It was just another day for Shippo; open Skate and Music, his little music and skateboarding shop. Strange combination, but it made good money. He just got home to his lonely cold apartment mumbling "cheap crapy music sold number one again, err what's wrong with kids today, can't recognize good music. God how I miss playing in a band, making music" when he finally open the door he saw a little red light coming from his answering machine.

"Looks like someone wants to talk to me" Shippo was still young, only 20, but his social life was a wreck. Very few friends, his glory days were behind him.

He walked over to the machine and pressed he little black button.

"Hey Ship, remember me, it's Inuyasha" Shippo was about to turn off the message when he heard the rest of the message, "Don't turn off this message, listen, I'm starting a new band and was wondering if you like to join" this was music to the fox demon's ears. He picked up the phone and dialed up Inuyasha.

"Hey, yeah I'm in"

Inuyasha nearly fainted, he just got a drummer for his band. Than again he was the only member of his band. So far he decided to bring Shippo back, but just him, He couldn't stand Sesshomaru and Jaken. He was trying to get in contact with a friend of his from high school, Miroku. He was a mean bass player and good with back up vocals. But finding him was hard, he had moved countless times so Inuyasha had to track him across the country. He didn't know even if he stilled played. That's when he heard his phone ringing. He picked it up and started to do a little dance. It was Miroku saying he was in on the little band project.

It was morning and Inuyasha was headed to his favorite coffee house for breakfast. That's when he heard the most heavenly sound. It was coming from the center for orphaned children. Inuyasha just had to find out what was making the sound. He opened the door and skipped a heartbeat. It was a girl with long silky black hair, big chocolate brown eyes, an hourglass figure and to top it off a beautiful white violin. She was finishing up a song for the kids surrounding her.

"And nothing is greater than my love for you" sang the beauty "Okay kids I'm going take a little break, but Hojo is going play a song for you" as Kagome walked away she was stop by Inuyasha.

"Wow you're a skilled violinist and have a voice of a goddess," Inuyasha said in a cocky voice.

"What do want, listen if you're interested in a date, than no"

"I'm not, actually I starting a little band and wonder if you like to join" and handed her a card with the address where he and Shippo were setting up.

"How do I know that you not going rape here"?

"Its not rape if you like it"

"Huh, hentai, okay but you going have to give a demonstration, what can you play"

"Have a guitar?"

"Ya, but Hojo using it, than again I think the kids rather have anyone play except him, I think he just doing this volunteer work to be near girls"

Inuyasha walked over to Hojo and asked if he could borrow. Hojo gladly handed it over, knowing how much he sucked. After playing a few random notes and the Bb scale Inuyasha started playing.

Kagome and everyone in the building were shocked at how much skill this guy had.

"Wow, your Inuyasha, one of the members from Scared Jewel", one of the girls screamed.

"So, what go out for some coffee and talk more about this err, what's your name again"

"I'm Kagome", she said shyly realizing who this was. "But I still think you want to rape me" she laughed

"I told you, its not rape if you enjoy it"
