The wind was blowing quite hard that afternoon.The bright afternoon sun was high in the big blue sky.Colored leaves twirled around in the wind and around the few bikes that were still one the bike rack.
Kagome Higurashi walked out of the school buildings and was immediately greeted by a rush of wind.Pulling her raven hair out of her face Kagome walked toward the bike rack.As she walked she admired the lovely and cheerful autumn day.To bad her she couldin't be cheerful along with the happy wind dancing leaves that swirled along the school grounds.
Kagome sighed and began to roll her bike away from the building.The past two weeks havin't been exactly kind to her.The beginning of the past two weeks were part of her fondest day dreams.It had started out with a date with her childhood bestfriend,Inuyasha takahashi,who she had a huge crush on for years.He had finally broke up with Kikyou,the awfully slutty snob.So Inuyasha had asked Kagome out saying he had always wanted to go out with her and wanted to take their relationship up another step.When the date had come to end Inuyasha gave her a heated goodbye kiss,although it hadin't been a quick goodbye after that.Kagome shivered at the memorys,she could still feeling Inuyasha's hands on her.They hadin't gone far because Kagome didin't want her first time with Inuyasha to be in the front seat of his car and she wanted to wait before they took that step,The had just got done with their first date they couldin't just go ahead and jump each others bones at first chance,no matter how much they both wanted to.Kagome just felt it would be right to wait to take it slow.
But the happiness of their new relationship ended the next day when she caught Inuyasha bring Kikyou to school and then let her kiss him on the lips.When Kagome tried to talk to him about it,he kept ignoring her and when she tried to talk to him in the classes that they both were in together he would just ignore her or send her a disgusted glance.After two days of the same treatment Kagome came to the conclusion that Inuyasha was a arrogant,selfish,disgusting pig that she had never known him to be.He obviously only wanted to do on a date with her so he could get into her pants.And when he couldin't succeed,he went straight to Kikyou's bed.That idiotic dog.
Kagome rubbed at her eyes vigorously to stop the tears that welled up there.Darn it,she wouldin't let herself cry over that jerk! She had been so upset by his betrayal that she wished that Inuyasha had seen her when she gave Kouga a big kiss on the cheek before school.Of course the kiss was purely innocent though,Kouga,her friend since fourth grade and Inuyasha's rival since then as well, had announced to her that he got into the college that he had worked hard at getting into and that he had finally started dating Ayame,a bubbly cheerleader who had been persuing Kouga since the start of high school.She had been so happy for him that she threw her arms around him and gave him a big kiss on the cheek.But of course knowing Inuyasha,and his jealous little mind,he would have thought Kagome cheated on him for Kouga.It would serve him right,then he would have seen that she had not needed him,even though it wasin't true,and then it would have been him who was suffering.
Suddenly,Kagome felt a prickly feeling on the back of her neck as the tiny hairs rose upward.Putting a hand on the back of her neck to flatten them back down,Kagome glanced around and turned to see if anyone were around.Since the school grounds were pretty much empty with only a few students walking around and leaving it would be easy to spot if anyone were staring at her.Her eyes widening she saw who was staring so intently at her that she would sense it.It was 'him'.Inuyasha Takahashi.
And man was he looking good today or what.With his long Black hair waving in the wind and looking abosolutely yummy in his black school uniform.Now most guys looked normal and okay in their regular uniform,but only Inuyasha could make it look sexy.With the collar undone,showing a very kissable neck and dipping down to his collar bone,Leaving the rest a mystery for the imagination to discover.Not to mention he was giving Kagome a look one would say resembled the look of a predator would give his prey.With his hands in his pocket,Inuyasha gave Kagome a lazy smirk.
"Hey Kagome,whats up?" He said with each word dripping with his sensual husky voice,one he used to give her compliments only two weeks ago on their first and last date.Kagome mentally shooks herself out of her dazed state of desire for him,she knew she was blushing but she had to stop that.The guy was a jerk.With that in mind,Kagome gave him a sharp glare and swung back around and ignored him.But he just followed a few paces behind her.
Inuyasha watched her march stiffly away from him and watched her with a thoughtful expression.Or more specifically he watched her swaying hips.He just had to know.For the past two weeks of ignoring her and staying out of her way while still watching her carefully and following her home without being noticed,he had to know if it were true.Because from his observations of the past two weeks there were several things that made him doubt himself.But if what he saw was a miscalculated assumption than why was she ignoring him as if she were mad at him?
Inuyasha sighed and called out to her."Kagome,I need to talk to you." He watched as Kagome paused and glanced at him from over her shoulder.He winced when he caught her eyes with his and saw what was in them.Pain,anger,and confusion.
"What?" Kagome asked him sharply as she turned half way towards him with narrowed eyes.She was curious with what he had to say,maybe he would confirm why he had hurt her? It didin't really matter though since either way it was the same result,he had hurt her in a cold hateful way,and he didin't care.
Inuyasha looked her straight in the eyes and saw cold anger.Why? "Kagome,whats your problem? If anyone should be upset about this whole mess than it should be me." He himself was starting to get annoyed,she was the one that cheated on him,all he did was get reasonably upset and went crawling to Kikyou's bed.Inuyasha grimaced at the memory,he had felt so disgusted with himself after that.
Kagome whipped fully around toward him with a look of pure anger,"You?! You should be mad?! Hah,I knew you were an jerk but I didin't realize that you would actually blame me for this mess! You cease to amaze me Inuyasha,you really do." Hopping onto her bike,Kagome rode away quickly.Inuyasha could only catch a look at one tear as it slid from out of the corner of her eye.
Left out in cold,Inuyasha scowled,he couldin't understand her.How could she blame him when it was she who had kissed Kouga.He saw it happen when he came early to the shrine,hoping to get to spend some time with her before school started and they had to start on their way.But when he finished climbing the shrine steps,he saw Kagome jump into Kouga's arms and kiss him.Kouga! His rival,out of all the guys Kagome could have cheated on him for,it had to be Kouga.He immediately went back to his car,fighting the burning rage that was boiling inside of him to kill Kouga right then and there.What stopped him was the fact that it had been Kagome who landed the first kiss,and it had been the morning after they had had their first date with eachother,the date he had been waiting years to ask but had been to afraid to ask untill the weekend before when he broke up with kikyou the biggest slut on the universe.He drived away as he noticed Kagome heading for the steps while talking to Kouga.So he went straight to Kikyou's house without thinking and went willingly when she invited him to her bed,maybe it was because she slightly remsembled Kagome and she was so happy to take him.
So when he had gotten to school with Kikyou,being her awfully annoying Kikyou self, he felt completely disgusted with himself but still angry with Kagome.So when he had saw her approaching him he simply started the avoid and ignore game with her.And thats the way it went for the next two weeks.Thankfully he had told Kikyou it had been a mistake and never talked to her since then,no matter how she wanted to believe that he had come back to her.Slut.
But as he watched Kagome throughout the two weeks and noticed how everytime she looked at him or walked past him in the crowded halls he could see pain in her eyes.He also noticed how there were rumors going around that Kouga had started dating Ayame,and how he never once saw him hanging around Kagome that much.The only times he saw him around her was at lunch time,but he had his arm around Ayame's shoulders then too.
So did Kagome really cheat on him? Inuyasha asked himself several times during the last two or three days.When he looked back on the time he saw Kagome kiss Kouga he really hadin't seen Kagome kiss him on the lips.Her head had been slanted,In a kiss position he kept telling himself, and her hair had hid what happened.Maybe she had only kissed him on the cheek?
Inuyasha dropped into the seat of his silver car and started the engine and drove out of the school parking lot.He needed answers and he could tell that he wasin't going to get them from Kagome.So he drove to the second person who had been at the scene of the crime.

Kagome walked out of the steamy bathroom in only her matching set of lavender lace underwear and bra,rubbing her hair with a fluffy white towel.It was 1:15 AM and her family were all fast asleep.She could not sleep a wink so she had hoped that a nice hot bath would relax all of her muscles and make her sleepy.Muscles relaxed,yes.Sleepy,no.
With a sigh she sat down with a plop at her vanity and began to brush her hair.Suddenly,but not surprizingly,a picture of Inuyasha popped up in her head.Kagome pursed her lips together,she missed him.But she didin't want to.But she couldin't help it,she loved him.And it still hurt to think that Inuyasha would cheat on her just because she wouldin't go all the way with him,It wasin't fair.
Kagome glanced up at the mirror and finally realized that all the tangles were out and now she was just taking her anger out on her hair with the brush.Setting the object down Kagome was about to stand up when she heard a knock.Kagome looked at the door for a moment and then shrugged,maybe she was just imagining it.Standing up and throwing the towel on her bed,Kagome walked over to her dresser and was about to take out a over sized T-shirt to put on when she heard more incessant knocking only this time she turned to her window that was beside her bed,where the noise was louder.And lo and behold,Inuyasha was sitting on the branch on the tree right outside her window waving at her.
Eyes widening with surprize,Kagome quickly headed over to the window,yanking it open and and glared at Inuyasha."What are you doing.Trying to scare me to death?!" She hissed at him as he quickly climbed in,as he had done so many times in the past.
"Nope,I wasin't trying it just comes natually." Turning around to give her a grin,he noticed for the first time what she was wearing."Wow,I was thinking that coming this late into the night would be a bad time but this was obviously great timing."
Kagome glanced down and her face immediately turned crimson.She had forgotten that she was only in her favorite comfort set of lavender underwear.Jumping towards her bed,snatching up the towel and wrapping it around her,Kagome turned and glared at the one person who she missed more than anything during the past two weeks than she had in a life time.
Opening her mouth to ask why he was there in the middle of the night,she quickly stopped when Inuyasha took on step forward and locked his lips with hers.
"umph!" Shocked,Kagome just stood there for a heartbeat or two.Why was he kissing her? She thought they weren't on good terms anymore? What happen to that? Why was she asking herself these stupid questions when the man she loved was in her room,kissing her,and touching her lips with the tip of his tongue,asking for entrance? Opening her mouth to his questing tongue and wrapped her arms around his neck,drawing him closer.She didin't care if he was only using her,she just wanted him close.
Cheering himself on,Inuyasha pulled away a few inches,nose to nose with eachother,and looked into her eyes.Those lovely bluish-grey eyes filled with emotions that were plain to see.And what he saw in them at that moment made him want to jump with joy.What he saw was love and hope.The two things that really mattered to him that was still burning inside him as well.
"What are you doing Inuyasha?" In a breathless voice,Kagome looked up at him with big eyes.Wanting to know that what he was doing was really real and not just a game.
Inuyasha buried his face at the side of her neck and curled his fingers in her silky damp raven hair."Im so sorry Kagome.You have no idea how sorry I am." He whispered into her ear.
Kagome tried to move her head to catch a glimpse of his face but couldin't since he was to busy placing soft kisses up and down her neck."What are you doing here?" She was definitly confused now,Inuyasha never said sorry,unless it was really really important.The only people he said sorry to was his mother and occationally her when he really felt the intense need to.She pushed away from Inuyasha with her hands and looked up at his face.He was looking down at her with pain,and what looked like..was that..love in his eyes? Kagome blinked and stared silently up at him,and she couldin't stop the sudden flare of hope that started out as a small candle flame,now flared instantly to life as a roaring fire.
Giving Kagome one of his infuriatingly smug smirks,he said,"Im kissing you and apologizing.Whats it look like,babe?" Leaning forward to give her another kiss,Kagome shook her head and put her palm over his mouth.She needed to know what this was all about.
"What I mean is,what are you talking about.What has given you this change of heart.Whats with the happy go lucky mood as well,Inuyasha?" Kagome said firmly.Still not being able to stomp away that hopefull flame that was still burning high inside her heart.
Inuyasha grinned beneath her hand and stuck out his tongue and licked a long stroke across her palm.Squeaking out 'ew!' and jumping back,Kagome glared at him as she wiped her palm on her towel.His grinned widened.Woman,they like it when you french-kissed them but they didin't like it when you licked thier palm.Odd.
"Apologizing?" Kagome gave him a shocked look and then it quickly turned serious."Inuyasha,a simple apology isin't gonna make up for the past two weeks of hurt you put me through." Taking a deep breath she looked him straight in the eye."Do you know what it was like to see you kiss Kikyou,and then ignore me,Not even explaining why.It hurt so much." Her whispered voice broke as she emphasized each last word.Rubbing at her eyes,Kagome couldin't hold back a pathetic sniffle,or the tear that escaped it's corner eye prison.Inuyasha came forward and wrapped his arms around her.
proping his chin on the top of her head Inuyasha closed his eyes and sighed.He couldin't stand watching women cry,especially Kagome.It always made him feel so helpless,knowing that there wasin't much he could so to make it stop,make the pain go away.All he could do was try and give a little comfort.
"I talked to Kouga a couple of hours ago." Inuyasha began."He told me what happened."
Kagome looked up at him with watery eyes."So?" She said in a small voice.How did Kouga come into all of this?
Inuyasha looked confused than added,"Im so sorry and disgusted with myself for doubting you Kagome.It'll never happen again.I promise.He told me what happened two weeks ago when you kissed him on the cheek that morning." He explained,getting more confused when she looked confused.Wasin't this how it all started,she kissed Kouga and it went down hill from there?
Understanding lit Kagome's eyes when the infomation prossessed."You saw?" Now she was beginning to understand how this whole mess started.
"Of course I saw,I went to pick you up to take you to school but then I saw you wrap your arms around Kouga and kiss him.I had thought that you kissed him on the lips but he told me it had been on the cheek,that your hair was in the way,hiding what really happened."Inuyasha said curling said hair around his finger.Talking to Kouga had been really awkward since,well he had caught Kouga right when he and Ayame,were kinda busy...in bed.Inuyasha didin't want to wait so he demanded that Kouga tell him all that had happened that morning right then and there.He had learned that Kouga merely told Kagome about him getting accepted into college and Ayame and him dating,Kagome had been so elated about the news that she kissed Kouga on the cheek and hugged him.Inuyasha,with him now belief of his bad timing,had come right at that moment and hadin't stayed long enough to understand what was happening.Which Inuyasha would always bug himself about for now on.At first he hadin't believed Kouga,but then there was the whole thing about him being in bed with an upset Ayame at the moment that made him come to his senses.He had felt even more disgusted with himself after that knowing that all that had happened was for naught.So Inuyasha came home and paced about for hours as he planned on doing something real nice for Kagome,buy her something real nice,take her out on the town,romance her like no romance novel could write.But he couldin't sleep,so he thought he would just peek in on her make sure she was alright and not having nightmares...or something.But when he climbed into the tree that he had climbed so many times before and looked into the window to see Kagome walking around in nothing but lavender underwear,he couldin't possibly just walk away from her and wait hours untill he could see her again.Just not possible.
"So you thought that I was cheating on you,so you went straight to Kikyou.So if you ever saw me,or think,that I kissed someone else,you would go straight back into Kikyou's arms?" Kagome asked slowly with a bit of frost on the edge of her words.
Inuyasha eyes held a pained look as he looked into her hurt eyes."I wanted to go right up to Kouga and punch his lights out for even being near you,but then I was so hurt that you would do that after the date we had that ment so much to me that I decided to just let you do what you wanted,what made you happy.But I was still so hurt that I just went to Kikyou,mostly because I knew she would take me and that I wanted something close to you,not that you and Kikyou are anything alike,but you two do have similar features." Inuyasha smiled sheepishly,then just as fast turned serious."But Kagome,that will never happen again." He stressed the word 'never' very very hard.Kagome just stared up at him wish expressionless eyes.Becoming nervous,Inuyasha bit his lip and waited for her to say something.
Eyes filling with tears again Kagome wrapped her arms tight around him and buried her head in his shoulder."Just next time...talk to me first,dont jump to conclusions.Dont hurt me again."Kagome whispered while silent tears rolled down her cheeks.She was so happy that it was over,she was still mad at him for jumping to conclusions but atleast he went searching for the truth,instead of just giving up all hope.Atleast he came back to her,and still loved her.
Lifting up her chin Inuyasha kissed her tears away and slowly found his way to her lips.They locked together,tongues searching eachother,and dancing a dance of forgivness and love.Kagome's arms slipped up around Inuyasha neck to bring herself closer to him,as Inuyasha slid his hands up and down her arms and slid his tongue along the seam of her mouth.Kagome's knees started to buckle under when Inuyasha ran his hand and fingers over her back and through her now somewhat dry hair.He wrapped his arms around her waist and settled her on the edge of her bed when he felt her lose her balance.
Kneeling down in front of her with his hands firmly on her hips,Inuyasha stared up at the beauty that he loved.Her hair was mussed up and her lips swollen from his kisses,and what really caught his attention was the sparkle in those big beautiful eyes that he loved the most.And she was all his.
Kagome layed her hands on his shoulders and leaned forward to kiss him.Nibbling on his lower lip,hands started down his chest and began to slowly unbotton the first to buttons of is shirt and quickly undid the rest.Inuyasha drew in a sharp breath as his shirt dissapeared from his body,and with shaky hands,he grabbed Kagomes shoulders and gently put a bit of distance between them.Kagome looked at him,confused at his actions.Didin't he want this? She sure did,who cares about waiting,she wanted this right here and right now.
Inuyasha took a deep breath to calm himself and his not so little problem.She was driving him crazy! Why did she have to be so hot and seductive!? Finally getting a bit of control over his body Inuyasha looking into her eyes,"Kagome..I thought you wanted to wait till your ready.If your doing this because you think I'll leave you again,I promise,I wont.I don't want you to fill that you have to force yourself." Searching her stormy colored eyes,Inuyasha truly hoped that wasin't the reason she was heating him up so hotly.
Kagome gave him a soft smile and cradled his head in her hands and leaned in."Inuyasha I want you now,I dont want to wait.I thought that at first it would be better to take our new relationship slow.But we've known eachother for years,theres no reason to take it slow if I already know that your what I want and what I need,and that you feel the same way.I love you,Inuyasha," Pulling him up closer to her she leaned back onto her soft covers."So take me,and make me happy along with yourself." She whispered seductively.
She didin't have to tell him trice.Crawling up along her body,Inuyasha put most of his weight onto his forearms that were stationed on eachside of her head.Removing the fluffy towel,Inuyasha finally got to get a nice slow look at her half naked body.Her hair was spead out behind her head like silk,and she was looking up at him through heavy eyelids that were half closed but were open enough so he could see the desire and love in them.Coming down Inuyasha claimed those lovely pink lips.

She heard and felt Inuyasha breath into her ear,she shivered again,but relaxed.Inuyasha moved again into her,going deeper and deeper into her damp heat.Inuyasha sucked in a breath as he moved foward.She felt soo tight and hot,and she was all his and he loved her.Finally he reached her maidenhead and sucked in another breath.He found Kagomes lips with his and thrust through the barrier with a roll of his hips.Kagome let out a surprized muffled shriek,that sounded more like a squeak,beneath his lips.Inuyasha pulled his lips away and looked down at her.A tear or two fell but she was smiling up at him with just a bit of discomfort in her eyes.Thankfully she wouldin't have to go through this everytime they made love.
"I love you Kagome." Inuyasha whispered in a husky voice.
"Me too." Kagome smiled up at him as the discomfort faded away into pleasure.After the pain and discomfort had finally gone she waited for Inuyasha to move.He just stared down at her looking like he wasin't sure if she were ready yet but at the same time looking like he was really holding back from just ramming into her.She lifted her hips slightly and gasped when a wave of plearsure went through her.
"Ahh.." Inuyasha groaned.Assured that she was now ready to get started,Inuyasha lifted himself almost all the way out of her and thrusted back in.Kagome went back to muffling her moans,he felt so hot inside her but so good.He could not wait to get her somewhere private next time were he could hear her scream his name again and again without fear of someone listening.He lifting himself half way out of her again and sunk right back into her.He had a bit of trouble covering his own sounds of pleasure as he felt the tiny muscles in her body surround him and squeeze as if trying to keep him there.

"Well..I have to say that I really enjoyed that." A husky,tired voice interrupted his thoughts.He opened his eyes to see Kagome getting comfortable on his chest while dragging a blanket over their naked bodies.
"I'll have to agree with you.But next time we'll be doing it somewhere more private," Inuyasha kissed her on the lips and gave her a sexy smile."where I can here you scream my name without worrying about waking anyone up." Kagome blushed and looked away.She was actually surprized she could still blush after what they just did.She looked back to him and gave him her brightest smile.
"I love you Inuyasha." Kagome said as her eye lids slowly drifted closed.
"I love you too.Goodnight." giving one last kiss,they both fell into a content heavy sleep,where there were only them and no one else.Kagome smiled in her sleep when a thought that not even dreams could make go away.Her mother was going to be so happy when she heard that she and Inuyasha were gonna be together again.She sighed and snuggled into Inuyasha warm body.Looks like mom was gonna start knitting those baby booties again.Who know? Maybe one day she and Inuyasha could actually need them.

The wind was blowing quite hard that afternoon.The bright afternoon sun was high in the big blue sky.Colored leaves twirled around in the wind and around the few bikes that were still one the bike rack.
Kagome Higurashi walked out of the school buildings and was immediately greeted by a rush of wind.Pulling her raven hair out of her face Kagome walked toward the bike rack.As she walked she admired the lovely and cheerful autumn day.To bad her she couldin't be cheerful along with the happy wind dancing leaves that swirled along the school grounds.
Kagome sighed and began to roll her bike away from the building.The past two weeks havin't been exactly kind to her.The beginning of the past two weeks were part of her fondest day dreams.It had started out with a date with her childhood bestfriend,Inuyasha takahashi,who she had a huge crush on for years.He had finally broke up with Kikyou,the awfully slutty snob.So Inuyasha had asked Kagome out saying he had always wanted to go out with her and wanted to take their relationship up another step.When the date had come to end Inuyasha gave her a heated goodbye kiss,although it hadin't been a quick goodbye after that.Kagome shivered at the memorys,she could still feeling Inuyasha's hands on her.They hadin't gone far because Kagome didin't want her first time with Inuyasha to be in the front seat of his car and she wanted to wait before they took that step,The had just got done with their first date they couldin't just go ahead and jump each others bones at first chance,no matter how much they both wanted to.Kagome just felt it would be right to wait to take it slow.
But the happiness of their new relationship ended the next day when she caught Inuyasha bring Kikyou to school and then let her kiss him on the lips.When Kagome tried to talk to him about it,he kept ignoring her and when she tried to talk to him in the classes that they both were in together he would just ignore her or send her a disgusted glance.After two days of the same treatment Kagome came to the conclusion that Inuyasha was a arrogant,selfish,disgusting pig that she had never known him to be.He obviously only wanted to do on a date with her so he could get into her pants.And when he couldin't succeed,he went straight to Kikyou's bed.That idiotic dog.
Kagome rubbed at her eyes vigorously to stop the tears that welled up there.Darn it,she wouldin't let herself cry over that jerk! She had been so upset by his betrayal that she wished that Inuyasha had seen her when she gave Kouga a big kiss on the cheek before school.Of course the kiss was purely innocent though,Kouga,her friend since fourth grade and Inuyasha's rival since then as well, had announced to her that he got into the college that he had worked hard at getting into and that he had finally started dating Ayame,a bubbly cheerleader who had been persuing Kouga since the start of high school.She had been so happy for him that she threw her arms around him and gave him a big kiss on the cheek.But of course knowing Inuyasha,and his jealous little mind,he would have thought Kagome cheated on him for Kouga.It would serve him right,then he would have seen that she had not needed him,even though it wasin't true,and then it would have been him who was suffering.
Suddenly,Kagome felt a prickly feeling on the back of her neck as the tiny hairs rose upward.Putting a hand on the back of her neck to flatten them back down,Kagome glanced around and turned to see if anyone were around.Since the school grounds were pretty much empty with only a few students walking around and leaving it would be easy to spot if anyone were staring at her.Her eyes widening she saw who was staring so intently at her that she would sense it.It was 'him'.Inuyasha Takahashi.
And man was he looking good today or what.With his long Black hair waving in the wind and looking abosolutely yummy in his black school uniform.Now most guys looked normal and okay in their regular uniform,but only Inuyasha could make it look sexy.With the collar undone,showing a very kissable neck and dipping down to his collar bone,Leaving the rest a mystery for the imagination to discover.Not to mention he was giving Kagome a look one would say resembled the look of a predator would give his prey.With his hands in his pocket,Inuyasha gave Kagome a lazy smirk.
"Hey Kagome,whats up?" He said with each word dripping with his sensual husky voice,one he used to give her compliments only two weeks ago on their first and last date.Kagome mentally shooks herself out of her dazed state of desire for him,she knew she was blushing but she had to stop that.The guy was a jerk.With that in mind,Kagome gave him a sharp glare and swung back around and ignored him.But he just followed a few paces behind her.
Inuyasha watched her march stiffly away from him and watched her with a thoughtful expression.Or more specifically he watched her swaying hips.He just had to know.For the past two weeks of ignoring her and staying out of her way while still watching her carefully and following her home without being noticed,he had to know if it were true.Because from his observations of the past two weeks there were several things that made him doubt himself.But if what he saw was a miscalculated assumption than why was she ignoring him as if she were mad at him?
Inuyasha sighed and called out to her."Kagome,I need to talk to you." He watched as Kagome paused and glanced at him from over her shoulder.He winced when he caught her eyes with his and saw what was in them.Pain,anger,and confusion.
"What?" Kagome asked him sharply as she turned half way towards him with narrowed eyes.She was curious with what he had to say,maybe he would confirm why he had hurt her? It didin't really matter though since either way it was the same result,he had hurt her in a cold hateful way,and he didin't care.
Inuyasha looked her straight in the eyes and saw cold anger.Why? "Kagome,whats your problem? If anyone should be upset about this whole mess than it should be me." He himself was starting to get annoyed,she was the one that cheated on him,all he did was get reasonably upset and went crawling to Kikyou's bed.Inuyasha grimaced at the memory,he had felt so disgusted with himself after that.
Kagome whipped fully around toward him with a look of pure anger,"You?! You should be mad?! Hah,I knew you were an jerk but I didin't realize that you would actually blame me for this mess! You cease to amaze me Inuyasha,you really do." Hopping onto her bike,Kagome rode away quickly.Inuyasha could only catch a look at one tear as it slid from out of the corner of her eye.
Left out in cold,Inuyasha scowled,he couldin't understand her.How could she blame him when it was she who had kissed Kouga.He saw it happen when he came early to the shrine,hoping to get to spend some time with her before school started and they had to start on their way.But when he finished climbing the shrine steps,he saw Kagome jump into Kouga's arms and kiss him.Kouga! His rival,out of all the guys Kagome could have cheated on him for,it had to be Kouga.He immediately went back to his car,fighting the burning rage that was boiling inside of him to kill Kouga right then and there.What stopped him was the fact that it had been Kagome who landed the first kiss,and it had been the morning after they had had their first date with eachother,the date he had been waiting years to ask but had been to afraid to ask untill the weekend before when he broke up with kikyou the biggest slut on the universe.He drived away as he noticed Kagome heading for the steps while talking to Kouga.So he went straight to Kikyou's house without thinking and went willingly when she invited him to her bed,maybe it was because she slightly remsembled Kagome and she was so happy to take him.
So when he had gotten to school with Kikyou,being her awfully annoying Kikyou self, he felt completely disgusted with himself but still angry with Kagome.So when he had saw her approaching him he simply started the avoid and ignore game with her.And thats the way it went for the next two weeks.Thankfully he had told Kikyou it had been a mistake and never talked to her since then,no matter how she wanted to believe that he had come back to her.Slut.
But as he watched Kagome throughout the two weeks and noticed how everytime she looked at him or walked past him in the crowded halls he could see pain in her eyes.He also noticed how there were rumors going around that Kouga had started dating Ayame,and how he never once saw him hanging around Kagome that much.The only times he saw him around her was at lunch time,but he had his arm around Ayame's shoulders then too.
So did Kagome really cheat on him? Inuyasha asked himself several times during the last two or three days.When he looked back on the time he saw Kagome kiss Kouga he really hadin't seen Kagome kiss him on the lips.Her head had been slanted,In a kiss position he kept telling himself, and her hair had hid what happened.Maybe she had only kissed him on the cheek?
Inuyasha dropped into the seat of his silver car and started the engine and drove out of the school parking lot.He needed answers and he could tell that he wasin't going to get them from Kagome.So he drove to the second person who had been at the scene of the crime.

Kagome walked out of the steamy bathroom in only her matching set of lavender lace underwear and bra,rubbing her hair with a fluffy white towel.It was 1:15 AM and her family were all fast asleep.She could not sleep a wink so she had hoped that a nice hot bath would relax all of her muscles and make her sleepy.Muscles relaxed,yes.Sleepy,no.
With a sigh she sat down with a plop at her vanity and began to brush her hair.Suddenly,but not surprizingly,a picture of Inuyasha popped up in her head.Kagome pursed her lips together,she missed him.But she didin't want to.But she couldin't help it,she loved him.And it still hurt to think that Inuyasha would cheat on her just because she wouldin't go all the way with him,It wasin't fair.
Kagome glanced up at the mirror and finally realized that all the tangles were out and now she was just taking her anger out on her hair with the brush.Setting the object down Kagome was about to stand up when she heard a knock.Kagome looked at the door for a moment and then shrugged,maybe she was just imagining it.Standing up and throwing the towel on her bed,Kagome walked over to her dresser and was about to take out a over sized T-shirt to put on when she heard more incessant knocking only this time she turned to her window that was beside her bed,where the noise was louder.And lo and behold,Inuyasha was sitting on the branch on the tree right outside her window waving at her.
Eyes widening with surprize,Kagome quickly headed over to the window,yanking it open and and glared at Inuyasha."What are you doing.Trying to scare me to death?!" She hissed at him as he quickly climbed in,as he had done so many times in the past.
"Nope,I wasin't trying it just comes natually." Turning around to give her a grin,he noticed for the first time what she was wearing."Wow,I was thinking that coming this late into the night would be a bad time but this was obviously great timing."
Kagome glanced down and her face immediately turned crimson.She had forgotten that she was only in her favorite comfort set of lavender underwear.Jumping towards her bed,snatching up the towel and wrapping it around her,Kagome turned and glared at the one person who she missed more than anything during the past two weeks than she had in a life time.
Opening her mouth to ask why he was there in the middle of the night,she quickly stopped when Inuyasha took on step forward and locked his lips with hers.
"umph!" Shocked,Kagome just stood there for a heartbeat or two.Why was he kissing her? She thought they weren't on good terms anymore? What happen to that? Why was she asking herself these stupid questions when the man she loved was in her room,kissing her,and touching her lips with the tip of his tongue,asking for entrance? Opening her mouth to his questing tongue and wrapped her arms around his neck,drawing him closer.She didin't care if he was only using her,she just wanted him close.
Cheering himself on,Inuyasha pulled away a few inches,nose to nose with eachother,and looked into her eyes.Those lovely bluish-grey eyes filled with emotions that were plain to see.And what he saw in them at that moment made him want to jump with joy.What he saw was love and hope.The two things that really mattered to him that was still burning inside him as well.
"What are you doing Inuyasha?" In a breathless voice,Kagome looked up at him with big eyes.Wanting to know that what he was doing was really real and not just a game.
Inuyasha buried his face at the side of her neck and curled his fingers in her silky damp raven hair."Im so sorry Kagome.You have no idea how sorry I am." He whispered into her ear.
Kagome tried to move her head to catch a glimpse of his face but couldin't since he was to busy placing soft kisses up and down her neck."What are you doing here?" She was definitly confused now,Inuyasha never said sorry,unless it was really really important.The only people he said sorry to was his mother and occationally her when he really felt the intense need to.She pushed away from Inuyasha with her hands and looked up at his face.He was looking down at her with pain,and what looked like..was that..love in his eyes? Kagome blinked and stared silently up at him,and she couldin't stop the sudden flare of hope that started out as a small candle flame,now flared instantly to life as a roaring fire.
Giving Kagome one of his infuriatingly smug smirks,he said,"Im kissing you and apologizing.Whats it look like,babe?" Leaning forward to give her another kiss,Kagome shook her head and put her palm over his mouth.She needed to know what this was all about.
"What I mean is,what are you talking about.What has given you this change of heart.Whats with the happy go lucky mood as well,Inuyasha?" Kagome said firmly.Still not being able to stomp away that hopefull flame that was still burning high inside her heart.
Inuyasha grinned beneath her hand and stuck out his tongue and licked a long stroke across her palm.Squeaking out 'ew!' and jumping back,Kagome glared at him as she wiped her palm on her towel.His grinned widened.Woman,they like it when you french-kissed them but they didin't like it when you licked thier palm.Odd.
"Apologizing?" Kagome gave him a shocked look and then it quickly turned serious."Inuyasha,a simple apology isin't gonna make up for the past two weeks of hurt you put me through." Taking a deep breath she looked him straight in the eye."Do you know what it was like to see you kiss Kikyou,and then ignore me,Not even explaining why.It hurt so much." Her whispered voice broke as she emphasized each last word.Rubbing at her eyes,Kagome couldin't hold back a pathetic sniffle,or the tear that escaped it's corner eye prison.Inuyasha came forward and wrapped his arms around her.
proping his chin on the top of her head Inuyasha closed his eyes and sighed.He couldin't stand watching women cry,especially Kagome.It always made him feel so helpless,knowing that there wasin't much he could so to make it stop,make the pain go away.All he could do was try and give a little comfort.
"I talked to Kouga a couple of hours ago." Inuyasha began."He told me what happened."
Kagome looked up at him with watery eyes."So?" She said in a small voice.How did Kouga come into all of this?
Inuyasha looked confused than added,"Im so sorry and disgusted with myself for doubting you Kagome.It'll never happen again.I promise.He told me what happened two weeks ago when you kissed him on the cheek that morning." He explained,getting more confused when she looked confused.Wasin't this how it all started,she kissed Kouga and it went down hill from there?
Understanding lit Kagome's eyes when the infomation prossessed."You saw?" Now she was beginning to understand how this whole mess started.
"Of course I saw,I went to pick you up to take you to school but then I saw you wrap your arms around Kouga and kiss him.I had thought that you kissed him on the lips but he told me it had been on the cheek,that your hair was in the way,hiding what really happened."Inuyasha said curling said hair around his finger.Talking to Kouga had been really awkward since,well he had caught Kouga right when he and Ayame,were kinda busy...in bed.Inuyasha didin't want to wait so he demanded that Kouga tell him all that had happened that morning right then and there.He had learned that Kouga merely told Kagome about him getting accepted into college and Ayame and him dating,Kagome had been so elated about the news that she kissed Kouga on the cheek and hugged him.Inuyasha,with him now belief of his bad timing,had come right at that moment and hadin't stayed long enough to understand what was happening.Which Inuyasha would always bug himself about for now on.At first he hadin't believed Kouga,but then there was the whole thing about him being in bed with an upset Ayame at the moment that made him come to his senses.He had felt even more disgusted with himself after that knowing that all that had happened was for naught.So Inuyasha came home and paced about for hours as he planned on doing something real nice for Kagome,buy her something real nice,take her out on the town,romance her like no romance novel could write.But he couldin't sleep,so he thought he would just peek in on her make sure she was alright and not having nightmares...or something.But when he climbed into the tree that he had climbed so many times before and looked into the window to see Kagome walking around in nothing but lavender underwear,he couldin't possibly just walk away from her and wait hours untill he could see her again.Just not possible.
"So you thought that I was cheating on you,so you went straight to Kikyou.So if you ever saw me,or think,that I kissed someone else,you would go straight back into Kikyou's arms?" Kagome asked slowly with a bit of frost on the edge of her words.
Inuyasha eyes held a pained look as he looked into her hurt eyes."I wanted to go right up to Kouga and punch his lights out for even being near you,but then I was so hurt that you would do that after the date we had that ment so much to me that I decided to just let you do what you wanted,what made you happy.But I was still so hurt that I just went to Kikyou,mostly because I knew she would take me and that I wanted something close to you,not that you and Kikyou are anything alike,but you two do have similar features." Inuyasha smiled sheepishly,then just as fast turned serious."But Kagome,that will never happen again." He stressed the word 'never' very very hard.Kagome just stared up at him wish expressionless eyes.Becoming nervous,Inuyasha bit his lip and waited for her to say something.
Eyes filling with tears again Kagome wrapped her arms tight around him and buried her head in his shoulder."Just next time...talk to me first,dont jump to conclusions.Dont hurt me again."Kagome whispered while silent tears rolled down her cheeks.She was so happy that it was over,she was still mad at him for jumping to conclusions but atleast he went searching for the truth,instead of just giving up all hope.Atleast he came back to her,and still loved her.
Lifting up her chin Inuyasha kissed her tears away and slowly found his way to her lips.They locked together,tongues searching eachother,and dancing a dance of forgivness and love.Kagome's arms slipped up around Inuyasha neck to bring herself closer to him,as Inuyasha slid his hands up and down her arms and slid his tongue along the seam of her mouth.Kagome's knees started to buckle under when Inuyasha ran his hand and fingers over her back and through her now somewhat dry hair.He wrapped his arms around her waist and settled her on the edge of her bed when he felt her lose her balance.
Kneeling down in front of her with his hands firmly on her hips,Inuyasha stared up at the beauty that he loved.Her hair was mussed up and her lips swollen from his kisses,and what really caught his attention was the sparkle in those big beautiful eyes that he loved the most.And she was all his.
Kagome layed her hands on his shoulders and leaned forward to kiss him.Nibbling on his lower lip,hands started down his chest and began to slowly unbotton the first to buttons of is shirt and quickly undid the rest.Inuyasha drew in a sharp breath as his shirt dissapeared from his body,and with shaky hands,he grabbed Kagomes shoulders and gently put a bit of distance between them.Kagome looked at him,confused at his actions.Didin't he want this? She sure did,who cares about waiting,she wanted this right here and right now.
Inuyasha took a deep breath to calm himself and his not so little problem.She was driving him crazy! Why did she have to be so hot and seductive!? Finally getting a bit of control over his body Inuyasha looking into her eyes,"Kagome..I thought you wanted to wait till your ready.If your doing this because you think I'll leave you again,I promise,I wont.I don't want you to fill that you have to force yourself." Searching her stormy colored eyes,Inuyasha truly hoped that wasin't the reason she was heating him up so hotly.
Kagome gave him a soft smile and cradled his head in her hands and leaned in."Inuyasha I want you now,I dont want to wait.I thought that at first it would be better to take our new relationship slow.But we've known eachother for years,theres no reason to take it slow if I already know that your what I want and what I need,and that you feel the same way.I love you,Inuyasha," Pulling him up closer to her she leaned back onto her soft covers."So take me,and make me happy along with yourself." She whispered seductively.
She didin't have to tell him trice.Crawling up along her body,Inuyasha put most of his weight onto his forearms that were stationed on eachside of her head.Removing the fluffy towel,Inuyasha finally got to get a nice slow look at her half naked body.Her hair was spead out behind her head like silk,and she was looking up at him through heavy eyelids that were half closed but were open enough so he could see the desire and love in them.Coming down Inuyasha claimed those lovely pink lips.
Tongues dancing,and hands exploring,Inuyasha and Kagome showed eachother how much they cared for one another with hands and lips and whispered words of love.Inuyasha loved the little noise that Kagome made in the back of her throat when his hands found and kneaded her breast through the lace silk of her bra.Kagome arched up into his hands,begging for more of his touch.Tangling her fingers into his hair as he started trailing kisses down her throat,Kagome moaned when he started sucking on her skin at the side of her neck.

Inuyasha trailed kisses from her lips to her cheeks and ended with a flick of his tongue around the shell of her ear.He tugged with his lips on her ear lobe and whispered things Kagome couldin't quite make out.Kagome's hands trailed up and down his chest and over the muscles in his stomach.They were both covered in a thin layer of sweat so their hands just slipped and slid over eachother.While Inuyasha's mouth was busy raining kisses over her face and throat,his hands trailed down the valley between her breasts and over her soft belly and down to the spot between her legs.
Inuyasha caressed and cupped the mound in between Kagomes thighs softly through the thin fabric of her pantys.Her underwear was already damp from her excitment and she was already moaning loudly from his light touches.Stopping the load moans and whimpers that excaped her mouth,Inuyasha put his lips over hers and whispered,"Shhh Kagome,we dont want to wake your family up do you?"

"Well..I have to say that I really enjoyed that." A husky,tired voice interrupted his thoughts.He opened his eyes to see Kagome getting comfortable on his chest while dragging a blanket over their naked bodies.
"I'll have to agree with you.But next time we'll be doing it somewhere more private," Inuyasha kissed her on the lips and gave her a sexy smile."where I can here you scream my name without worrying about waking anyone up." Kagome blushed and looked away.She was actually surprized she could still blush after what they just did.She looked back to him and gave him her brightest smile.
"I love you Inuyasha." Kagome said as her eye lids slowly drifted closed.
"I love you too.Goodnight." giving one last kiss,they both fell into a content heavy sleep,where there were only them and no one else.Kagome smiled in her sleep when a thought that not even dreams could make go away.Her mother was going to be so happy when she heard that she and Inuyasha were gonna be together again.She sighed and snuggled into Inuyasha warm body.Looks like mom was gonna start knitting those baby booties again.Who know? Maybe one day she and Inuyasha could actually need them.
