha's eye to signal his entrance.

InuYasharaised his mic and looked out at the crowd as he began.

"You were from a perfect world

A world that threw me away today

Today to run away"

Kagome added her soft soprano voice in with his deeper condemning one.

"A pill to make you numb

A pill to make you anybody else

But all the drugs in this world

Won't save her from herself..."

Inu Yasha closed his eyes as he lost himself in the music.

Her mouth was an empty cut

Kagome watched him quietly while the rest of the band filled the song out to it's end, and the crowd swelled with a roaring cheer.

Inu reached over and grabbed Kagome's hand and held it high in the air "Yeah wasn't she great!"he yelled over the mic "Everyone give her a good round of applause .Come on now don't make me get off stage and kick all your ass's , Come on give it up for Kagome!"The crowd jumped to their feet and started yelling and jumping around for more.

Kagome blushed and looked down as a torrent of noise washed over them, a chanted sutra: "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

Inu blushed as he turned and looked at Kagome "Well cant deny an audience what they want can we ."He said as he lowered her hand and grabbed her other one and looked deep into her eyes.

Kagome shook her head slowly as she agreed with him and smilled wryly.

Inu Yasha lowered his head and kissed Kagome on the lips as the crowd cheered them on. Sesshoumaru growled and silently plotted his brother's death.

Kagome blushed and linked her arms around his neck. As the crowds cheers swept over them she pulled back and looked up into his eyes quietly, blushing at what they held…
