*Author turns her head slightly foward*

Author: hehehe *nervous look*

Kagome:...

Authour: uhhh yeah your a lucky beautiful person to be owning Inuyasha!

Kagome and Author: hehe enjoy the story! *nervous look*

Kagome looked out the plane window with a gleam in her sea-blue eyes. She hugged her legs to her chest rembering an unforgetable memory. A promise.

"Please remember me and I hope to see you again soon. And as soon we see eachother again, finish what you were telling me!"

Kagome smiled.

"Promise?" she yelled while the car was taking off.

"PROMISE!" Sesshomaru yelled while smiling.

Kagome grasped her legs tighter and rested her chin on her knees, smiling and shutting her eyes tightly.

Kagome looked up at Sesshomaru sadly and smiled slightly. She got on her tippy toes and brushed her lips over Sesshomarus cheek slightly.

Her pale face was engulfted by a rosy color. She then opened her eyes slowly and smiled sadly.

"How silly for me to keep my foolish crush for so long. He probably doesn't remember me. Even if he did, he probably has a beautiful girlfriend now."

"How foolish indeed." she whispered to herself.

The airplane loud speaker came on and spoke, "Everyone, please put your seatbelts on. We are hoping to land in an estimated 5 minutes. Thank you."

Kagome's heart raced as she put her seatbelt on.

The place slowly decended from the sky and arrive 5 minutes later in the said time.

Kagome slowly turned to her mom and saw her sleeping form. She nudged her gently until her mother came back from the world of slumber. Her mom looked at Kagome groggily and proceeded to wake up Souta who was on her left. After Souta had awoken they stood and grabbed their basic things from the storage above them.

They decended from the plane and stepped outside to get the rest of their bagagge and call for a taxi. Kagome walked outside of the plane and the sunlight instantly strained her eyes. She instantly reacted by covering her eyes. She didn't even realize the people outside that were waiting for their family members staring at her. They were in awe of her exotic beauty.

Her hair was extremembly black which amazed most people. It was cut short and she had side bangs covering her eyes. She had a yellow striped bandanna over her head with the knot off to the side of her forehead. She wore a very pale yellow button up blouse that buttoned up very high to the middle of her neck. She wore a a mini-skirt that had patches of different bands on it. The bottom part of the skirt had rips on it. She was wearing black leggings under the skirt with cute skulls on them. Her skin was very pale, but it went beautifully with her image. Her eyes were a beautiful sea-color. She was very curvy with slender legs and waist.(If you want to see an actual image of her which I drew then go read the END NOTE for the details.)

Kagome's eyes came back to view and saw all the people staring at her. She was a bit confused and stared strangely at them.

"Hey mum, why are these people staring at me?" kagome whispered in her mom's ears.

Her mom shrugged her shoulders and said, "Beats me, they're probably on drugs."

Kagome nodded and started walking off.

Souta interrupted in while they were were walking off and said,"Or maybe they have Elephantytis!"

Kagome and her mom stopped walking and stared at Souta strangely.

"What!? A girl on the plane said that i was a Elephantytis!"

Kagome and her mom laughed and started walking again.

Kagome grabbed Souta's shoulder and pulled her to him while they were walking.

"Come on Elephantytis twerp!" Kagome said while giving Souta a noogie.


2 hours later:

"Mum! When is the stupid taxi coming?" wailed Kagome childishly.

"It was suppose to get her-.

The yellow taxi pulled up and asked if They were the Higurashi family. They all nodded and hopped into the backseat while the taxi driver put the luggage into the trunk. Before they drove off, Kagome's mother finished the sentence by saying, "Now" and she smiled.

30 minutes later:

"FINALLY! WE"RE HERE!" kagome yelled as they got out of the smelly taxi.

"Seems like the movers got here before us." Kagome's mom said while getting out of the taxi and glancing at all the movers dropping boxes inside the house.

Souta stepped out of the car and locked eyes with Kagome. He wiggled his eye brow suggestively and Kagome raised her eyebrow. They kept looking at eachother for about another 10 seconds before they sprinted towards the house. Behind them, their mom was shaking her head. "When will they ever grow up?"

"THE BIGGEST ONE IS MINE! yelled a Kagome a little further than Souta, who was right on her trail.

She went sprinting upstairs until she got to the third room down the hall which caught her attention. It was pretty much empty except for the bed in the middle of the room, but what her attention was the size of the room. It was gigantic! It also had a window bed and a walk in closet. She also had her own bathroom in there as well. But what cought her attention the most was the walls. It had orange and red stripes.

"Amazing..." Kagome whispered.

"Yeah." sighed Souta next to her.

"It's my room twerp. So get out." Kagome said while smirking.

"NO FAIR!"yelled Souta.

"Finders keepers." Kagome said naggingly.

Souta got frustated and they started fighting until their mom got there to settle this.

"What is the meaning of this kids! Why are you fighting like neandratals!?"

"Because Kagome wont let me keep this room."

"He doesn't deserve it mum!"

A headache was already starting to form in Kagome's, mom's head. She sighed and spoke, "Who got here first?"

Kagome stepped forward and said, "That would be me."

"Sorry Souta, you know the rule. Whoever finds the room first gets to keep it!"

"BUT MOMMMM!!!!" Souta whined.

"No buts Souta." Ms.Higurashi said while looking at Souta firmly.

"Ugh. Fine.."

Kagome smirked and said,"YES!"

After everyone left, Kagome looked around and sat on the bed. She realize that she was a bit tired so she layed down and not long after, she fell asleep.

Dreams flowed through her head as soon as she fell asleep. Well. Memories to be exact.

"So Kags whats up?" Inuyasha said in a friendly tone.

Dont fall in love. It hurts too much.

Kagome stared down at the ground sadly. A single tear fell down her soft pale skin.

It causes pain.

Inuyasha saw that Kagome gave no response, so he reached down and cupped her chin with one finger.

"Whats wrong?" came Inuyasha's soft reply.

Kagome looked up and met eyes with Inuyasha. She looked aways and blushed.

It causes happiness.

"Im moving today." came Kagome's sad reply.

"What!"

"Yea. Im moving to America for a few years. My mom got a job there that will support us more than the job that she has now. Im not sure if Im coming back."

"..."

But when it is unriquited...

"I have to tell you something Inuyasha."

Inuyasha looked sadly at Kagome and answered,"What is that?"

"Its hard for me to say this...but I have to tell you this now before it's to late.

"..."

...its causes nothing more than...

"I love you" Kagome said while looking away.

"..."

"..."

"Im sorry Kagome. I don't feel the same way. You're just t-to-too fat." Inuyasha said coldly.

....pure umbearable pain.

Kagome's head shot up. She felt a tear running down her cheek

"I can't believe I'm still stuck on foolish things like puppy love."Kagome whispered to no one in particular.

"KAGOME HUNNY! I ORDERED TAKE OUT! COME DOWN TO EAT!!" yelled Ms.Higurashi from downstairs.

"COMING MUM! Kagome yelled back.

Kagome got out of bed groggigly and headed straight down stairs.

After she ate dinner, she took a shower and washed the clothes she was wearing today so that she could wear them tomorow to her first day of school. She didn't really feel like unpacking all her boxes to find herself some clothes so she just decided to wear the same ones as today. After she got all the washing done she went to bed and fell asleep easily.

Next Morning:

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!

Kagome smacked the alarm that she didn't even know was there.

She looked at it strangely and then shrugged. She figured her mom put it there for her so that she will wake up early the next day.

Kagome got ready for school, taking a shower, doing her hair, doing her make-up, and eating breakfast.

She nervously got into the car and and put on her black hobo gloves to hide the tattoo on her right hand. The school had a policy that did not allow tattoos. Oh well..she thought.

As they were approaching the school, Kagome's heart raced faster and faster. She knew that this ws the school that Inuyasha and Sesshomaru went to because it was the only school in the suburbs area. She was sure they went there.

The car came to a halt and Kagome felt as though her heart burst. She smiled to her mom and gave her a kiss and gave Souta a noogie.

As she opened the car, people turned around to stare at her. Girls would stare at her enviously while guys would look at her with sparkling eyes. She was so different.

Kagome just ignored everyone's stares and kept on walking up to the high school. She went inside and started looking for the main office so that she could get her schedule but got frustrated because she couldn't find it. She sighed and turned around and asked the nearest person where it was.

"Yo! You think you can tell me where the main office is?" Kagome yelled at the girl a few feet in front of her.

The girl was smiling but when she turned around and saw Kagome, she frowned and gave her a dirty look. She left without saying anything.

"I guess thats a no." Kagome mumbled.

She asked a few more people(who were girls) , but she got the same reaction.

Finally a girl saw her frustration and walked up to Kagome. Kagome was leaning on the wall of the hallway with her middle and index finger rubber her temple in frustration. She didn't even realize that a girl was standing in front of her until the girl spoke.

"Hi! My name is Sango! Do you need any help?" the girl named Sango asked cherfully.

Kagome jumped and looked at Sango. She smiled appreciatively at Sango and nodded.

"Yes as a matter afact I do, but everyone I asked seem to just give me a dirty look. I don't know whats wrong with them."

"Hmm..they are jelous."

"Jelous? of what?"

"Your beauty and way of dressing and exrpressing yourself through your clothing"

"MY BEAUTY?" Kagome yelled suprisingly.

"Yes your beauty now tell me what you needed help with before the bell rings!" Sango said urgently realizing the bell would ring soon.

"Oh yes. Sorry. Umm I was wondering if you could show me where the front desk is?" Kagome asked pleadingly.

"Ofcourse! Right this way!" Sango said cherfully.

Sango was in front and Kagome was right on her trail. She would look around trying to memorize where things were and cought a few stares coming from other people as well on her way there.

When she got there, Sango excused herself and Kagome thanked her greatly. She watched Sango leave hurriedly. She turned around and walked slowly to the front desk.

"Hi 'mam."

The lady from the desk adjusted her huge glasses and nodded.

Kagome took this as a signal to speak.

"Yes umm, I'm a new student here and I was wondering if you could please give me my schedule?" Kagome asked while cocking her head to the side cutely.

The lady looked back up and spoke,"Name please." her voice almost sounded robotic.

"Kagome Higurashi." Kagome said happily.

The lady nodded and looked Kagome up in the computer. She then got everything ready to print. While she was getting everything ready for Kagome, Kagome turned to see the students walking by.

Something cought her eye.

"Silver." she whispered.

She then followed the silver to the ears.

"Pointy ears." she gasped.

She then went up further to meet with golden molten colored eyes.

The eyes locked in place for what seem like an eternity. The silver-haired boy furrowed his eyebrows in frustration. They kept their eyes locked until Kagome was inturupted by the desk lady.

"Miss. Higurashi. I got your schedule ready. You are free to go to class!"

"Umm thank you 'mam!" Kagome said.

By the time Kagome turned to leave, the silver haired boy was no more to be seen.

She sighed and looked down at her schedule. 214. She remember seeing that room downstairs. She went downstairs and stood in front of the room she sighed and walked in.

When she first walked in, everything was noisy and out of control. She walked up to the teacher and game him her schedule and he was about to annouce that she was here but no one listened to him. They weren't even aware of her presense, much less the teacher's presence. The teachers were about to scream at them when Kagome put and hand infront of him and said, "Allow me."

He nodded, giving her the signal.

"YO! QUIET DOWN YOU IDIOTS! WHAT ARE YOU! IN 1st GRADE?!?! DONT YOU REALIZE THE TEACHER IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING?!"

Everyone quieted down and looked at Kagome in amazement. Two of the guys in particular looked at her in amazement.

They were amazed at her beauty.

"Ok students! We have a new student joining us today, but first I will call out your names and then I will Introduce her to you."

"Ok lets start."

Tamagashi

Riku

Kikyo

Sango
Unagi

Cocobunji

The teacher kept on calling the names until he arrived at the two last ones..

Sesshomaru

'Oh my goodness! I can't believe it!' Kagome thought surprisingly while still keeping her cool exterior.

And...Inuyasha.

'No.' Kagome's mind screamed, while hardly beeing able to keep her cool exterior.

Ok now to introduce our new student.

Everyone listened carefully to see who this new student is.

"Will you give the honors Miss." the teacher asked Kagome.

"Gladly" Kagome said while giving a fangy smile.

"Kagome."

"Kagome Higurashi." Kagome said while smiling .

Two pair of surprised eyes met with Kagome's. Kagome smirked.
