It had only been two days since day six. Only two days of worrying and searching. Naraku and Terin are dead so there was no on else to run operations, while the men they captured refused to speak. The only thing they had was information in a computer that only one person was able to break into, and yes she was the best; Kanna. Nearly 17, this young woman has been working for Sesshomaru since age 9. Always years ahead of her age group, she graduated high school not even two hours before Sesshomaru recruited her. Originally she was meant for undercover work, but it didn't take long for her to show her true calling. The girl was a computer genius. She was even put up against people who have doctrines in computer science and work for places such as NASA. Of course most of them worked for Sesshomaru anyway, but this little girl that he helped raise followed his everywhere and fixed many problems for him, even saving his life along with thousands of others. Hell, if it weren't for her hacking into Minomaru's weapon's control there would be a giant crater where France is now.
Miroku sat next to kanna without moving, except for peeing, and without eating, waiting for her to break into the computer. Hundreds of small bases and cargo ships that belonged to Terin and Naraku had already been taken over and captives held all over the world. The “cargo” was taken to a secret mansion in the middle of China's Wuyi Shan Mountains. Those girls were safe and on their way to rehabilitation, but there were still girls out there treated like objects, sango was still out there.
Once in awhile Sesshomaru made his way past the office Kanna and Miroku were in, only to take notice of miroku strange behavior. He knew that something was bothering miroku, but no on really knew what. Whatever it was must have been important, because he hasn't even thought about his normal drug addiction since Sesshomaru spoke of his plan to take over Terin, and for some reason he had to go to the place where they picked up Kagome. It was obvious that he was worried about something that still resided there.
“Miroku” Kanna suddenly broke the two-day silence with something barely above a whisper.
Miroku perked up immediately. “Yes?” he asked hopefully.
“Please fetch Lord Sesshomaru”
“Did you find something” Miroku stood.
“Perhaps” the small voice filled with mischievousness. Even a smile reached her lips, and being raised my Sesshomaru, she usually found no need for smiles.
Rushing out the door Miroku poked his head out into the hallway, “Lord Sesshomaru” Miroku screamed. “Kanna needs you”. Rushing back to his chair he looked toward kanna only to see Sesshomaru standing there as if he just appeared. He really was fast.
“What is it Kanna?” Sesshomaru asked gently.
Miroku look at Sesshomaru strangely.
“It appears that there are…” she scrolled down a list of names that appeared on the monitor. “2, 423 girls sold to 891 men throughout the world.”
“Good work Kanna, can you print me up names and addresses of each buyer, and anything else you can come up with that may be useful?”
“How about a detailed blueprint of each property?”
Sesshomaru's eyebrows rose slightly. “You can get that information?”
Kana smiled. “It appears that the majority of the buyers had their houses built by Terins architects. They saved the blueprints in a single file.”
Sesshomaru smiled for the first time in awhile. Terin was indeed young and naive. Never put ALL of your information in one spot, and things like that should either be destroyed or kept somewhere a little more secure.
Miroku stood and leaned close to the screen. “What about a girl named Sango?”
“Sango Satatsu was sold to a Alan Reynolds of Tracy California. He owns a farm there where he forces the girls to work the crops, along with anything he desires.” Kanna replied.
Miroku pushed his face closer to the screen. There, sixth from the top was Sango's name. She was sold recently. Glancing over that address he grabbed his jacket off the chair and took off running. “Ill take care of that house Lord Sesshomaru” and he was gone.
Kanna looked up at Sesshomaru. She expected him to be upset, but he wasn't. It was as if he didn't care. In reality Sesshomaru now knew why Miroku was acting to strangely. This matter of love was a human emotion, or so he reminded himself everyday, and if it helped him achieve his goal, more power to the little love sick human.

Rin stood at the doorway watching Inu Yasha. He was sitting at his computer, which was next to the bed Kagome slept it. Sesshomaru had been too busy to explain things to Inu Yasha so he took the matter into his own hands. He spent the last two days searching for information on priestesses and how Kikyo was made of dirt. It didn't make sense and apparently no one knew anything about it either.
After the incident on day 6 Kagome has yet to wake. Knowing that waking in the room where it took place would cause her to panic, he decided to bring her to his beach house; along with a female helper of some kind. He wasn't about to bath her. Granted he wanted to, but Kagome been threw enough she didn't have to be bathed by a letch like him.
Suddenly the phone rang, causing both Rin and Inu Yasha to jump. Rin took off immediately. Like hell she wanted Inu Yasha to know she was watching him.
“Hello” Inu Yasha answered the phone casually.
“Hello little brother, I would like to explain to you what occurred the other night.”
Inu Yasha relaxed at his brother's words, but had to, of course, hide it with fake irritation. “Feh, bout time”
“Good, now I would appreciate it if you would HAVE YOUR LACKIES OPEN THE GATES” He growled at the last part, raising him voice slightly.
Inu Yasha gulped. “Give me a minute” Hanging up he called the `lackeys' at the gates. He forgot he told them that no one was aloud in or out even if it was god himself, and he was currently at the gate, and irritated.
Moving to the guest room directly under his room, on the first story, he sat trying to get comfortable waiting for his brother and information he possessed. Just then Rin opened the door.
“Lord Inu Yasha, I present Lord Sesshomaru.” And she bowed.
Inu Yasha looked at her strangely. She had never done that before. It was usually something like `Yo Yasha, sesshy's here'.
Walking by her Sesshomaru glided across the floor on hidden flames of anger and sat on the couch across from Inu Yasha's chair. Sitting in silence for a few moments, Sesshomaru regained his composure and began.
“Now little brother let me start from the beginning.”
Inu Yasha leaned forward.
“I have been aware of Terin's movements for some time now. I have been studying them and trying to find the best time to strike. It just so happened that Priestess Kikyo had a family affair that would be of assistance to me. I agreed to help her while she danced at the club. I arranged for her to stay in one of my rooms for that week to keep her out of the hands of Terin's men, but she refused to without her stuff. After the first night of dancing she disappeared.”
“Wait” Inu Yasha interrupted. “what happened to terin and Naraku? And what `plan' did you have for them?”
“If you wish to know I would advice you to keep your comments to yourself.” There was silence. “I pretended to play afraid of Terin to weaken his defenses. If he didn't have to fear me because I was week, then he would have no need for suspicion. He and Naraku were supposed to meat in my office before Naraku was to make his way to kagome. Terin showed alone, thinking he could kill me while he tainted the last of the priestesses. He was mistaken.
“Naraku did not suspect what was to happen to him as well.” Sesshomaru pulled a small CD case from his jacket and tossed it toward Inu Yasha. “I recorded his screams for you. I thought you'd need satisfaction”
Inu Yasha nodded. “What about Kikyo and this priestess deal?”
Shifting into a new position Sesshomaru continued. “When Kikyo ventured home to gather some of her things Terin's men were waiting. I sent a few men after Kikyo when she did not return, but they only found her body. We had Orasua bring her back, but the only way to do so was to fashion her a new body in her kiln. Kikyo's body was not in any shape to be reused.
`What you did not know about Kikyo is that she was a priestess before she came here. She is that last of her kind and the only real threat to the demon world. Demons could kill each other, but to be completely wiped out by a single girl is unacceptable. The only way to assure their survival is to either kill the priestess or taint her innocent being. A priestess finds her strength in her kindness and love, if she were angry or bitter then her powers could not work as affectively.”
“So they killed Kikyo, ok, so what does that have to do with Kagome? Were they trying to get to her to piss off Kikyo?” Inu Yasha interrupted.
“Not at all. With Kikyo gone, Kagome was to inherit her powers. They needed to defile her, and what a better way then to take her innocence.”
There was silence. Inu Yasha let this new information sink into him memory. Expecting to be angry, he was disappointed when his mind and body was consumed with sadness.
“They won” he moved his face so now his eyes were blocked by his bangs. “What do we do now?”
Sesshomaru stood, preparing to leave. Looking down at his brother he felt the sadness that radiated off of him. “There is always hope Inu Yasha. Kagome's heart is strong enough to defeat them.” Satisfied with the last statement he made his leave.
Inu Yasha sat there for only a few seconds before his body filled with hope once again. When Kagome was to wake up, we was to help her heal. If he could get her to understand what happened and who she was then there was hope that she will just except it and live on happily and taint free. Smiling he took off upstairs to stare at Kagome for the next few hours.

The sun just set and the coolness from the close by River set in. The men made their way toward the large three story home set in the middle of endless archers of crop fields. Not only a few yards from the house Miroku slowly made his way up the front porch to stop at the sound of… singing. Glancing threw the window he saw a good 50 girls sitting all around downstairs singing happily to music blasting from the stereo. What the hell was going on?
Giving the signal, Miroku and another man rammed into the door, taking it down. “EVERYBODY FREAZE” Miroku screamed. He slopped at the site. All the girls, ever one more beautiful than the next starred at him with confused eyes. He was standing in his commando gear with a mask pulled over his head and a gun larger than any these girls had ever seen, that's for sure.
Suddenly the music turned off causing Miroku to turn to see who did so.
“Who the hell are you and what the hell do you want?” An angry voice sounded over the silence.
Miroku starred. It was her; Sango. The girl he had been searching for. “Sango Satatsu” He asked.
Taken back Sango looked at his curiously. “And what if I am?”
He lowered his weapon and showed for the men to do that same. “Where is Alan Reynolds?”
The girls glanced from Miroku to Sango worriedly.
Sango's eyes grew slightly. She was in for it now. “I hope he wasn't of any importance.”
“Not at all young lady, I am here to take him in and rescue you.” He smiled to himself.
Sango smiled. “If you can find him” she paused “you can take him in, but I don't think you'd want to.”
Now confused he stood up straight and casual like. “Why?”
“She killed the bastard and saved all of us” a random girls voice answered him. The girls cheered in response.
“Oh, when was this?” he scratched his head.
“The first day I arrived, about 7 days ago” She looked down at began to blush slightly. The man's stair was making her feel exposed all of a sudden.
“What have you guys been doing here?” he strapped his gun to himself placed it on his back.
“We worked that land and fed ourselves.” Sango smiled again. She didn't realize what she really did until this moment when she had to explain it. She's been the leader of a ban on woman that she saved; cool.
Reaching up Miroku grabbed his mask and pulled it over his head, only to tuck it into his belt. “Well then, I guess that was easier than I thought it was going to be.” Walking closer to Sango he held out his hand. “Miroku Mitsu.”
She accepted his hand and bowed slightly, as did he.
Turning toward the rest of the girls bowed as well, gaining giggles and blushes. The men rolled their eyes'. “I have a proposition for you girls. Since the owner of this farm is now dead it belongs to my boss. You can either stay here and live as you are now or come with us where you could either live in a secret mansion in the Wuyi Shan Mountains, or work at a night club in Brooklyn with me.”
There was a small silence then mummers.
“What would be have to do at the club?” another girl asked.
“There are many jobs. We need dancer, cooks, girls to go undercover, and technicians. There are plenty of jobs to choose from. You will have to go threw a loyalty thing with Sesshomaru, but besides that you get paid good money and could get your own place in New York.”
He gained smiled from every girl, including Sango.
