Chapter 1: The Symphony of Betrayal
Inuyasha’s POV
‘She thought that I didn’t know... She thought that I wouldn’t notice but I did and now that I’ve made my choice she willsurely try to kill me...’
Flashback
“... tell me what I must do to prove myself worthy enough to become your mate.” Said a raven colored haired woman in a white and green sailor uniform.
“You must seal Inuyasha to the tree as he was before.” Said a tall figure with pointed ears in a cold monotonic voice.
“But Inuyasha loves me I’m sure he does and I don’t want to betray him... again.” Said the woman.
‘Heh now she feels guilty’ I thought while watching the scene play out before me.
“It is the last test that I will give you since you have already healed my left arm.” Said Sesshomaru.
“Fine I’ll do it... for you.” Said the woman.
“Thank you... Kagome.”
I couldn’t take it anymore after that so I ran although I’m sure that Sesshomaru heard me.
‘I thought that she loved me but I guess I was wrong. It doesn’t matter though all I have to do is forget her and everyone else I knew as a friend... I mean even Miroku and Sango knew about it and didn’t bother to tell me...’
In the distance I could hear talking although I was still running.
“Fine we’ll help you Kagome-chan, but I just hope it’s worth it...”
“Thank you Sango-chan and you too Miroku.”
‘So they betray me yet again’ I thought to myself. Well then I’ll just have to kill them too’
But then I heard something else that I didn’t really expect to hear.
“WHAT! Why would you do that to Inuyasha!”
“Shippo-chan it’s for the best.” Said Kagome, trying to persuade the boy that it would be okay.
“NO! It won’t be okay if you want to do that to Inuyasha then you might as well do it to me too!’
“Shippo-chan...”
End Flashback
I am watching the rise and fall of my salvation.There's so much shit around me.Such a lack of compassion.
‘That’s how I got the runt with me now so I guess that it’s time now.’ I thought to myself.
That’s when they came into view and they looked ready for a good long fight. But there along with them was Sesshomaru hugging Kagome.
“Shippo, go hide in Kaede’s village and I’ll be there when it’s over” I said although I was unsure whether I’d survive.
“All right, but do you promise to come back?” He asked.
“Yeah now go.” It was a promise that I now intended to keep. I watched as he leaped away and they got closer. I smirked. This looks to be a tough fight but they won’t win because for some strange reason my sword has allowed me to have what I’ve wanted for so long only this time I know what I’m doing.
I thought it would be all fun and games (would be fun and games).Instead it's all the same (it's all the same).I want something to do.Need to feel the sickness in you.
“It seems that you know what we’re here for Inuyasha.” Said Sesshomaru.
“Yeah I do but it’s unfortunate for it to end for all of you like this.” I said smirking.
“It seems that you are delusional Inuyasha since its clear that we out number you.” Said my so-called friend Sango.
“We’ll see.” Was all I said and then it began...
Normal POV
I feel the reason as it's leaving me, no, notagain.It's quite deceiving as I'm feeling the flesh makeme bad.
Inuyasha unsheathed Tetsusaiga while they all charged at him and Kirara transformed.
“Hiraikotsu!”
The boomerang flew towards Inuyasha.
“Kaze no Kizu!”
“Foolish to unleash it so early” said Sesshomaru.
“That’s what you think.” Said Inuyasha
The windscar disintegrated the Hiraikotsu and because of the force behind the boomerang it was redirected and headed towards Kagome.
Kagome was picked up by Sesshomaru, which gave Inuyasha the time to attack Sango.
He made a downward slash at her while she tried to dodge it.
Sesshomaru fired the youki from Tokijin at Inuyasha who didn’t seem to notice.
He was blasted a few meters away from the group and tried to get up only to be blasted again.
All I'll do is look for you.I know your fix, you need it toJust to get some sort of attention, attention
Inuyasha who was now close to death now pulsated as well as his sword.
“What’s going on with Inuyasha?” Asked Kagome.
“His aura seems to be changing but he’s still holding Tetsusaiga.” Said Miroku.
Inuyasha stood up his bangs covering his eyes and his face as well as his wrists had one purple stripe and his claws were elongated as well as his fangs.
“He’s vulnerable in this stage. He doesn’t seem to be thinking straight.” said Kagome.
Inuyasha lifted his face to look at them when he did they all gasped.

“Hi...His eyes they’re the normal color.” said a now scared Kagome.
“You will no longer have a life to live.” Said Inuyasha although it sounded a lot like Sesshomaru’s monotone voice and his face was expressionless as well.
Sesshomaru once again used the youki from Tokijin to try and kill Inuyasha but was surprised and for the second time in his life scared.
“Bakuryuuha!”

With that last attack Inuyasha left to go get Shippo while the others faced their eminent doom... or so he thought. The power of the Tenseiga had once again saved Sesshomaru and the group as well.
With Inuyasha-
He was running to Kaede’s village not looking back to see if the Bakuryuuha even worked.
Inuyasha’s POV
‘They’re dead but it’s too bad that I couldn’t stay I mean I don’t want Shippo to smell Kagome’s blood all over me. Hehe.’

“Hey Shippo come out we’re leaving!” I said.
“Inuyasha!” he came out running with tears of happiness as if he didn’t expect me to come back he then jumped into my arms.
“Inuyasha you kept your promise!” he said.
“Of course I did, since when have I broken a promise?”
“Never, but I guess I’m just happy you’re alive.”
“Anyways we’ll be going Shippo.”
“Where?”
“Any place that has jewel shards.”
“You’re taking me with you?”
“Of course I’m not gonna just leave you here.”
“Thanks Inuyasha.”
After that he climbed up on my shoulder and we were off.
Does it make me bad?
