The sun was sinking low into the west. The whole village was preparing for night fall, and a long well deserved, rest. But inside one of these cozy little huts, a girl was diying, and a love was being held strong.

"Please, don't leave me," Inyasha was pleading with her now, pleading with her soul, to reamin in that slender body, that he so greatly loved. He wanted more time-- thats all. More time to have layed down under the heavens and stars, to become mates, to have pups, more time for her to be with him. But the pleas were ignored. It was only him and her now, and frankly, he wanted it that way.

She lay there, on Lady Kaede's bed, her breath quick and shallow, her skin pale and cold. She tipped her head ever so slightly, so as to look at him. She reached, and grabbed the rosary around his neck. Inuyasha was taken aback that she was able to move! he sat there, and when her hand tuched his beads, he quickly grabbed her wrist.

"I lo-love you Inuyasha" her voice barely and audable wisper "I don't want to go, but I have to- I promise you tha-that I'll come back and you and I, will be together again"

"NO, no,no! Inuyasha was looking into those big brown pools, and drowing in her gaze.

"Be good Inuyasha" she choughed "I love you" with her last ounce of strength she pulled down, and as she took her last breath, the beads hit the floor.

A/N- sory this chapter is soooooo short-- I had to end it there for dramitic tension--you know--Dun, Dun,Dunnnnnn--- anyway I put a lot of thought into this short chapter so I hoped you liked it--REVIEW!!!!! *spies the same bug on the floor* hello, meet my little friend *pulls out rocket launcher* now, how do you work this thing? *aims it the wrong way and blasts self into outer-space* ccrrrrrraaaaaaapppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!
